Current TV and video viewing patterns have changed. Viewers were not completely fixated by broadcast hours and broadcast times. In the internet era, people can watch TV anytime and anywhere. Besides, we do not necessarily watch TV shows from the TV set but our smartphone or laptop gadget. Video streaming services are now increasingly popular in various circles because it can be accessed quickly, anytime, and anywhere. As a significant media business in Indonesia, MNC Group is widening its market presence by launching RCTI+ to gain a large share in digital advertising. To complement its already strong FTA position, RCTI+, a multi-application, including the streaming TV and Video on Demand service, is expected to be Indonesia's most extensive streaming service. How marketing communication in the digitization process since MNC Media must reach a new audience is the digital audience. This article will examine how MNC Media conducts communication marketing in the digitization process in its television business by building RCTI+ to reach its new audiences or digital audiences. This paper used the Descriptive Qualitative method, and this research collects data by interviewing the Chief Operating Officer and Dept. Head of Promotion RCTI+, conducting literature and document studies. Based on the research results, RCTI+ integrates its promotional pillars acquisition and retention, running simultaneously to harmonize its marketing communication.  RCTI+ strives to build a brand and profitable relationships with customers through these two pillars to create brand equity.

AbstractThe new broadcast media is broadcast digitization in the form of a platform accessed via the internet network. Netflix as a provider of the Subscription Video on Demand service broadcasts uncensored films which result in the films being against the culture and laws and regulations in Indonesia because they contain pornography to violence even though there is an obligation to be censored by a film before the film will be shown. This research is a legal research that analyzes the uncensored film broadcasting activities carried out by Netflix according to the laws and regulations in Indonesia and Netflix's legal liability for uncensored film broadcasting by using a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. From this research it was found that Netflix broadcasts uncensored films in Indonesia in violation of the statutory provisions concerning Broadcasting, Film, Pornography, and ITE. However, Netflix does not automatically account for all provisions of the laws and regulations because the locus of broadcasting activities carried out by Netflix cannot be reached by all the provisions of the laws and regulations. Keywords: Film Broadcasting; Netflix; Film Censorship; Internet. Before shared automated vehicles (SAVs) can be widely adopted, they are anticipated to be implemented commercially in confined regions or fixed routes where the benefits of automation can be realized. SAVs have the potential to operate in a traditional transit corridor, replacing conventional transit vehicles, and have frequent interactions with riders and other vehicles sharing the same right of way. This paper microsimulates SAVs’ operation on a 6.5-mile corridor to understand how vehicle size and attributes of such SAV-based transit affect traffic, transit riders, and system costs. The SUMO (Simulation of Urban MObility) platform is employed to model microscopic interactions among SAVs, transit passengers, and other traffic. Results show that the use of smaller, but more frequent, SAVs leads to reduced passenger waiting times but increased vehicle travel times. More frequent services of smaller SAVs do not, in general, significantly affect general traffic due to shorter dwell times. Overall, using smaller SAVs instead of the large 40-seat SAVs can reduce system costs by up to 4% while also reducing passenger waiting times, under various demand levels and passenger loading factors. However, the use of 5-seat SAVs does not always have the lowest system costs.

In Pekanbaru City, students' trips to and from school tend to use private vehicles, be it motorbikes or those delivered by parents, so the available urban transportation is less attractive. Almost 75% of students use motorbikes, this situation can certainly affect student safety. This can be seen from the number of accidents in 2017 which placed the student profession as a victim in the 2nd position. Therefore, it is necessary to plan safe, comfortable, precise and safe school transportation. This research was conducted at schools in the Lima Puluh District area. The analysis used the method of calculating potential demand, service routes, types and number of fleets. Based on the demand for school transportation, the school bus transportation service area is divided into 6 school transportation routes. The fleet used is medium buses. The operational plan for school transportation is divided into 3 shifts, namely morning, afternoon and evening

during the time of growth and development, youth needs a place to share their experience in family, school, church, and society. The church needs to evaluate the youth ministry that has been doing, so the church can see the effectivitas of each event they did to reach young people. Youths are called and sent to participate in every ministry in the midst of the church. Being a participatory, creative and innovative youth in the midst of the congregation, not a youth who must always be served or demand service from people around him (church). The youth service in the church can be interpreted as that youth are the church itself as individuals who have experienced the work of salvation and sacrifice of Jesus Christ on the cross, so it means that the presence of the church youth in his life is a picture of the church's presence itself, with the duties and responsibilities of the church that has been inherent automatically in him. Youth have the same duties and responsibilities as other congregations. The method used is a qualitative method.

The prediction of taxi demand service has become a recently attractive area of research along with large-scale and potential applications in the intelligent transportation system. The demand process is divided into two main parts: Picking-up and dropping-off demand based on passenger habit. Taxi demand prediction is a great concept for drivers and passengers, and is designed platforms for ride-hailing and municipal managers. The majority of research has focused on forecasting the pick-up part of demand service and specifying the interconnection of spatial and temporal correlations. In this study, the main focus is to overcome the access point of non-registered users for having fake transactions using taxi services and predicting taxi demand pick-up and drop-off information. The integration of machine learning techniques and blockchain framework is considered a possible solution for this problem. The blockchain technique was selected as an effective technique for protecting and controlling the real-time system. Historical data analysis was processed by extracting the three higher related sections for the intervening time, namely closeness and trend. Next, the pick-up and drop-off taxi prediction task was processed based on constructing the components of multi-task learning and spatiotemporal feature extraction. The combination of feature embedding performance and Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) obtain the pick-up and drop-off correlation by fusing the historical data spatiotemporal features. Finally, the taxi demand pick-up and drop-off prediction were processed based on the combination of the external factors. The experimental result is based on a real dataset in Jeju Island, South Korea, to show the proposed system’s efficacy and performance compared with other state-of-art models.
