The aim of the research is to study the safety system of nursing personnel in medical institutions of the stationary type. Results. The most important conditions forthe effectivework of nursing personnel are: medical care of personnel, the availability of office equipment at the workplace, small mechanization for caring for patients with sufficient provision of personal protective equipment, tools, antiseptics and disinfectants. Conclusion. A harmful psychophysiological production factor in the professional activities of nursing personnel is also manifested in significant intellectual and emotional stress, which, over time, also cause the development of any somatic disease in specialists.

Relevance. Among the purposes and target indicators of the implemented National projects by the end of 2024 it should be noted increase in the expected duration of healthy life, increase in total coefficient of birth rate up to 1.7 on one woman which achievement is impossible without ensuring female health. The purpose: the analysis of a flow of the patients of an obstetric and gynecologic profile coming to a versatile hospital of emergency medical service (2015–2019).Methodology. Data of the versatile 800-bed hospital incorporating 60 beds for patients of an obstetric and gynecologic profile served as materials of a research. Statistical and analytical methods of a research are used.Results. The analysis of the entering stream (36.4 thousand in 5 years) with the diagnosis on the “obstetrics and gynecology” profile (the diagnosis of the direction) showed that most of them —  50.6% (р<0.01) were directed by the medical organizations of emergency medical service, 36.3% —  the medical organizations of polyclinic link, 3.2% —  the medical organizations of stationary type, and 9.8% —  independently asked for medical care. 77.6% of patients arrived from 9:00 till 21:00, including 32.9% —  from 9:00 till 12:00; the condition of 94.3% is regarded as satisfactory (р<0.01), only 71.5% of patients came to specialized offices according to a direction profile. The average time of stay of patients in office was about 2 hours (121.2±117.0 min.). Conclusion. Development of stationary offices of emergency medical service gives the chance of sorting of the arriving patients according to weight of a state and needs in specialized medical and diagnostic actions. The diagnosis only of 71.5% of the arriving patients corresponds to a direction profile. The share of patients (for 50.2%), capable to ask independently for medical care grows. Every fifth patient who is almost arriving in the emergency order receives adequate (necessary and sufficient) the volume of medical care in office of emergency medical service.

The influence of population-genetic structure on the prevalence of monogenic and multifactorial pathology is no longer in doubt. The purpose of this study is to study the gender and age structure of the population of North Ossetia-Alania in the framework of a comprehensive genetic and epidemiological survey of the population and comparison with the obtained data of distribution of gender and age characteristics of patients with hereditary pathology. On the basis of statistical data as of January 1, 2018, the gender and age structure of North Ossetia population is analyzed by a standard method, 1054 patients with confirmed diagnosis and type of inheritance were identified in 4 districts: Ardonsky, Alagirsky, Pravoberezhny, Kirovsky. Gender and age pyramids for the urban and rural population of North Ossetia, having the form of a bell, between which no significant differences were revealed, were compiled. There has been a slight increase in fertility in the urban population, due to the outflow of young people to the cities from rural areas. The reproductive part does not exceed a quarter of the population. There is a predominance of women in older age groups. The ratio of males to females is 1:1.19 in the urban population, 1:1.11 in the rural population, the ratio is different in different age cohorts. Aging rate 17.2%. The demographic burden ratio is 39.4%. The proportion of children and older persons is almost the same. It is shown that the gender-age structure of North Ossetia is characterized by a stationary type and an old population with a practically simple reproduction character. Among patients with hereditary pathology, other characteristics of the gender and age structure are observed. in all age cohorts, the number of men exceeds the number of women.

The reconfiguration of the magnetic field during and after a coronal mass ejection (CME) may be accompanied by radio emission from non-thermal electrons. In particular, stationary type IV bursts (also called storm continua) are emitted by electrons in closed magnetic configurations usually located in the wake of the outward-travelling CME. Although stationary type IV bursts, which stand out by their long duration (up to several hours) and strong circular polarisation, have been known for more than fifty years, there have been no systematic studies since the 1980s. In this work we use the data pool of the Nançay Radioheliograph together with white-light coronagraphy, EUV imaging and magnetography from the SoHO, Proba2, SDO and STEREO spacecraft to revisit the source structure and polarisation of a sample of seven well-defined stationary type IV bursts at decimetre-to-metre wavelengths. The radio sources are most often found in one leg, in one case both legs, of the magnetic flux rope erupting into the high corona during the CME. The cross-correlation of the brightness temperature time profiles in the event with sources in both legs implies that the radiating electrons have energies of a few tens of keV. Comparison with the magnetic field measured in the photosphere and its potential extrapolation into the corona shows that the radio emission is in the ordinary mode. This result was inferred historically by means of the hypothesis that the magnetic field orientation in the radio source was that of the dominant sunspot in the parent active region. This hypothesis is shown here to be in conflict with noise storms in the same active region. It is confirmed that the polarisation of stationary type IV continua may be strong, but is rarely total, and that it gradually increases in the early phase of the radio event. We find that the increase is related to the gradual disappearance of some weakly polarised or unpolarised substructure, which dominates the first minutes of the radio emission.

Introduction. The work is devoted to evaluating the results of our own research of sanitary-microbiological monitoring of environmental objects in diversified treatment-and-prophylactic institutions of stationary type and of the analysis both of domestic and foreign data in order justify of the list of priority controlled sanitary-microbiological indices of air and surfaces to ensure the safety of hospital environment, medical organizations stationary type, regardless of their functional purpose. Material and methods. The survey was conducted in various premises in the medical-prophylactic institutions of stationary type for two years. Studies included determination of microbial contamination of the air environment, working surfaces, hands of personnel with the detection of bacteriological, virological, and mycological parameters, followed by macroscopic and microscopic identification of microorganisms and identification using automated systems with the method of time-of-flight matrix-assisted laser mass spectrometry platform MALDI-TOF, based on the study of the mass spectra of ribosomal proteins in the range of 1000-10000 Daltons and bioinformatic comparison of the obtained spectrum with database reference spectra and PCR. Results. As a result, the research of surface washings in the premises of a multidisciplinary clinic revealed microbial contamination with conditionally pathogenic gram-positive cocci, including S.aureus, gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria posing a serious epidemiological danger to patients in these wards regardless of the MOST profile and requires mandatory monitoring taking into account of the used disinfectants. Conclusion. Our own research and analysis of domestic and foreign literature showed that it is not enough to monitor the air in the MOST premises only in terms of total microbiological contamination. In the operating, procedural and dressing blocks, as well as in the wards, physiotherapeutic, diagnostic, laboratory rooms and auxiliary units, it is also necessary to take into account other sanitary and microbiological indices: total microbes count, gram-positive rods and cocci, including S.aureus, fungi, adeno-, entero-, astroviruses, coliphages.

Age waves is theoretical concept that take into account the importance of disordered cohort flows, mainly as by-product of demographic transition (fluctuating fertility and improved survival), but also external factors (especially wars). The primary age wave as a consequence of high births after the Second World War in Serbia did not remain an isolated phenomenon, but created a secondary cohort wave although the fertility indicators were declining, which is visible as the thickening of the pyramid base in 1981 due to the absolute increase in births. Cohort "tide" has influenced the shape of the pyramid to longer retain the properties of the stationary type because the baby boom generation reproduced the "echo" generation, which is a counterbalance to extreme demographic aging as the baby boom generation entered the contingent of the old population. A cohort analysis of the elderly population shows that the declining share of the elderly in a certain age group is typical for cohorts born during turbulent times, most often wars, while cohorts born afterwards form more numerous generations. A half-century characteristic of the Serbian population is an absolute increase of people older than 65, but it does not automatically mean an adequate increase in the relative share of the elderly because it depends on the number of other age groups and their cohort trajectories. The methodological tool that can valorize heterogeneity of the old population is important for societies with past oscillations in fertility and migratory movements. In this study, the usefulness of the arithmetic and geometric coefficients of aging was tested on the example of baby boom and baby bust generations and their position in the old population, revealing periods when rejuvenation or aging of the old has dominated.

The present investigation analyzes the performance of a Hatz diesel engine that has 912 cubic centimeters (cc), stationary type, two cylinders, an air cooled feature and B10 (90% diesel and 10% palm biodiesel), using a test bench to improve statistically the repeatability and reproducibility of the runs. The experimental reference tests were carried out under defined conditions at a fixed speed of 1800 revolutions per minute (rpm) and four load levels: 35%, 50%, 65% and 80%. The repeatability analysis was based on the technical standard NTC-ISO / IEC17025. The variables of torque, fuel consumption (FC), air consumption (AC) and exhaust gas temperatures (EGT) showed an increase related with the load increase, showing a lower variation of AC and emissions. With the mechanism’s implementation of attenuator of air blows, adjustment mechanism for rpm and preheating air chamber for intake manifold, it was observed that the rpm presented the lowest statistical variability. The variables that presented the highest Pearson correlation with respect to the FC are the CO2, NOX and O2, this is because the engine does not have the Common Rail system, which causes the fuel supply to not be injected accurately and uniformly, therefore the evaluation of performance of the engine could not be repeatable.

AbstractIn a stable theory, a stationary type $q \in S\left( A \right)$ internal to a family of partial types ${\cal P}$ over A gives rise to a type-definable group, called its binding group. This group is isomorphic to the group $Aut\left( {q/{\cal P},A} \right)$ of permutations of the set of realizations of q, induced by automorphisms of the monster model, fixing ${\cal P}\,\mathop \cup \nolimits \,A$ pointwise. In this article, we investigate families of internal types varying uniformly, what we will call relative internality. We prove that the binding groups also vary uniformly, and are the isotropy groups of a natural type-definable groupoid (and even more). We then investigate how properties of this groupoid are related to properties of the type. In particular, we obtain internality criteria for certain 2-analysable types, and a sufficient condition for a type to preserve internality.
