The government continues to encourage efforts to increase renewable energy, one of which is by issuing a ministerial regulation of energy and mineral resources (MEMR) 49/2018 with amendments no. 13/2019 and 16/2019. The key points of this policy are reducing the constant in charge capacity for industry, simplifying the licensing process and the existence of operating permits and certificates of operation feasibility, as well as compensation for export credit of 65% which is still deemed unfavorable. As of October 2020, 2,566 solar PV rooftop customers have registered, with a total capacity of 18.19 MWp. This research aims to not only analyze the gap policy, but also to make a case study in a Leading Heavy Equipment Company in Indonesia building on the existing PV rootop policy. By using a web-based simulation that is Helio Scope and the calculation of investment feasibility, the results are not economically profitable. This is due to the high investment value, interest rate value, and other parameters.

This study investigates the effect of a renewable energy dissemination policy on investment decisions regarding solar photovoltaic (PV) installation. We present a theoretical model and conduct a simulation analysis to estimate the total capacity of solar PV generators according to a given subsidy policy. We show how the capacity maximizing subsidy policy depends on the total amount of subsidy budget, interest rate, the expected amount of solar resource and land price in each region. We particularly focus on the improvements of solar PV capacities under the same subsidy budget when the subsidy policy is changed from uniform (equal for all regions) to differential (varying over regional characteristics). This improvement is shown through a case study using Korean data.

Management and management of data is one of the most important things for neighbor administrators, so data and information related to the notulency, attendance, financial and assets must be accessed quickly and precisely. RT 07 Hamlet Manggung is the government line that is closest to the Community. Currently the recording of data for Notulency, attendance, family cards and assets is still Manual and has not used any technology that improves effectiveness in data management pillars Neighbors. This system is built using Unified Software Development development method process (USDP), with the Unified Modelling Language (UML) modelling. In the inception phase all RT management data related to system requirements, elaboration phase is done to expand management system concept that already formed in phase inception, phase contruction done making management system, and in the transition phase is done to expand the system. Management. This maturation needs to be done to analyse whether the information system that has been made according to user needs. Then the system is built with the language PHP programming and MySQL databases using the Laravel framework, once it is done test system using alpha test and beta test.

The success of any business depends on its profitability, liquidity, and solvency. Liquidity plays an important role in the successful running of a business. Many prior studies have been conducted to measure the relationship between working capital and profitability. The results showed that the high investment in inventories and receivables is associated with lower financial performance. They found a negative relationship between Return on Assets and Inventory turnover and Cash conversion cycle the present study is designed to know the direct impact of working capital on profitability by choosing the days of collection, days of payment, days inventory converts to sales and finally the cash conversion cycle. This study examines the association between the profitability and working capital using the data of 15 US trading companies for the period of 2015 to 2019. The key points in this study are firstly there exists a negative relationship between the profitability and the average collection period, the lower the average collection period higher will be the profitability, indicating that a decrease in the number of days a firm receives payment from sales affects the profitability of the firm positively. Secondly there is a highly significant positive relationship between average payment period and profitability. This implies that the longer a firm makes the payment to its creditors, the more profitable it is. Thirdly the cash conversion cycle decreases it will lead to an increase in profitability of the firm, and managers can create a positive value for the shareholders which indicates that it has been maintained. The regression analysis showed the value for the R-squared in the model is 0.584, i.e., 58.4% of the variation in the dependent variable Net Profitability is explained by the independent variables.

Growth in human population around the world affects all people through its impact on the economy and environment. Therefore, the population in a region should always be recorded. Government as a public decision maker has a big responsibility in the welfare of the community. The government needs information about the people lives to determine what policies should be taken. Government needs census data accurately to assist in making decisions. The government of Naikoten II wants to bring this village become digital village using technologies in their public services. In Naikoten II, the population data collection process (census) still uses paper form using Canvaser method which is filled in by the census officer by visiting and interviewing residents directly. It has a big risk of data loss. The main objective of this research was to provide a viable solution that allows surveyors to conduct the census efficiently. This research also provides a web based application to help data analyst to manage the census data. These application have been designed and implemented. The testing has been conducted within the small group of stakeholder that volunteered to use this early version of the application for a specified amount of time to provide feedback for possible changes and improvements.

The management of public complaints in many institutions in Indonesia has not been managed effectively and integrated. Each institution works partially and not coordinated well. This causes duplication of handling complaint, or worse is a complaint possibly not handled by any of institution, due to the reason that the complaint is not their authority. For this reason, the Government of the Republic of Indonesia established a S4N-LAPOR!. Meanwhile, there are still some deficiencies in LAPOR. This research purpose is to analyze/evaluate LAPOR using an integration of Webqual method to Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Kano model. This research is only carried out by analyzing web-based LAPOR services. The questionnaires are distributed to 159 respondents. The webqual method is used to determine the dimension and attributes, while the IPA and Kano model is conducted for data analysis. The integration from the results of both data analysis shows that there are 14-attributes out of 23 that need to be the priority for LAPOR improvements.

A based information system is a system that can be used for the dissemination of information through internet services. In this case, the internet is becoming the provider of a set of information that is posted or uploaded, so that the public can see it every time. Therefore the presence of the internet makes it easier for people to be able to implement the results of the analysis of a system so that the formation of web-based information systems. Government services were supposed to use web-based information systems, it is used in order to obtain maximum work achievement. As an example, a case study a Government Ministry was having some complaints from the community is a service of recording E-ID CARD that is experiencing such a long queue. Therefore this web-based information systems within the scope of the reservation Recording E-ID CARD can reduce prolonged queue numbers so that people feel not satisfied against the Government. On this research produced a design of web-based information systems that can be implemented on the Booking process of recording E-ID CARDS in each Government Ministry offices.

This paper highlights the dynamic nature of the relationship between government and society, drawing on as a case study the changing relationship between the Singapore government and the citizenry. I discuss the conditions under which the People’s Action Party is under pressure to change its style of government,. Following on from this discussion, I make two key points. One, concepts such as habitus and act (Isin 2008) have been employed to elucidate the nature of citizenship. But they are also relevant to our understanding of government. Two, the distinction between act and habitus, at least as articulated by Isin (2008), confuses two ontologically distinct entitiies: a disposition to act, and the action itself. I suggest that this confusion arises in part from Isin’s failure to examine carefully the communicative modes of engagement between the government and the citizenry.

KPPN Medan II is one of the government organization units at the Ministry of Finance. Where leaders and employees who work at KPPN Medan II always carry out official trips between cities and outside the city. With these conditions, making SPPD documents experiencing the intensity of official travel activities carried out by employees of KPPN Medan II can be said frequently. So that in making SPPD in KPPN Medan II is still using the manual method that is recording through Microsoft Word which in the sense is less effective and efficient. In naming employees who get official assignments, officers manually entering employee data that receives official travel letters are prone to being lost because data is manually written. The web-based SPPD application is built by applying this prototyping method which is expected to facilitate SPPD KPPN Medan II management officers in making SPPD that is effective, efficient, accurate, time-saving, and not prone to losing SPPD data of KPPN Medan II employees who will has made official trips due to the existence of a special database to accommodate all SPPD files.

In the era of digital learning, multimedia-based classroom has been commonly used in higher education including Malaysian higher education institutions. A case study has been performed to evaluate web-based learning using Level 1 to 3 of Kirkpatrick's model in a multi-disciplinary course at Multimedia University, Malaysia. In this study, mixed method research was employed in which triangulation was performed from multiple sources of data collection to give deeper understanding. Students perceived that learning with multimedia was enjoyable. They were also motivated in learning and engaged through the use of web module as multimedia was perceived to motivate them and make learning fun. Students showed significant improvements in their knowledge based on the pre-test and post-test results on learning evaluation. Students were perceived to transfer the learning from web-based learning into the learning outcome. The systematic evaluation can provide the feedback that educators and institution as a whole need to improve the learning environment and programme quality. This study contributes to the research field by adding another perspective in evaluations of web-based learning. It also provides empirical evidence on student perspectives, learning and behaviour in a private university. It demonstrated that the Kirkpatrick's model is useful as an evaluation tool to be used in higher education.
