Abstract In order to reasonably design the six degrees of freedom turntable (hereinafter referred to as the transfer table), based on the structure size and motion index parameters of the turntable, The motion mechanics calculation model was established to simulate and analyze the mechanical variation curve of singing platform under different motion modes. The analysis shows that when the upper platform load and the component mass are 3000 kg, the maximum action force of the rotating platform support moving cylinder is 1376.4 kg.

Traditional Chinese medicine has shown promising results in treating the symptoms of hypertension, a major global health concern not yet fully managed by modern medicine. It is, therefore, of high priority to clarify the altered pathophysiology of hypertension in individuals with liver Yang hyperactivity syndrome (HLYH) in response to effective treatments to better understand this disorder. The primary aim of this study was to construct a personalized syndrome discriminant system based on data capable of informing management strategies prior to the initiation of antihypertensive therapy or the implementation of screening strategies in at-risk HLYH. Based on the successful replication of HLYH rat models, we extracted the core discriminant factors of the disorder through the integration of physical signs, biochemical indicators, and metabolic markers. Macro and micro information was correlated to construct a syndrome discriminant system. At the macroscopic level, HLYH rat models characterized by elevated blood pressure were found to be associated with significant changes in water intake, pain threshold, retention time on a rotating platform, and body surface temperature. A total of 27 potential biomarkers and 14 metabolic pathways appeared to reflect the primary metabolic characteristics. Through the integration of these data, we successfully constructed a combined macro-micro personalized syndrome discriminant system, which provides a foundation for research regarding the risk loci of HLYH. Our findings also broaden our understanding of the biological pathways involved in HLYH.

Abstract Inner wall temperature of ladle is closely related to the quality of steelmaking and control of steel-making tapping temperature. This article adopts a rotating platform to drive an infrared temperature sensor and a laser sensor to scan the temperature field distribution of the ladle inner wall at the hot repair station, where the scanning laser sensor obtains coordinates of each measured point. Because of measuring errors of infrared thermal radiation caused by emissivity uncertainty of the ladle inner wall surface, this article proposes a method for temperature measurement based on Monte Carlo model for effective emissivity correction of each measured point. In the model, we consider the ladle and fire baffle as a cavity. By calculation of the model, the effect of distance from the fire baffle to the ladle and the material surface emissivity of the ladle inner wall on the effective emissivity of the cavity are obtained. After that, the effective emissivity of each measured point is determined. Then the scanning temperature of each measured point is corrected to real temperature. By field measuring test and verification contrast, the results show that: the maximum absolute error of the method in this article is 4.7℃, the minimum error is 0.6℃, and the average error is less than 2.8℃. The method in this article achieves high measurement accuracy and contributes to the control of metallurgical process based on temperature information.

Abstract Rotational vision system (RVS) is a common type of active vision with only rotational freedom. Typically, the rotational freedom is provided by turntable and pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ). Or eye in hand (EIH) structure in an articulated arm robot. The ideal assumption that rotation axes are perfectly aligned with the coordinate axes of the local camera is mostly violated due to assembling deviations and limitations of manufacturing accuracy. To solve this problem, we propose a generalized deviation model for a specified rotation axis that relates the rotation motion of the platform to the exterior orientation (EO) of the camera. Based on it we put heuristic estimation algorithms through minimizing global reprojection error and fitting a circle in space respectively for rotating platform with or without accurate angle measurements with constrained global optimization. Implemented experiments on a servo pan-tilt turntable validate the accuracy and efficiency of the above models and calibration technique.

When operating a railway crane in curved sections of the track, derailment of wheelsets of the crane bogies from the rail track when it is displaced during hanging on the outriggers, wheelset of the bogie missing the rail track after the work has been completed or the crane has been down from the outriggers, which significantly affects performance of loading and unloading operations. One of the reasons for the occurrence of such dangerous situations is the not strictly horizontal position of the non-rotating platform of the railway crane.Railway cranes are part of recovery trains designed to eliminate the consequences of rolling stock derailments. A priority for recovery trains is to reduce the time it takes to eliminate the consequences of traffic accidents, which can be achieved through the use of new or improved devices or methods. The article describes a system of automatic stabilization (leveling) of the platform of a railway crane (for example, EDK 500/1 crane type) when it moves in curved sections of the track (the motion of a railway crane at relatively low speeds (up to 50 km/h) is considered). In order to study the modernized technical system (a crane equipped with an automatic platform stabilization system), its mathematical simulation is carried out. At the initial stage, a solidstate digital model of a railway crane in combination with a section of a railway track is created in the SolidWorks computer-aided design system; developed solid model is translated into the Sim- Mechanics MATLAB environment. Further, in order to improve the adequacy of modeling, the developed dynamic model is being finalized by integrating MATLAB program libraries (SimMechanics, SimHydraulics, Fuzzy Logic Toolbox, etc.) to take into account the interaction of elements of different physical nature. Results of modeling modernized technical system are presented, which confirm the advisability of using the stabilization system on railway cranes when passing curved track sections.

Abstract. The acquisition of imaging spectroscopy data from ground based rotating stages is a novel approach which is more and more used in open pit mines for prospection and controlling. The special radiometric situation of such data sets asks for new processing approaches for geometric processing as well as for reflectance retrieval. Herein, a new method for atmospheric correction and relative reflectance retrieval is presented which is optimized for the special horizontal scanning situation by hyperspectral instruments from rotating ground based platforms. The method is implemented within the recently developed drone atmospheric correction framework DROACOR®. It combines a physical inversion of a radiative transfer code with semi-empirical correction approaches for illumination and spectral absorption. Sample results from two open pit mines show that mineral detection after reflectance retrieval allows the discrimination of iron minerals and that the retrieved spectra are well comparable to standard library spectra.

Using the 13 m diameter LEGI-Coriolis rotating platform, the evolution processes of a generated anticyclonic eddy throughout its lifecycle are analyzed. Experimental results have shown that the eddy lasted for approximately 3T0, where T0 is the rotating period of 90 s. After T = 0.3T0, the eddy enters its mature phase, whereby following this event, eddy intensity slowly decreases from its maximum rotation speed. By T = 2.6T0, the eddy enters a stage of rapid weakening. In its decay period, two underlying mechanisms for this decay have been identified as inertial instability and eddy–eddy interactions.
