Abstract After the oblique aerial photography technology is used to collect the stereo image, it is necessary to use the relative orientation method to check the image parameters. After the rectification process is completed, the 3D software is used to draw the 3D model to meet the subsequent application requirements. The author of this paper analyzes the difficulty of the matching and aerial photography, including affine transformation cannot successful transformation, influence there covered phenomenon and characteristic finishing is difficult, the combination of fundamental matrix tilt aerial photography as a method of relative orientation, through the study of oblique aerial photography based matrix as precision control points, its aim is to continuously optimize tilt aerial photography as the content, improve the use value of collation results.

Biometric technology classified into two stanzas as authentication and second one is identification this is majorly used in various fields or different- different applications because it verifies the data with help of other rectification technique. Here, we face so many difficulties which play an essential role in rectification process such as the disturbance in picture, blurring, not cleared the minutiae points and picture superiority. Here we use some algorithm which boosts up the algorithms and performance of recognition. This process is very efficient to rectify any of the documents and it is also been good to detect the features or attributes in terms of security.

For some nonlinear dynamic systems with uncertainties or disturbances, neural networks can perform intelligent cognition and simulation on them, achieve a good system description, and further realize intelligent control. Aiming at the ethylene rectification process, in order to avoid the time delay of complex rectification process modeling and large-scale process simulation software interface program, and to improve the simulation operation speed, the optimization model combined with the learning function of the neural network is used for the simulation calculation of the rectification process. It can meet the time and accuracy requirements of online optimization. This article outlines several commonly used neural network algorithms and their related applications in ethylene distillation, aiming to provide reference for the development and innovation of industry technology.

The plaster-casting method to create a scoliosis brace consists of mould generation and rectification to obtain the desired orthosis geometry. Alternative methods entail the use of 3D scanning and CAD/CAM. However, both manual and digital design entirely rely on the orthotist expertise. Characterisation of the rectification process is needed to ensure that digital designs are as efficient as plaster-cast designs. Three-dimensional scans of five patients, pre-, and post-rectification plaster moulds were obtained using a Structure Mark II scanner. Anatomical landmark positions, transverse section centroids, and 3D surface deviation analyses were performed to characterise the rectification process. The rectification process was characterised using two parameters. First, trends in the external contours of the rectified moulds were found, resulting in lateral tilt angles of 81 ± 3.8° and 83.3 ± 2.6° on the convex and concave side, respectively. Second, a rectification ratio at the iliac crest (0.23 ± 0.04 and 0.11 ± 0.02 on the convex and concave side, respectively) was devised, based on the pelvis width to estimate the volume to be removed. This study demonstrates that steps of the manual rectification process can be characterised. Results from this study can be fed into software to perform automatic digital rectification.

In this work, the possibility of limiting energy consumption in the manufacturing process of bioethanol to obtain biofuel was analysed. For this purpose, a control algorithm has been optimised while retaining the good quality of the control signals. New in this study is the correlation of the control algorithm not only with the signal’s quality, but also with the energy consumption in such an energy-intensive process as rectification. The rectification process in a periodic production system has been researched. The process was modelled on a test station with the distillation mixture capacity of 25 dm3. For the optimization, the following control algorithms have been applied: relay, PID and PID after modification to I-PD. The simulation was carried out on a transfer function model of the plant that has been verified on a real object, a rectification column. The simulations of energy consumption and control signal’s quality have been carried out in the Matlab®-Simulink environment after implementing the model of the research subject and control algorithms. In the simulation process, an interference signal with an amplitude of 3% and frequency of 2 mHz was used. The executed analyses of the control signal quality and the influence of the control algorithm on the energy consumption has shown some essential mutual relationships. The lowest energy consumption in the rectification process can be achieved using the I-PD controller—however, the signal quality deteriorates. The energy savings are slightly lower while using the PID controller, but the control signal quality improves significantly. From a practical point of view, in the considered problem the best control solution is the classic PID controller—the obtained energy effect was only slightly lower while retaining the good quality of the control signals.

The use of industrial waste as the secondary raw materials is relevant all over the world. The rice sediment is a byproduct of the rice soft beverage industry. The rice mash was obtained by the rice sediment fermentation with α-amylase and ethanol yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The rice wort fermentation efficiency was estimated by rice mash ethanol concentration, the visible mass concentration of mash dry substances, mash acidity, total yeast number and yeast budding, yeast cell area. The most intensive fermentation was in the sample with α-amylase. On the 7th day of fermentation, the alcohol concentration in this sample was 5.28volume (%), which is 5 times more than in the sample without α-amylase. Digital morphometric characteristics of yeast correlated with actual fermentation parameters, reflecting yeast adaptive reactions at various ethanol technological stages. The rice mash can be used in the rectification process to obtain new products - ethanol distillate or bioethanol. New methods and expanding technologies for biotechnological rice sediment recycling are required in this field of research.

A promising direction in processes of general organic synthesis is use of bioethanol as a raw material for production of ethylacetate. The article is devoted to the development and modeling of the reaction-rectification process to produce ethyl acetate by dehydrogenation of ethanol, which will allow combining in one apparatus the chemical conversion and separation of the resulting reaction mixture by rectification, reducing the cost of carrying out the process and increasing the main parameters of the process. As part of the work, the collection and processing of physicochemical information about the components of the reaction mixture was carried out, a mathematical model of the process was developed, based on which the development and modeling of the technological scheme were carried out, the parameters and indicators of the process were determined
