Abstract The propagation methods of rosebay willow-herb were studied on the basis of theoretical and experimental studies, the optimal size of the feeding area of one plant in a field was described and established. The efficiency of cultivating these plants depending on the time of sowing in winter greenhouses and the field planting scheme was determined, scientific and practical justification of the feasibility of cultivating rosebay willow-herb as a raw material for the processing industry in the North-Eastern part of Tambov Region was given in order to obtain dry vegetable concentrate for the production of soft drinks, syrups, natural additives for functional enrichment of food products. A non-waste concentrate production technology was developed and implemented using gentle modes and intensive processes, such as two-stage vacuum-pulse drying, vacuum extraction.

This article discusses the development of production processes in the context of integration, which makes it possible to increase the competitiveness of the industry, concentrate production, money and commodity capital, increase the speed of production, introduce innovations, produce products with high added value and enter the world markets. The features of the growth of the machine-building industry, which determine the energy and material consumption of the economy, labor productivity, the level of generation of innovations, the level of environmental safety of industrial production and the economic security of the country, are analyzed. Revealed and substantiated the need to focus on the “complication” of the national economy and diversification of those industries that give the maximum multiplier effect and high-quality economic growth. On the basis of the conducted research, the author proposes to activate the innovative development of mechanical engineering as a driver of industrialization in Kazakhstan. The need for the growth of domestic mechanical engineering, which provides the country's economy with means of production, promotes the development of all manufacturing industries, fuel and energy, transport and logistics, extractive sectors of the economy and agriculture is revealed and substantiated. On the basis of the study, the author proposes to highlight the multiplier effect, reflecting the degree of influence of a particular industry or sector on the growth of the economy as a whole by creating additional demand in other industries and sectors of the economy, and, consequently, jobs. The success of the development of mechanical engineering is determined in the proposed directions for increasing state support and stimulating the industry.

The problem of removing heavy and radioactive metals from the human body is relevant all over the world. Recent research has shown that it is more effective to use substances contained in natural food products, including pectin. Pectin has a favorable effect not only under acute exposure to metals, but also with their prolonged entry into the body, which is typical for an environmental load of residents of industrial regions and modern megalopolis. The use of pectin substances as natural detoxicants requires research to preserve these substances in products and further use. Therefore, an important condition for using pectin concentrates is to determine the shelf life for safe consumption. Based on this, studies were conducted to determine optimal storage parameters and terms for pumpkin concentrate. The sequence and parameters of pectin concentrate production from Karina pumpkin pomace are justified. As a result of the study, it was found that during storage of pectin concentrate from Karina pumpkin pomace at a temperature of 8 °C for 10 months, the pectin content in the concentrate decreased by 0–12. 45 %, at 25 °C – by 0–63 %, compared to the control sample. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the safe storage period of pectin-containing concentrates from Karina pumpkin extracts at a temperature of 25 °C is 7 months, at 8 °C – 10 months. As a result of mathematical processing of experimental data, equations for the relationship of pectin amount with storage temperature, pH and time are obtained.

ABSTRACT The aim of this study was to evaluate the reasons of quality deviation of a concentrate from a predefined standard. Five treatments were established: T1 - Control, standard concentrate formulation (SCF); T2 - PXMore5, SCF with more 5% vitamin-mineral premix (VMP); T3 - PXLess5, SCF with less 5% VMP. All three treatments used a 400kg batches in an INTECNIAL mixer; T4 - FeedMixer, SCF using a 4,000kg batch in an IMOTO mixer; T5 - PremixMixer, SCF using a 1,200kg batch in an MUYANG mixer. For each treatment, bags of 20 kg were stored in three storage places for four months. Water activity of concentrate was affected by temperature and air relative humidity in different storage places. Regarding the kind of mixer, the greatest variation in concentration of crude protein, mineral residue, copper, zinc, and selenium was observed in the PremixMixer. Adjustments are imperative in the handling and use procedures of this kind of mixer to meet the quality requirements required in the concentrate production. Analyzing the effect of the mineral-vitamin premix level, no difference could be defined with the evaluated parameters.
