The study focuses on analysis of the judge’s consideration in deciding the case of child care against the wife who converted to religion other than Islam. The study is a descriptive research by nature. It employs different data collection techniques while adopting qualitative approach in its data analysis. The setting of the study is at Parigi Religious Court. The findings of the study show that The judges have paid attention to the juridical, philosophical and sociological aspects that reflect the principles of legal certainty, justice and expediency in giving decisions. In addition, the judge’s basic consideration in granting the divorce suit was based on the assumption that if in a conflicting household atmosphere, according to the judge, divorce was the best solution to avoid greater harm on the grounds that the purpose of marriage was to realize harmonious family.

There are many crimes that happened in this era, which one of them is corruption. Corruption has become a major phenomenon for each country in this world. Even more, it is not only male who doing the corruption, but female also. They were get some money to satisfy themselves although they have to break the law. This phenomenon has attracted researcher to study the female inmates who was doing corruption, and its relation to psychopathic symptom. Three female inmates in Sukamiskin Penitentiary Institute Class IIA – Bandung, who were convicted based on corruption cases, were chosen as subjects of this study. The result showed that all of three female inmates have a tendency to become a Psychopath, but in the low level to middle level tendencies. The three dominant Psychopathic Symptoms that found: pathological lying, lack of remorse or guilt, and short-term marital relationships. It can be summarized and recommended that among 3 subjects need to receive a counseling and/or psychoeducation so they will be more honest in their work setting, and to educate them that its important to have a good relationship to build a harmonious family.

The purpose of this article is a theoretical study and empirical study of the criteria and signs of harmonious family upbringing of adolescents. Scientists have always been interested in establishing criteria for determining the success of raising children. But most of the research was devoted to the study of education in educational institutions. In addition, there is a need to define certain criteria for assessing the results of the upbringing of adolescents, given the significant psychological features of this age period.Methods. To achieve the goal of the study, methods of analysis and synthesis, systematization of scientific sources, comparison and generalization were used. Questionnaires were also conducted to study this issue with the involvement of two groups of experts – parents and professionals.Results. In the course of the study of the criteria and signs of success of family upbringing of adolescents, the opinion of experts on the indicators of upbringing of adolescents and criteria for assessing upbringing was studied. Based on the results of studying the opinions of parents and experts, important indicators of adolescent upbringing were identified, including responsibility, respect for the dignity of others and personal freedom, respect for all forms of life and cultural values, self-control, optimism. A similar humanistic orientation of these indicators has been found, which, according to all experts, is important and worthy of attention. The study of the criteria for assessing the upbringing of adolescents also showed the similarity of the positions of parents and professionals in the education of adolescents. Differences of opinion were also found between the two groups of experts on the importance of individual criteria.Conclusions. Understanding the results of the study allows us to conclude that family upbringing is a process of encouraging, supporting and developing a child through the efforts of parents and relatives from birth to adulthood. Adolescence is characterized by the development and formation of personality, finding one's place in the society, emotional vulnerability and significantly affects the behavior of children. The result of harmonious family upbringing of adolescents is responsibility, respect for the dignity of others and personal freedom, respect for all forms of life and cultural values, self-control, optimism.Key words: family upbringing, parents, teenagers, adolescence age, manners. Мета статті полягає в теоретичному вивченні та емпіричному дослідженні критеріїв і ознак гармонійного сімейного виховання дітей підліткового віку. Встановлення критеріїв для визначення успішності виховання дітей цікавило вчених завжди. Проте більшість досліджень було присвячено вивченню процесу виховання дітей не в сім’ях, а в умовах навчальних закладів. Крім того, існує потреба у визначенні окремих критеріїв щодо оцінки результатів виховання дітей підліткового віку, зважаючи на значні психологічні особливості цього вікового періоду. Методи. Для досягнення мети дослідження використовувались методи аналізу та синтезу, систематизації наукових джерел, порівняння та узагальнення. Також проводилось анкетування з метою вивчення даного питання із залученням двох груп експертів – батьків та фахівців.Результати. Під час дослідження критеріїв та ознак гармонійного сімейного виховання дітей підліткового віку вивчалася думка експертів щодо показників вихованості підлітків та критеріїв оцінки виховання. За результатами вивчення думок експертів-батьків та експертів-фахівців визначено вагомі показники вихованості підлітків, зокрема відповідальність, повага гідності інших людей та свободи волі особистості, повага до всіх форм життя та культурних цінностей, самоконтроль, оптимізм. З’я-совано схожу гуманістичну спрямованість цих показників, які, на думку всіх експертів, є вагомими і вартими уваги. Дослідження критеріїв оцінки вихованості підлітків також показало схожість позицій батьків та фахівців у питаннях виховання підлітків. Також було знайдено відмінності в думках двох груп експертів із приводу вагомості окремих критеріїв. Висновки. Осмислення результатів дослідження дозволяє дійти висновку, що сімейне виховання – це процес заохочення, підтримки та розвитку дитини зусиллями батьків і родичів від її народження до дорослості. Підлітковий вік характеризується розвитком та становленням особистості, пошуком свого місця в соціумі, емоційною вразливістю і суттєво впливає на поведінку дітей. Результатом гармонійного сімейного виховання дітей підліткового віку є відповідальність, повага гідності інших людей та свободи волі особистості, повага до всіх форм життя та культурних цінностей, самоконтроль, оптимізм. <p><em>Religious lecture nowadays can be found not only by joining Tablighi Jamaat in the mosque but also by searching the desired religious lecture theme on Youtube which is delivered by desired ustadz. Even though sometimes the content of the lectures found on Youtube are not in their fully version. But still, the messages still can be received. The theme about wife as the cause of disobedient to parents still become a crucial and popular theme to be delivered by ustadz nowadays. This phenomenon can be related to the nature of woman as a wife that mostly found difficulty adapting to their spouse family because her nature to be dominantly self-controlled by feelings. This study aims to critically analysis the discourse of Ustadz Khalid Basalamah Lecture fragment found in Youtube about wife as the cause of disobedient to parents. This study was conducted by analyzing three aspects of Fairclough’s Critical Discourse Analysis Method, namely textual analysis (microstructural analysis), discursive practice analysis (mesostructural analysis), and socio-cultural analysis (macrostructural analysis). The study found that the discourse are (1) using forbidding words repeteadly to show reinforcement of the messages, (2) distributing messages delivered by Ustadz Khalid Basalamah who is believed in having ‘power’ to deliver religious lecture to moeslim as the consumer by his way that is by persuading the audience to think logically, (3) having an important messages to be delivered in building a harmonious family and so harmonious future society</em>.</p>

Nowadays, due to the complex family economic problems, it is the reason for a wife to become a TKW abroad to improve the family's economy. This study aimed to determine the psychological analysis of Islamic families on the communication patterns of TKW families and to find out the psychological analysis of Islamic families on conflict resolution in TKW families from Gajah Village Ponorogo. The method used a qualitative method with data collection techniques with interviews and documentation. The results showed that the communication pattern of the TKW families in Gajah Village was by the Qur'an about communication ethics, namely: trustworthy, not lying, and fair. Conflict resolution in realizing a harmonious family in the TKW family in Gajah Village uses four conflict resolutions contained in QS an-Nisa' verse 35, namely: al-Ma'ruf (tenderness and harmony between husband and wife), al-Ma'ruf (tenderness and harmony between husband and wife), al-Sabru (patience), Tahammul al-Ada (freedom in conveying and receiving partner's opinion) and al-Wa'zu (advice).

This study focuses on the meaning of marriage which is represented in the film  Teman Tapi Menikah 2 (2020) directed by Rako Prijanto. The divorce rate in Indonesia is increasing sharply, according to data from the Central Bureau of Statistics, it was recorded that 5.89% of the total 67.2 million household couples have divorced in 2015. In 2020, the number of divorce case has increased to 6.4% from 72.9 million married couples. Marriage it seems doesn’t look promising in the society. This high percentage of divorced coupled reflects the changes of social discourse on marriage in the society. However, this phenomenon seemingly hasn’t reflected in the cinema, while many films portray marriage in their narratives. Thus, it is interesting to explore how marriage has been represented in the cinema. This paper explores film Teman Tapi Menikah 2 (Friend but married 2), aiming to provide insight and cinematic representation about marriage by using descriptive qualitative. This research utilizes Tzvetan Todorov's narrative analysis as a technique to analyze the content of the film and find the meaning of marriage in the narrative. This paper relies on representation theory as a form of the theoretical basis of this research. The analysis is carried out by describing the storyline in the film, which will be divided into three parts according to the structure of Tzvetan Todorov's narrative analysis. They are the initial phase of marriage - marriage conflict - conflict resolution. This research finds that the film Teman Tapi Menikah 2 articulated a marriage is a form of a cooperative relationship between husband and wife that runs in a balanced and harmonious manner according to their respective roles and portions, with the aim of creating and build a harmonious family, both in parent-child relationships, as well as husband and wife themselves.

Abstract This study aims to determine the interaction of family and social environment on the vandalism behavior of eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 14 Pontianak. This research method is quantitative with a research sample of 110 VIII students using purposive sampling. Data was taken using a questionnaire. The results showed that vandalism was low at 60.8%, family harmony was 44.7% and the school environment was categorized as very high at 34.4%. The results of the test show Fcount (31,328) > Ftable (3.08) and a significance of 0.00 < 0.05, meaning that family harmony and social environment have a significant effect on vandalism behavior. tcount of the decent family harmony variable -4.486 > ttable 1.982 with a significance of 0.00 <0.05, which means that there is a significant negative effect. tcount of the appropriate school social environment variable -2.547 > ttable 1.982 with a significance of 0.01 <0.05, which means that there is a significant negative effect. Regression equation Y'= 68.074+ (- 0.418) + (-0.313) + e. The determinant value of Adjusted R2 = 0.358, which means that the influence of family interaction and social environment on vandalism behavior is low, namely 35.8%. Keywords: Harmonious Family, School Social Environment, Vandalism.

In the paper, the authors have decided to focus on a sensitive, yet important topic which affects almost every one of us. Since not all of us succeed in living in a harmonious family that thrives on love, understanding and, at the same time, creates suitable conditions for consistent and continuous care for health, nutrition, all-round development of its members, in a democratic and legal state they must and also exist institutes which necessarily and to the extent necessary meet these needs. In the context of the above-mentioned, the paper presents the institute of representation of a minor child, which is one of the immanent parts of the set of parental rights and obligations. As it is clear, the exercise of parental rights and parental responsibilities is entrusted in particular to the parents, mother and father of the minor child. In practice, however, there are more and more cases where parents are replaced by other, legally defined persons in the matter of representing a minor child, about whom, among other things, the presented paper deals.

This study is aimed at discussing the system and procession of indigenous Mohammed Moponika marriage in creating the value of family harmony in Gorontalo City based on At-Thufi’s perspective on maslahah.This study used in this research is the type of field research with descriptive method of phenomenological approach. The results of this study conclude that in the traditional procession of the Pohutu Moponika Marriage accommodates many aspects of benefit in an effort to give birth to a harmonious family. The value of benefit intended for the Pohutu Moponika tradition is to gain or gain benefits and reject harm in order to maintain goals syara‘. Although it is not regulated in the texts and does not seem to be in accordance with the provisions of the texts, the customary process of the Pohutu Moponika Marriage in Gorontalo does not aim to destroy religion. On the contrary, it is actually intended for the benefit of the bride and groom so that they can navigate a harmonious domestic life. Therefore, it is included in the maslahah category in accordance with the concept of al-Thufi. Basically, Allah Swt establishes the rules of command and prohibition that are essentially only intended for the good and benefit of humans.

<p align="center"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p><strong>Pendidikan susila merupakan salah satu pengetahuan yang wajib dipelajari oleh setiap manusia di dunia, tidak terkecuali suami-istri dalam kehidupan berumah tangga. Terlebih pendidikan susila merupakan salah satu pedoman dalam  membentuk keluarga yang harmonis. Dalam ajaran agama Hindu, kisah <em>Āranya Kānda Ramāyāna</em> merupakan cerita luhur yang menjadi bagian dari kitab suci Weda. Di dalamnya terdapat cerita yang menegangkan ketika Dewi Sītā sebagai istri dari Śrī Rāma, diculik oleh raksasa Ravana. Berkaca dengan hal tersebut, penelitian ini tertarik mengkaji lebih dalam mengenai kisah <em>Āranya Kānda Ramāyāna </em>tersebut, untuk menemukan pendidikan susila untuk kehidupan rumah tangga. Dalam penelitian ini, dirumuskan juga beberapa permasalahan, yaitu terkait pendidikan susila dalam kehidupan berumah tangga, kisah <em>Āranya Kānda Ramāyāna</em>, serta pendidikan susila yang terkandung didalam kisah <em>Āranya Kānda</em> <em>Ramāyāna </em>sebagai jawaban dari tantangan kehidupan berumah tangga. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif,, dan studi kepustakaan, serta menggunakan analisis data dari Miles and Huberman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, kisah <em>Āranya Kānda Ramāyāna </em>mengandung berbagai nilai-nilai etika dan moralitas baik untuk suami dan istri. Dengan mengetahui pendidikan susila tersebut, tentu bermanfaat sebagai pedoman dalam membentuk kehidupan rumah tangga yang harmonis.</strong></p><p><strong><em>Kata Kunci: Pendidikan Susila, Āranya Kānda, Rumah Tangga Harmonis</em></strong><strong><em> </em></strong></p><p> </p><p align="center"><strong><span lang="EN-IN">Abstract</span></strong></p><p><strong><em>            Moral education is one of the knowledge that must be learned by every human being in the world, including husband and wife in married life. Moreover, moral education is one of the guidelines in forming a harmonious family. In Hinduism, the story of Āranya Kānda Ramāyāna is a sublime story that is part of the Vedic scriptures. In it there is a tense story when Dewi Sītā as the wife of Śrī Rāma, was kidnapped by the giant Ravana. Reflecting on this, this study is interested in studying more deeply about the story of the Āranya Kānda Ramāyāna, to find moral education for domestic life. In this study, several problems were also formulated, namely related to moral education in married life, the story of Āranya Kānda Ramāyāna, and moral education contained in the story of Āranya Kānda Ramāyāna as an answer to the challenges of married life. By using qualitative research methods, and literature studies, and using data analysis from Miles and Huberman. The results of this study indicate that the story of Āranya Kānda Ramāyāna contains various ethical and moral values for both husband and wife. By knowing the moral education, it is certainly useful as a guide in forming a harmonious household life.</em></strong></p><strong><em>Keywords: Moral Education, Āranya Kānda, Harmonious Household</em></strong>
