Data classification in presence of noise can lead to much worse results than expected for pure patterns. In paper was investigated problem of the research is the process of user recognition and identification in the video sequence. The main contributions presented in this paper are experimental examination of influence of different types of noise and to the increase the security of an IT company by developing a computer system for recognizing and identifying users in the video sequence. Based on the study of methods and algorithms for finding faces in images, the Viola-Jones method, wavelet transform and the method of principal components were chosen. These methods are among the best in terms of the ratio of recognition efficiency and work speed. However, the training of classifiers is very slow, but the face search results are very fast.

Abstract The article gives an example of the application of a new approach to the search for short-term earthquake precursors based on the analysis of the data of three-year monitoring of the apparent resistivity in a water-saturated well on board a reservoir near a hydroelectric power station. The analysis also involved data on atmospheric pressure, water level and temperature in the well. The effects were estimated in a linear approximation, neglecting transients. The method of principal components was used for data processing. The results obtained in the time and frequency domains indicate that a new method for controlling localization variations and searching for short-term precursors of earthquakes is promising.

Aim. On the basis of multivariate analysis, to differentiate einkorn wheat accessions by the water-holding capacity of leaves and ears and the parameters of these organs at the level of species and genotypes. Methods. The water-holding capacity was assessed by the moisture-yielding coefficient which was determined by the method of N.N. Kozhushko (Kozhushko, 1988). Differentiation of einkorn samples was carried out by the method of principal components in the interpretation of A.V. Korosov (Korosov, 1996). Results. Triticum monococcum UA0300113, Syria, and UA0300282, Hungary were characterized by the lowest specific moisture-yielding coefficients: for the second and flag leaves, respectively, (mg / cm2) 10.9, 7.0 and 11.4, 10.7; ears – the same samples as well as Triticum boeoticum UA0300401, Ukraine-Crimea: (mg / cm) 29.6, 28.2, 25.4. With an increase in the size of the lamina, there is a tendency to a decrease in its specific moisture yield. The samples of eincorn are differentiated into 4 clusters corresponding to the species. Conclusions. T. monococcum UA0300113, Syria, and UA0300282, Hungary are relatively drought tolerant. The complex of features characterizing leaf and spike size in combination with the moisture-yielding coefficients processed by the method of principal components makes it possible to differentiate einkorn oaccessions by species and genotype. Keywords: einkorns, moisture yield, drought resistance, leaf, ear.

The purpose of this article is to empirically assess the qualitative parameters of the effectiveness of human capital for business digitalization in Ukraine. Using a survey of 500 business representatives in Ukraine and the Fibonacci rule, and taking into account the digital business transformation level, the qualitative levels of human capital efficiency have been classified. Also, using the method of principal components, the system of factors of human capital's effectiveness for the intensification of digitalization has been empirically substantiated. An empirical model for assessing the quantitative levels of human capital effectiveness in the context of digital business transformation has been developed using integral assessment. The potential for the development of business digitalization based on the factors' actual values has been determined. The results obtained can become the basis to improve the quality of human capital for the successful introduction of modern digital technologies into the country's business processes.

The accumulation of primary and secondary metabolites in Larix cajanderi needles in some areas of North (Kobyayskiy, Anabarskiy uluses and Verkhoyanskiy district), Western (Nyurbinskiy district and Vilyuyskiy ulus) and Central (Megino-Kangalasskiy ulus) Yakutia was studied. It was found that the maximum content of dihydroquercetin, rutin, pimaric, isopimaric and dehydroabietic acids in Larix cajanderi needles was recorded in the northern part of Yakutia, which may be associated with the protective functions of flavonoids and diterpenic acids from ultraviolet radiation under conditions of longer daylight hours in the spring and summer. ... A direct relationship was observed between the content of the studied flavonoids and diterpenic acids and the duration of daylight hours in the spring-summer period in the studied regions of Yakutia, which may be a confirmation of their protective functions from UV radiation. It is shown that as a result of processing the metabolomic profiles of Larix cajanderi needles by the method of principal components, three groups were formed, which correspond to the floristic regions of Yakutia. Samples of Larix cajanderi needles collected in Megino-Kangalassky, Vilyuisky ulus and Nyurba region formed a separate group, which is part of the Central Yakutsk floristic region, from the territory of the Verkhoyansk region and Kobyaysky ulus correspond to the Yano-Indigirsky floristic region, and from the Anabar and the ulus are located separately Arctic floristic region.

Purpose: to evaluate the effectiveness of post-vaccination immunity against whooping cough in children aged 1 to 17 years with connective tissue dysplasia syndrome in Stavropol. The principal component analysis was used to optimize the interpretation of immunograms in connective tissue dysplasia syndromedepending on protective titers for whooping cough. Analysis by the method of principal components showed that the links of cellular immunity predominate in children with connective tissue dysplasia syndrome with low titers of antibodies to whooping cough. The general variant of the response of the immune system was observed in children with protective titers of antibodies to whooping cough (1: 160—1: 320). In children with connective tissue dysplasia with titres of 1: 640or more antibodies to whooping cough, humoral and cellular immunities are closely interrelated, it is the presence of humoral and cellular immunity that makesit possible to develop a stable immunity to preventable infections. Thus, the method of main components effectively provides accessible information on key immune processes and is promising.

The need to improve public administration of import dependency was characterized (in the example of Ukraine) and the signs of its influence and interconnection with ensuring the state’s economic security are characterized. The methodological sequence of import dependency evaluation is substantiated. Using Hotelling’s method of transformation (the method of principal components), the multiplicative form is presented and the integral index of import dependency of the country’s economy is calculated. Harrington’s interval scale is used to summarize the results of the integral evaluation of import dependency. The results of the evaluation have confirmed the high level of import dependency of the Ukrainian economy and clear tendencies for its strengthening, which is critically threatening to the country’s economic security. Using the tool of multivariate dynamic regression modeling, a statistically significant correlation between the level of import dependency and the country’s economic security is established. The economic and mathematical descriptive model of state management of the state’s economic security is formed, which is embedded in a methodical approach to strategizing the state policy of import substitution. The purpose of the state management of import substitution, the parameters of ensuring the country’s economic security agreed with it, the strategic priorities of the state policy of import substitution and the indicators of their implementation are determined.

The research paper demonstrates a comprehensive comparative analysis of the state of coniferous plantations in Minsk in areas with a favourable and predominantly unfavourable ecological situation and control trees growing in relatively clean territories. The morphological-anatomical and bilateral (in terms of fluctuating asymmetry) patterns of needles of Scots pine (Pinus sylvestris L.) change were revealed, reflecting the severity of anthropogenic press on the urban environment. The possibility of using the FTIR spectroscopy method combined with chemometric analysis algorithms for the differentiation of needles is shown. Using the method of principal components, the test samples were divided into clusters reflecting the extent of their anthropogenic load.
