Muslims believe that marriage is the best way to have children and maintain self-respect. In the Compilation of Islamic Law Article 3 paragraph (1) it is explained: the purpose of marriage is to realize a sakinah, mawaddah, warohmah household life. There are many ways to form a family, but the people of Ngabar Village, Siman District, Ponorogo Regency, and also other people do not know how to form a harmonious family. This study aims to (1) determine the understanding of the Ngabar Village community towards Law Number 11 of 2009 concerning Social Welfare, (2) to determine the role of KUA Siman District in the formation of a sakinah family in Ngabar Village, Siman District, Ponorogo Regency. This type of research is Field Research. A descriptive approach is used in this study. The results of this study indicate: The people of Ngabar Village do not understand the meaning of social welfare even though the employees of the Siman District Religious Affairs Office have socialized Law Number 11 of 2009 concerning social welfare. As a result, the formation of a sakinah family in Ngabar Village has not been carried out as much as expected.

Conflict in the household is a normal thing. Usually, conflicts in the household are caused by husbands' and wives' rights that have not been fulfilled. This study aims to examine the quality of the hadith regarding the rights of wives in the household. The literature review method is used in this research. Researchers found several matan of hadiths that explain the rights of a wife in the household narrated by Abu Dawud. The hadith that describes the rights of the wife in the household, the history of Abu Dawud has a good sanad quality, has a good matan quality, and meets the criteria of sahih hadith. Furthermore, this study's results will benefit society; especially will benefit husbands, to fulfill their wives' rights in the household.

The water on this earth seems to never run out even though humans use it continuously. However, sometimes the water on the surface of the earth is lost so that the earth looks dry. This study aims to find out where the water on earth comes from and where it is lost according to the perspective of the Qur'an and science. By using the literature study method, the researchers found: 1) according to the view of the Qur'an, water on earth comes from the sky in the form of rain, while according to science there is a possibility that water on earth comes from ice in the asteroid belt that fell to earth. 2) Water on earth can undergo evaporation and freezing depending on weather conditions. This is what causes a place on earth to experience drought or lack of water. Knowledge of the origin and loss of water on earth will be useful for people's lives in responding to water use as wisely as possible.

Various problems regarding the improvement of the Indonesian economy have arisen due to changes in the global economy. Economists recommend that economic cooperation with the international community be increased, especially with ASEAN countries. This is important to harmonize the development of the world economy with the economic development of ASEAN countries full of competition. There are also those who argue that Indonesia's economic development so far has not favored the people's economy, and it is also necessary to create a development strategy by involving the people more in various economic and trade fields. Conceptually, this article aims to find out: changes in the global economy in Indonesia, and the effect of global economic changes on legal developments in Indonesia. Using Lawrence M. Friedman's theory which states that the law is not autonomous, but on the contrary, the law is open at all times to outside influences, this research produces findings, with changes in the global economy, the law in Indonesia has changed functions, including 1) standards of conduct, 2) as a tool of social engineering, 3) as a tool of justification, 4) as a tool of control, 5) rechtszekerheid

Arabic comes from the Semitic language family. it has a higher position than other Semitic languages ​​because it is not extinct even though it is thousands of years old. Arabic is one of the most widely spoken languages ​​today. Users are not only Muslims but also non-Muslims. Semitic is a language family associated with one of the sons of the Prophet Noah a.s. namely Sam son of Noah. In the narration, it is stated that Noah had three children, namely Sam (Semitic), Yafit (Aramiyah), and Ham (Hamiyah). Languages ​​belonging to the Semitic language family experience slow development. Some languages, such as Akkadian, have even become extinct. and other languages, although not extinct but the speakers are no longer a big nation. This language is only spoken by a small number of people, like Aramaic. Only Arabic, the only Semitic language, has survived thousands of years. Arabic users continue to grow even today. The final conclusion of this paper is that Arabic represents other Semitic languages, both in terms of their origin and in terms of their privilege.

Education is a part of human life which has an important position. The intended interest in this matter is how humans carry out their lives and improve the quality of life. Indirectly if seen based on the philosophy of education which will direct people to think deeply or rooted in the reality of education. The development of national education must also develop in line with global developments by still taking into account the character's cultural values, and also an assessment of conditional factors. The implementation and development of education as intended and expected are in accordance with Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20 of 2003. Educational policies and roles that are oriented towards future progress will give birth to quality Indonesians. Qualified humans are humans who have high morale and are intellectual sufficient to know or master science and technology. The new paradigm of education is a new pattern or concept of education to achieve the goals of national education. The purpose of education is to produce human resources capable of facing various future challenges. In essence, the Education Policy that has been made is to improve the quality of education and the welfare of the nation.

Conceptually this paper aims to know architecture in the Islamic tradition and the history of the development of Islamic architecture from time to time, to know the main characteristics of Islamic architecture, and to find out the form of Islamic architecture in the archipelago. Using the literature study method, this article produces findings, (1) the sense of admiration of Muslims for the beauty and aesthetics of Islamic architecture is inseparable from the submission and surrender of Muslims to the greatness and majesty of the Creator who is believed to have all the beauty (2) Islamic architecture does not have form one and uniform, but different. (3) factors that influence the form of Islamic architecture include geographical factors, local culture, and traditions, building functions.

This research was conducted at several amil zakat institutions representing the Ponorogo area, namely BMH Ponorogo, LAZISMU ponorogo, BAZNAS Ponorogo Regency and LAZ Ummat Sejahtera. The location is adjusted to the origin of the institution. BMH and LAZISMU are under the auspices of the organization Hidayatullah and Muhamadiyah, BAZNAS under the auspices of the government in this case the ministry of religion, and LAZ Prosperous Community which is an independent institution. This research is qualitative descriptive field research. Methods of collecting data through observation, documentation, and interviews. While the type of data used is primary data and secondary data. From this study, it was concluded that the pattern of zakat distribution carried out by BMH and LAZ Prosperous Ummah could be said to be better and more innovative especially with the high professionalism of amil in work so that the distribution system could be optimally implemented, complete and organized in the hope that distribution could be optimized zakat institutions for the welfare of society will be greater.

This study was conducted with the purpose to determine motivation study from home, STAI Denpasar Bali students during the Covid-19 Pandemic, where the learning process from home starts in the third week of March 2020 until now. This study had implemented the method of survey and quantitative in nature. The number of 170 students consisting of the Management of Islamic Education, Islamic Religious Education, and Sharia Economics study program, were selected randomly as samples. A set of questionnaires was used as a research instrument. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively using frequency, percentage, and mean score in order to identify the level of motivation students study from home. The study found that average student learning motivation from home is in the sufficient category, which is 38.82 percent, this proves that even though there is the Covid-19 Pandemic struck, it did not decrease the learning motivation of STAI Denpasar students, and the appreciation given by the lecturer during the learning process from the house took place and the conducive learning environment created by lecturers and institutions was able to motivate students during learning from home during the Covid-19 Pandemic.

The initial objective of this study was to determine the steps for implementing the card sort method in delivering subject Q.S. Yunus: 40-41, and to find out the strengths and weaknesses of the card sort method. Experimental and observational approaches are used in this study. But finally found that the card sort method which is a learning strategy in the form of pieces of paper shaped like cards containing subject matter is quite fun to apply, more relaxed, and does not make students feel tense. The result is that students' memory of the subject matter is stronger. The steps for applying the card sort method are simple and uncomplicated so that this method is not only suitable for explicated in subject Q.S. Yunus: 40-41 only, but can also be applied to other subject matter, which requires the concentration of students to remember. Although the card sort method has weaknesses, if this method applied in delivering subject Q.S. Yunus: 40-41 makes students' knowledge equal because students not only get lessons from the teacher but also from their friends.
