This article introduces the theory of spacetime impetus (SI). The theory unites Newtonian theory (NT) and the theory of general relativity (GR). To develop SI, we reformulated NT in spacetime and replaced the particle primitive in NT with the fragment of energy primitive in field theory. SI replaces Newton’s second law F = ma governing the motion of particles, where F, m, and a are, respectively, interaction force, mass, and acceleration, with the change equation P = k governing the motion of fragments of energy, where P and k are, respectively, action force and the curvature of a path in spacetime. To verify SI, we conducted three tests: Test 1 predicted the precession angles of Mercury and Jupiter, test 2 predicted the bending angle of light as it grazes the surface of the sun, and test 3 predicted the radius of the photon sphere. All three tests were in agreement with GR, the third corresponding to strong Riemannian curvature in GR. The equations of motion in SI are in terms of Cartesian coordinates and time and are relatively simple to solve. Undergraduate students in science and engineering and others with similar mathematical skills can validate the results for themselves.

Abstract In order to reasonably design the six degrees of freedom turntable (hereinafter referred to as the transfer table), based on the structure size and motion index parameters of the turntable, The motion mechanics calculation model was established to simulate and analyze the mechanical variation curve of singing platform under different motion modes. The analysis shows that when the upper platform load and the component mass are 3000 kg, the maximum action force of the rotating platform support moving cylinder is 1376.4 kg.

Therefore, the need for law enforcement that is reflected in the legislation. The problem of this research were: 1 a complaints handling procedure) how pollution and/or destruction of the environment? 2) How the application of sanctions to force the Government in pt. Mirtasari Hotel Development? The type of research and the approach used is the juridical problems of empirical and juridical sociological. Source material source materials used law of law of primary and secondary sources of law. Legal materials collection techniques are used namely study library and field. As well as legal materials collected processed and analyzed with the use of legal argumentation. As for the results of this research are the complaints handling procedures due to contamination and/or destruction of the environment will be followed up by agencies or institutions or the PPLHD PPLH advance has received complaints directly or not direct, which is then followed up with several stages, namely: the stages of the preparation, the implementation of field verification, data analysis, and final verification report the complaint. The application of administrative sanctions the Government at PT. Mirtasari Hotel Development was given by the Minister of the environment in the form of the action force to immediately complete the related permit temporary storage of waste, waste water disposal B3, B3 waste submission to third parties, as well as complement the facilities by the rules in the temporary storage of waste B3.

Planck units of length, mass, and time are fundamental constants of nature. Traditional constants including Planck's constant, the gravitational constant, the elementary charge, and many others are comprised of these three fundamental units. Physics equations are functions in which maximum potentials defined by the Planck units are reduced by one or more proportionality operators, producing observed quantities of natural phenomena. Natural symmetries constrain the relationships between length, mass, and time, yielding the physical dynamics of momentum, action, force, and energy. The Planck units quantify mechanical, gravitational, and electromagnetic properties of the universe and offer a common language for interpreting the standard model interactions. Units associated with the electromagnetic interaction are translated into units of length, mass, and time, including the coulomb, ampere, volt, tesla, henry, weber, farad, ohm, and siemen.

The following paper considers influence extent of zeolite breed of the Hotynetsky field on indicators of relevant and exchange acidity of the cespitose-podsolic sandy loamy soil in the Nizhny Novgorod Region. A three-year experiment, representing microfield experiment, was started in 2014 in the Borsky District Elitkhoz. Zeolite was brought in the plough-layer once in high doses - 3, 6 and 12 t/hectare. During the research (2015-2017) on allotments the main crops of the region were grown up. The acidity of the soil was estimated on рН indicators, defined from water and salt extracts which were selected during the autumn period after cultural plants harvesting. As a result of the conducted researches positive action of all doses of the studied zeolite on indicators of the acid and main mode of the cespitose-podsolic soil was established. The essential effect was traced already at the minimum dose of material: 12,0% increase of рНwater indicator and 6,3% increase of рНsalt indicator on average during the research time. Application of 6 t/hectare of zeolite breed in the greatest measure promoted reduction of the relevant acidity of the soil by 20%, exchange acidity - for 13% and also for 60% - to increase in an ionic exchanging of the soil solution system with preservation of the action force during the research time.
