This research aims to examine the effect of behavioural intention using the Grab Health application during the Covid-19 pandemic. Variables that support the formation of behavioral intentions are attitudes. The formation of attitudes in use is caused by perceived enjoyment, social influence, and perceived vulnerability in using Grab Health applications. Data was obtained from questionnaires were distributed to the general public who use health applications Grab Health. The sampling technique used is non probability sampling, that is convenience sampling technique. The sample used in the study was 200 respondents who used the health applications Grab Health. Hypothesis testing is done by the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis method using the AMOS program. The results of this research indicate that attitudes have a significant effect on behavioral intentions, positive perceptions of perceived enjoyment are significant to attitudes, social influences have a significant influence on attitudes, and perceptions of vulnerability do not significantly influence attitudes in the use of health applications Grab Health.

Intellectual capital is vital for companies to improve competitiveness. Company stakeholders are starting to realize that intellectual capital is one of the intangible assets that need to be managed properly because it helps companies compete. This study aims to examine financial performance in mediating the effect of intellectual capital on investor reaction. Financial performance is measured using a return on assets, intellectual capital as an independent variable is measured using value-added Intellectual capital (VAICTM) which consists of three components, namely: human capital, structural capital, and relational capital, while investor reactions are measured using abnormal returns. The object of research is the banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016-2018 by the determined purposive sampling. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) for data analysis and hypothesis testing, and uses the WarpPLS version 7.0 software to process data. Based on the test results, several conclusions: (a) Intellectual has a positive and significant effect on investor reaction, (b) Intellectual capital has a positive and significant effect on financial performance, (c) financial performance has a positive and significant effect on investor reaction, and (d) financial performance can fully mediate the effect of Intellectual capital on investor reactions.

This study aims to analyze the capital expenditure allocation of district and municipal as seen from local financial performance indicators. The data in this study is secondary data obtained from regional financial reports that have been audited by BPK RI. The variables that are expected to influence the allocation of capital expenditure in this study are the Regional Financial Independence, locally-generated revenue Effectiveness, Financial Efficiency, Debt Service Coverage Ratio, and Harmony of Expenditure. The sample in this study using districts and cities in East Java Province and selected based on purposive sampling method with five years observation period and using data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that there are three influential variables: Regional Financial Independence, Local Financial Efficiency, and Harmony of Expenditure, while the other two variables namely locally-generated revenue Effectiveness and Debt Service Coverage Ratio have no effect on capital expenditure allocation.

This study aims to test the trust caused by technological knowledge, compatibility, and system security. Previous studies have not yet explained the role of trust in the relationship between technological knowledge, compatibility, and security in the intention to continue the online prescription system. Data was obtained through an online questionnaire that was distributed to health professionals using the Surakarta online prescription system. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a population of 200 health workers. Hypothesis testing is done by using SEM. The results of this study indicate that technology and security knowledge have a role in increasing trust to form intentions to use online prescription systems. There are hypotheses that are not supported by compatibility which is felt to have no role in increasing trust to form intentions using an online prescription system.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of organizational political perceptions on job satisfaction moderated by political skills. This research is important because it is able to examine the significance of the relationship between organizational political perceptions and political skills on job satisfaction. This research uses survey research methods through questionnaires. The object of research is all hospital employees in the city of Surakarta with a sample of 159 respondents. Sampling in this study using the probability sampling method. The analytical tool used in this study is simple linear regression while the moderating analysis tool uses regression analysis tools. The results showed H1 had a significant relationship while H2 did not have a significant relationship. These results give the sense that organizational political perceptions affect job satisfaction. While political skills as a moderator between organizational political perceptions do not affect job satisfaction.

This study aims to examine the mediating role of the implementation plan in the relationship between medical intention and treatment decisions, examine the role of moderation of actual behavioral control in the relationship between implementation plans and treatment decisions, and examine the role of situational context moderation in the relationship between treatment plans and treatment decisions. The decision to treat a patient is important for the hospital because it determines the number of patients who will seek treatment at the hospital. Data obtained through questionnaires distributed to patient or someone who want to be a patient. The research sample used amounted 200. This research use purposive sampling in Solo Raya. Hypothesis testing used regression logistic for mediating and moderating role. First hypothesis are supported but second and third hypothesis was not supported.

The study of success information system organized is still a study important in researchs systems information. It is caused by existence of the diversity of the results of research on the success of the the information system in organizations on various research an object that impact on variable user and the weapons of the analysis that adapted to the purposes of research (Delone & Mclean, 2003; Wu & Wang, 2006; Holsapple & Le-post, 2006). The purpose of this research is to test antaseden in the form of satisfaction in building intention use the information at RSUD Dr .Moewardi Surakarta. Research sample areas are employees at RSUD Dr .Moewardi as many as 200 respondents. Sampling technique use two stage clusters random sampling, a measuring instrument use testing spss and the testing of hypotheses use SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) with software AMOS. Based on the results of the analysis showed that all hypothesis supported that is significant the connection between satisfaction with the intention to continue, a significant relation between quality information with satisfaction user, a significant relation between quality the system with satisfaction users, and a significant relation exists between the quality of services with satisfaction users information system

This study was aimed to examine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment to OCB, the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment, the effect of organizational justice to job satisfaction and organizational commitment, the influence of superordinate support to job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Sample was determided by using probability cluster sampling method and random sampling.The sample were staffs of Psychiatric Hospital and PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital in Surakarta. Data collection using questionnaires was distributed directly as many as 200 questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted by using SEM. The results showed that job satisfaction had a positive effect on OCB, organizational commitment had no effect on OCB. Job satisfaction had no effect on organization commitment. The value of organizational justice to job satisfaction shows significant effect, but not on organizational commitment. Superordinate support had no effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment.

This study aims to test the satisfaction of using information systems formed from the patient's satisfaction with the quality of the service that is affected by the quality of the system and the perceived quality of information society in Solo while using e-patient applications. This study This confirm the research came back with a different object. Sampling technique was purposive sampling with the population of the community in the solo using the E-Patient application as much as 130 respondents. Testing the measuring instrument tested using the SPSS version 21 and hypothesis testing is done using Structural Equation Models (SEM) use the AMOS program. The results of this study indicate that patient satisfaction of using the E-Patient application significantly that from the quality of service. Quality system and quality of information on quality of service also showed significant effects. These results give Satisfaction to form meaning that patients i n the use of the application E-Patient through the quality of service is affected by the quality of the system and the quality of the information.
