The article is devoted to the issue of managing the balanced development of human potential in a new socio-economic reality, which is characterized by a high degree of unpredictability, interconnectedness and interdependence, globalization and informatization of the environment and introduction of digital, cognitive and hybrid technologies. There is a need to recognize the dominant role of scientific knowledge and creative implementation, wise management and consumption. For the first time, the term “noo- management” was introduced: it is a method of intelligent management of the fundamental processes of personality development focused on higher-order values and creative implementation.

In the current context, we not only need to train digitally competent students, but to develop civic and citizenship skills. One methodology for this is Service Learning (SL),. Mobile devices can enable the design of SL activities that take advantage of digital capabilities. However, experiences are still scarce. In the present research, a mobile application for SL is presented, with which students and teachers are in constant interaction, where feedback is constant and learning is reciprocal. In this article, and based on a DBR methodology, we evaluated technological usability, pedagogical usability and satisfaction. For this purpose, 3 teachers and 11 students of the Education degrees, used and evaluated the application using the usability test and conducting several interviews. According to the results obtained, the application works correctly and meets the four levels of usability. However, both students and teachers detected elements for improvement, especially in design. The application presented allows further progress towards eSL, taking advantage of the possibilities of hybrid technologies and scenarios.

Abstract This article presents the results of experimental work on the development of a laser complex for micro-and nanomodification of metal surfaces using hybrid technologies. As an alloying material, a corrosion-resistant composite powder of the national brand was chosen, which is used in industry to prevent the occurrence of corrosion formations on the working surfaces of the executive parts of machines. One of the most used national grades of structural carbon steels was chosen as the substrate. The parameters of the laser radiation varied in two parameters: scanning speeds in the range of 12-15 mm/sec and radiation power in the range of 3-5 kW. As a result of the work carried out under various power modes, prototypes were obtained. On their basis, tabular data on the obtained values of microhardness, wear resistance and friction coefficients are compiled. The description of the obtained results is given and the direction of further work is indicated.

In this paper, the current advantages and disadvantages of using metal-containing nanocatalysts (NCs) for deep chemical oxidative desulfurization (ODS) of liquid fuels are reviewed. A similar analysis is performed for the oxidative biodesulfurization of oil along the 4S-pathway, catalyzed by various aerobic bacterial cells of microorganisms. The preferences of using NCs for the oxidation of organic sulfur-containing compounds in various oil fractions seem obvious. The text discusses the development of new chemical and biocatalytic approaches to ODS, including the use of both heterogeneous NCs and anaerobic microbial biocatalysts that catalyze the reduction of chemically oxidized sulfur-containing compounds in the framework of methanogenesis. The addition of anaerobic biocatalytic stages to the ODS of liquid fuel based on NCs leads to the emergence of hybrid technologies that improve both the environmental characteristics and the economic efficiency of the overall process. The bioconversion of sulfur-containing extracts from fuels with accompanying hydrocarbon residues into biogas containing valuable components for the implementation of C-1 green chemistry processes, such as CH4, CO2, or H2, looks attractive for the implementation of such a hybrid process.

AbstractLaser has been demonstrated to be a mature and versatile tool that presents great flexibility and applicability for the precision engineering of a wide range of materials over other established micromachining techniques. Past decades have witnessed its rapid development and extensive applications ranging from scientific researches to industrial manufacturing. Transparent hard materials remain several major technical challenges for conventional laser processing techniques due to their high hardness, great brittleness, and low optical absorption. A variety of hybrid laser processing technologies, such as laser-induced plasma-assisted ablation, laser-induced backside wet etching, and etching assisted laser micromachining, have been developed to overcome these barriers by introducing additional medium assistance or combining different process steps. This article reviews the basic principles and characteristics of these hybrid technologies. How these technologies are used to precisely process transparent hard materials and their recent advancements are introduced. These hybrid technologies show remarkable benefits in terms of efficiency, accuracy, and quality for the fabrication of microstructures and functional devices on the surface of or inside the transparent hard substrates, thus enabling widespread applications in the fields of microelectronics, bio-medicine, photonics, and microfluidics. A summary and outlook of the hybrid laser technologies are also highlighted.

This article discusses the advantages of using orchestration to manage autonomous vehicle resources compared to the current design approach for high-load networks. As an architecture for building a data transmission network, hybrid technologies such as the connection of a direct access node through fixed points and exchanging machine-to-machine communication data are used. A radio channel emulator stand was developed to simulate the effect of interference from neighboring nodes and offload applications to edge computing nodes.

Abstract. The Natzweiler-Struthof camp is the only concentration camp in France, in Alsace. In 1941, when the construction of this camp began, the Nazi regime had already set up several concentration camps in annexed territory. The purpose of this camp was mainly to intern the resistance considered dangerous for the regime. From a chronological point of view, the camp integrated in May 1941 its first prisoners. They were condemned to carry out inhumane work until the evacuation of the camp on September 2, 1944. The Natzweiler-Struthof camp was associated with a granite quarry where we can still find concrete foundations of old buildings as well as three galleries excavated with explosives. The digitization work aims to archive, analyze and understand the organization and operation to result in a 3D reconstruction of the site. In 2018, the Struthof site began a major restoration project. For the first time in this camp, an archaeological diagnosis was then made with the aim of understanding the still existing facilities and assuming the presence of other elements now destroyed. To deepen the knowledge on this camp, the Regional Administration of Cultural Affairs authorized in 2020 to carry out prospecting accompanied by a study of the built-up in an area still empty of research: the quarry. Currently, this part of the camp shows the remains of three buildings and three galleries. To know more about these elements and indirectly about the life of the camp and its prisoners, this study shows the approach adopted to prepare the 3D modeling of buildings and galleries.
