The Corona Virus Disease in 2019 will have a serious impact on the normal operation of various industries. Under the environment of resuming work and production and ensuring safety, remote online office has become a core option for the operation of various industries. At present, remote office has met a lot of troubles, such as information asymmetry, inefficiency, regulatory difficulties, communication barriers, weakened confidentiality, and so on. This article focuses on exploring the mechanism of human resource management in remote office informatization in the context of epidemic prevention and control, and proposes distance education innovation for employee training, big data transformation performance evaluation, and cloud computing. This article also focuses on solving the problems existed in the remote office. It suggests some useful and innovative human resource management paths. For example, improving data sharing, network optimization and remote collaborative office and others, all of them offer a good idea which provides human resource decision-making reference for the orderly resumption of work and production in various industries.

With the rapid economic growth and globalization, sustainability begins to play a more and more important role in the strategic management of a company. This paper explains what the sustainability competitive advantages are, and what factors are related to sustainability. It also briefly introduces the sustainable competitive advantages from institutional and resource-based views. In addition, this paper presents that sustainable competitive advantages largely depend on the company’s capability to manage the institutional context of resource decision. Sustainable competitive advantages are not only related to internal context, but also related to external environment. This paper explains the link of sustainable competitive advantages in the internal and external environment. In conclusion, it presents the necessary understanding for entrepreneurs to concentrate on factors which influence corporate sustainability beyond numbers in the financial analysis.

The purpose of the study was to examine the association between organizational structure, resource, decision making and communication of athletics clubs in Ethiopia. The researcher used descriptive survey design followed with cross sectional. Stratified sampling technique was employed to select the sample clubs based on the regional states (n=25) and (n=129) coaches and managers were selected through census survey. The data collection instrument was questionnaire. SPSS version 20 was used to analyze the non-parametric statistics (chi-square test). The chi-square test result at the level of significance (p <_ 0.05) revealed that organizational structure has an association and depend on the resource, decision making and communication of the athletics clubs.
