Corticosteroids represent important therapies for numerous acute conditions and chronic diseases based on their broad anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressant effects. They have been used extensively in managing many oral diseases, due to their excellent anti-inflammatory and immune-modulator effect. This article is present at reviewing the uses of corticosteroids in the treatment various oral condition. To study more about corticosteroids and other related concepts. It was focus on Physiological effects, Effect of anesthesia and surgery and important indication of steroid in anaesthetic practice. There are strategies that can be used to minimize these risks, but some risks are often unavoidable. Topical use of corticosteroids, including inhalation, can be used to target specific organ for treatment. Corticosteroid therapy can be life-saving in serious and serve medical conditions.

The Armenian Defense Minister Vigen Sargsyans visit to China on September 4 constituted an important movement in the relationship between China and Armenia. It was furthermore an important indication of a shift in Armenian foreign policy. This was only one of the latest steps taken in the long line of a historical deepening of the relationships between the two sides who had neglected each other in the post-Cold War climate.

Background and Objectives: In patients with orbital floor blowout fracture (OFBF), accurate diagnosis of ocular motility disorder is important for decisions about conservative or surgical therapy. However, the accuracy of the traditional test for detecting binocular diplopia/ocular motility disorder using a moving pencil or finger (hereinafter, “finger test”) has been generally accepted as correct and has not been subject to scrutiny so far. Hence, its accuracy relative to full orthoptic examination is unknown. Materials and Methods: In this paper, the results of the “finger test” were compared with those derived from a complex examination by orthoptic tests (considered “true” value in patients with OFBF). Results: “Finger test” detected ocular motility disorder in 23% of patients while the full orthoptic examination proved much more efficient, detecting ocular motility disorder in 65% of patients. Lancaster screen test and test with color filters were the most important tests in the battery of the orthoptic tests, capable of identifying 97.7% and 95.3% of patients with ocular motility disorder, respectively. Still, none of the tests were able to correctly detect all patients with ocular motility disorder in itself. Conclusions: As the presence of ocular motility disorder/binocular diplopia is an important indication criterion for the surgical solution of the orbital floor blowout fracture, we conclude that a complex orthoptic evaluation should be always performed in these patients.

Indonesia is a country built on the foundation of multiculturalism. Since the beginning, the founders of this Republic were aware of this, so that the first principle of Pancasila reads God Almighty. This is an important indication that Indonesia is not a religious state, all religions before the state have the same and equal position. The state, in fact, guarantees all citizens to be free to worship according to their respective religions and beliefs. However, the life of the nation, state and society in a concrete sense is not always as good as it is conceived. In practice, religious primordialism, religious fundamentalism, and even radicalism still frequently occur. According to certain religious teachings, this group isolates, or even is hostile to, adherents of other different religions. The forms of this movement vary, from the most violent in the form of acts of terrorism, to the most gentle in the form of rejection of other parties who are different. Young people who have just entered high school and university are easy targets of this movement. Whereas in fact, the Indonesian nation from a cultural historical aspect, is a nation that loves harmony, a nation that respects and respects differences, united in the spirit of mutual cooperation. However, the spirit or soul is often covered by the massive fundamentalism movement carried out by this particular group. Therefore, departing from the above problems, we are collaborating with the Kulon Progo Interfaith Youth Forum (Forum Pemuda Lintas Agama) to organize activities that can foster unity and tolerance, especially among youth in Kulon Progo. Kulon Progo is used as an object because it is in a transition period to become an urban area, which of course there will be many identity intersections in the community. The activity was successfully held for two online discussions. The first discussion discussed tolerance and harmony between religions in a more general context. How is the situation in the world and in Indonesia itself. This was followed by a second discussion by presenting representatives from several religions, to convey the perspective of tolerance from their respective religious teachings. This chapter discusses how Jews viewed fright and how it affects one's health. Folk medicine tended to credit strong emotions with having a significant influence on the physical aspects of human life. Death could be caused by an overload of all types of passion, from fear to joy to desire. Fear was the reason for the belief in the dangerous consequences of a fright — a term used to describe various forms of ailment usually caused by a sudden, unexpected, and unpleasant encounter. The innate greed of the victim or their curiosity may also lead to situations no less hazardous to both adults and children. The negative consequences of frightening experiences were treated primarily with the help of magical means — an important indication that this was a phenomenon that went beyond what was called 'natural.' Symptoms of fright were similar to the effects of the evil eye, and likewise the folk therapy was reminiscent of the procedures used to lift charms, and ranged from sluicing with water, through smudging with lulav, to throwing a piece of bread to a dog. As in that of the evil eye, it was deemed important to find the source of the problem.

AbstractVariational quantum algorithms, a class of quantum heuristics, are promising candidates for the demonstration of useful quantum computation. Finding the best way to amplify the performance of these methods on hardware is an important task. Here, we evaluate the optimization of quantum heuristics with an existing class of techniques called “meta-learners.” We compare the performance of a meta-learner to evolutionary strategies, L-BFGS-B and Nelder-Mead approaches, for two quantum heuristics (quantum alternating operator ansatz and variational quantum eigensolver), on three problems, in three simulation environments. We show that the meta-learner comes near to the global optima more frequently than all other optimizers we tested in a noisy parameter setting environment. We also find that the meta-learner is generally more resistant to noise, for example, seeing a smaller reduction in performance in Noisy and Sampling environments, and performs better on average by a “gain” metric than its closest comparable competitor L-BFGS-B. Finally, we present evidence that indicates the meta-learner trained on small problems will generalize to larger problems. These results are an important indication that meta-learning and associated machine learning methods will be integral to the useful application of noisy near-term quantum computers.

Partial Discharge is a localized electric discharge that only partially connects insulation between conductors, and can appear parallel or not to the conductor. Partial discharge (PD) has long been recognized as an important indication of the state of isolation in high voltage equipment. By measuring PD, a diagnosis of the degree of degradation or deterioration in the isolation conditions of a high voltage device can be determined. Partial Discharge that occurs continuously can cause damage (breakdown) on a high voltage equipment. Therefore, before a high voltage device is used, Partial Discharge detection is necessary. Partial Discharge Detection can use the Partial Discharge measurement circuit. In this study, one part of the Partial Discharge measurement series will be discussed, namely the RC detector. Hopefully, RC detector can be further developed and can be used for more accurate partial discharge detection.

Traditional medicine is closely related to the culture in which it develops. The art of detecting disease through the tongue is one of the main diagnostic methods in Traditional Chinese Medicine culture that has been applied since the classical times of the Yellow Emperor. Tongue diagnosis in Traditional Chinese Medicine culture is a method for diagnosing disease and disease patterns by visual inspection of the tongue and its various features. As with other diagnostic methods, the diagnosis of the tongue is based on the principle that the outside of the body reflects the inside of the body. The tongue provides important clues that reflect the condition of the internal organs in each patient. In Traditional Chinese Medicine culture, the external structure of the body often reflects the condition of the inner structure and can give an important indication of internal disharmony.

The passing of the IUCN Resolution 041 - Development of objective criteria for a Green List of species, ecosystems and protected areas - at the IUCN World Conservation Congress in Jeju Island, South Korea in September 2012 provided an important indication of government and NGO support for the principle of the Green Status of Species. However, there was no indication of what the GSS method would look like. Since then, those details have been worked out by technical specialists. The objective of the survey was to gather opinions and input from as wide a range of potential users of the GSS as possible. Results will be used in further development of the GSS methodology and, probably more importantly, in deciding when and how it will be applied.
