Abstract After the oblique aerial photography technology is used to collect the stereo image, it is necessary to use the relative orientation method to check the image parameters. After the rectification process is completed, the 3D software is used to draw the 3D model to meet the subsequent application requirements. The author of this paper analyzes the difficulty of the matching and aerial photography, including affine transformation cannot successful transformation, influence there covered phenomenon and characteristic finishing is difficult, the combination of fundamental matrix tilt aerial photography as a method of relative orientation, through the study of oblique aerial photography based matrix as precision control points, its aim is to continuously optimize tilt aerial photography as the content, improve the use value of collation results.

Abstract Bacterial cellulose (BC)decomposes easily and the carbon residue rate is low. These factors critically restrict its application in fabricating cellulosic carbon materials. Therefore, in this paper, a simple and facile method to improve the BC carbon yield is proposed based on the stretching orientation of BC. By controlling the degree of BC deformation, the orientation and crystallinity of the BC can be adjusted, thereby sensitively affecting the graphitization degree and carbon yield of carbonized BC. Samples were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman scattering, and low-field nuclear magnetic resonance (LNMR). The results indicated that when the pre-stretched strain was 40%, the crystallinity and graphitization degree of BC improved, and the carbon yield increased significantly in comparison to that of untreated BC. Thus, a low-cost, facile, and environmentally friendly method of increasing the carbon yield of BC was developed in this study.

Abstract Purpose: The current breast specimen orientation method after breast-conserving surgery is potentially inaccurate due to deformability and mobility of the extracted breast tissue. This complicates targeted relocation during re-excision or radiation. Therefore, we propose a new 3D-visualization method to communicate the breast specimen orientation to instantly provide an intuitive overview of the resection margins in relation to the surgical clips on the wound bed. Methods: In 15 female patients undergoing breast-conserving surgery, the surgeon labeled the surgical clips on the specimen and the wound bed. During pathologic assessment, after inking, a 3D scan was made of the specimen. Tumor tissue was annotated on the histological image and transposed to the respective location inside the 3D model. The transposed resection margins with respect to the labeled surgical clips were calculated and visualized. Intuitivity of the visualization was tested (face validity) as well as the quality of displayed resection margins and labeled clips. Results: Average face validity score for 3D-visualization was between ‘++’ and ‘+’ for surgeons and between ‘+’ and ‘+/-’ for pathologists. Average difference between computed resection margins and reported histologic margins was 1 mm. In 8 cases not all clips could be labeled in situ. In 5 cases not all labeled clips could be retrieved by pathology. Conclusion: The visualizations appeared valuable in interdisciplinary communications. The displayed resection margins approximated the reported margins. Consistent accurate surgical clip labelling proved challenging.

An in-depth study on a lighting location system is conducted in this paper. Firstly, the history and application of this system are summarized. The overall structure is detailed, including the detection principle of the lightning location, the orientation method, the detection circuit, the method of discriminating cloud flash and ground lightning signal, the error analysis, the guideline for station deployment, the preprocessing of the central station, and the function and structure of data server and user interface. The development of a lightning monitoring system in China is presented, and the construction of a new generation of a lightning location system in the Hubei Province power grid is introduced. Through the collection of measured data, the performance of the lightning location system in the lightning accident inspection rate, lightning location, and lightning situation statistics are analyzed. Artificial intelligence algorithms are applied in the lightning warning system. The new system has a high predicting accuracy.

The small intestine is a challenging organ for clinical and radiological evaluation. The introduction of radiological imaging techniques, which do not significantly disturb patients’ comfort and safety, attempts to obtain an adequate diagnosis and valuable information. The aim is to determine the capabilities and potential of ultrasound, computed tomography (CT), diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI), and contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance (MR) enterography to establish the diagnosis and to evaluate the severity and activity of intestinal inflammation. Conventional ultrasound is a suitable orientation method in the initial evaluation of patients with Crohn’s disease. At the same time, contrast-enhanced MR enterography provides an excellent assessment of disease activity, as well as the complications that accompany it. Contrast-enhanced MR enterography, combined with DWI, allows for excellent evaluation of disease activity and problems or difficulties following it. The examination can be repeated, controlled and can monitor patients with this disease.

Ever since the first deep ice cores were drilled, it has been a challenge to determine their original, in-situ orientation. In general, the orientation of an ice core is lost as the drill is free to rotate during transport to the surface. For shallow ice cores, it is usually possible to match the adjacent core breaks, which preserves the orientation of the ice column. However, this method fails for deep ice cores, such as the EastGRIP ice core in Northeast Greenland. We provide a method to reconstruct ice core orientation using visual stratigraphy and borehole geometry. As the EastGRIP ice core is drilled through the Northeast Greenland Ice Stream, we use information about the directional structures to perform a full geographical re-orientation. We compared the core orientation with logging data from core break matching and the pattern of the stereographic projections of the crystals’c-axis orientations. Both comparisons agree very well with the proposed orientation method. The method works well for 441 out of 451 samples from a depth of 1375–2120 m in the EastGRIP ice core. It can also be applied to other ice cores, providing a better foundation for interpreting physical properties and understanding the flow of ice.

Radical changes in political, economic and spiritual spheres entail changes in valued orientations and people’s professional behavior. Priorities that previously seemed immutable are replaced by different ones determining today 's reality. Personal meanings determine peculiarities of people 's behavior and relations with reality. The latter circumstance is essential for analyzing personal meanings of organizations’ heads as a social phenomenon in the transforming Russian reality. The appeal to reasoning is also due to the fact that job satisfaction is not limited to economic benefits. Purpose of work: analysis of sense in the labor activity of heads of organizations. Research methods: psychodiagnostic methods: M. Rokich's "value orientation" method, E. Shein's "Career Anchor" method. Strong and weak positions of possibility of realization of the management concept on the basis of senses are revealed.
