This research is motivated by the results of preliminary research on "Second Semester Student Understanding of STAI Sebelas April Sumedang Academic Year 2016/2017 Against Inheritance Science". Two conclusion indicators were obtained, 1. understanding 37 students of inheritance science reached 23.9% very little category, and 2. Related to the difficulty of learning inheritance science reached 75.6% category mostly. This study aims to find solutions to learning problems in inheritance science material that are deemed difficult. This is evident from the results of preliminary research, the results are as illustrated above. Based on this, research that is deemed appropriate to these problems uses classroom action research (PTK). This classroom action research goes through cycle 1 meeting one and meeting two, and cycle 2 meeting one and meeting two with a Three-Stage Approach pattern, namely, the first stage discussing formulas and the composition of the male and female heirs, the second stage discussing furudulmuqaddarah (section certain), and stage three discussion of the procedure for calculating the distribution of inheritance using a descriptive qualitative approach. The research subjects were 47 fourth semester students of STAI Sebelas April Sumedang, 2018/2019 Academic Year. This study concludes by the learning process through cycle 1 and cycle 2, the average value of 96.5% is very high.

Civil society in the education aspect is the preparation of human resources with knowledge and civilian behavior through education. It is because the concept of civil society is part of the national education goal. All people may agree that education is important for building human quality, indicated by improving intelligence, knowledge, and skills since education is a strategic sector for the quality of human life by developing in the degree of welfare, a decrease in poverty, and the formation of various options and opportunities to develop themselves towards civil society. The complex problem in lifelong education is faced. Various policies have been made by the Indonesian government. However, in terms of implementation, it is found many obstacles, particularly in the mentality of the people who are lack motivation, so the education cannot be optimized as an institution that has broad community support. Therefore, civil society is important to be reviewed. The research objective is to examine the philosophy of Islamic education as a critical analysis of a philosophical concept, the interpretation of Islamic education, and its implications for lifelong education. The research method used a philosophical approach by seeking a good lesson or wisdom as well as truth. Researchers examined critically that: "Lifelong education is a process of improving personal development, social development, and expertise during the life span of an individual to improve life for both individuals and groups. This is a comprehensive (broad, complete) and integrative (similar, same) idea, which includes informal, formal, and informal learning for expertise and enlightenment to achieve full development at every stage and field of life. This is related to both personal growth and social progress”. In particular, it aims to look more deeply at the philosophical foundations of Islamic education and its implications for the concept of lifelong education towards civil society. Based on this, the conclusion in this paper is that several main bases can be used as a basic building for understanding the nature of Islamic education. The result shows that Islamic Education Philosophy views that education having no purpose that reflects the personality of a nation as what the country will reach will certainly fail. The philosophy of Islamic Education has a strong, strategic, and functional foundation in the effort to build civil society. In this study, the writer examines what kind of educational philosophy is offered by Islam in realizing a civil society.

This study aims to: 1) find out Luqman Al-Hakim's moral message contained in Q.S. Luqman verses 12 to 19. 2) know how Islamic education is from a moral aspect, 3) know the moral message of Luqman Al-Hakim in Islamic education. This type of research is qualitative research using a library research approach/literature review, with the primary data being the Alquran Surah Luqman verses 12 to 19, and secondary data is the Al-Maroghi interpretation by Ahmad Mustofa Al-Maraghi, the interpretation of M. Quraisy Shihab by M Quraish Shihab and Ibn Kathir's commentary by Imam Abi Al-Hasan Ali Bin Ahmad, books, and scientific works, journals, and various other sources, related to research. The results showed that there are four moral messages contained in Surah Luqman verses 12 to 19 according to Islamic education. The four moral messages are in accordance with the basis of Islamic education, namely instilling aqidah in children, teaching them to be grateful and devoted to Allah and their parents, accustoming them to doing good deeds from an early age, and teaching them noble morals and the ethics of interacting with others.

The purpose of this research is to find out the description of pesantren financial management. By the title of the research, the research uses the literature method. The results of the study explained that financial management is an act of financial administration/administration which includes recording, planning, implementation, accountability, and reporting. Thus, school financial management can be interpreted as a series of activities regulating school finance from planning, accounting, spending, supervision, and accountability of school finances. Financial management of boarding schools is one of the substances of the management of educational institutions that will also determine the smooth operation of boarding schools. As is the case with the substance of education management in general, financial management activities in Islamic boarding schools should be carried out through the processes of planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, supervising, or controlling. Some financial management activities take the form of obtaining and determining sources of funding, use of funds, reporting, auditing, and accountability. Through financial management activities, the funding needs of Islamic boarding school activities can be planned, procured, transparently recorded, and used to finance the implementation of Islamic boarding school programs effectively and efficiently. For that purpose, the financial management of Islamic boarding schools includes: (1) Improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the use of financial boarding schools; (2) Increasing financial accountability and transparency in Islamic boarding schools; and (3) Minimizing misuse of the boarding school budget.

The purpose of this study was to see the theoretical and practical application of the Murabahah contract at the Tegalkalong Large Mosque Sharia Cooperative. This research uses a qualitative approach with a study method and collects detailed and in-depth information using several data procedures over a certain period. The results of this study indicate that in general the practice of the Murabahah contract at the Tegalkalong Grand Mosque Sharia Cooperative is in accordance with the MUI DSN Fatwa NO: 04 / DSN-MUI / IV / 2000 concerning Murabahah. However, there are 2 (two) points in the fatwa provisions regarding murabahah that are not in accordance with the practices carried out by the Tegalkalong Grand Mosque Sharia Cooperative, namely, the purchase of goods is represented by members, and members who buy goods on their own behalf, not on behalf of the cooperative. and when the cooperative performs a murabahah contract, at the same time the cooperative that carries out the wakalah contract because the purchase of goods is represented by the member and the member buys goods that have been agreed upon by themselves, this means that the murabahah contract is carried out before the goods become the property of the cooperative.

Penelitian ini berawal dari fenomena yang muncul di MA YKDC Sumedang, yakni timbulnya kesenjangan antara tanggapan siswa terhadap model pengajaran advokasi dengan motivasi belajar pada mata pelajaran Fiqih. Masih terdapat 70% atau berjumlah 30 siswa yang  tidak semangat untuk belajar yang dilihat dari sikap mereka yang tidak antusias, acuh tak acuh dan terdapat juga beberapa siswa yang tidak berani mengemukakan pendapat. Dari fenomena tersebut timbulah permasalahan yang harus diteliti, yakni bagaimana tanggapan siswa terhadap pelaksanaan model pengajaran advokasi pada siswa? Bagaimana motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran fiqih? Bagaimana hubungan model pengajaran advokasi terhadap motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran fiqih?. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: tanggapan siswa terhadap model pengajaran advokasi hubungannya dnegan motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran fiqih. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif, karena metode ini dipandang cocok untuk penelitian ini. Metode deskriptif diarahkan untuk memecahkan masalah dengan cara memaparkan atau menggambarkan hasil penelitian. Teknik yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah: angket, tes, observasi, wawancara, studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian diketahui tanggapan siswa terhadap penerapan model pengajaran advokasi menunjukan kategori tinggi, yaitu sebesar 3,74 yang berada pada interval 3,40-4,19 dan motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Fiqih  sebesar 3,94 menunjukan kategori tinggi, yang berada pada interval 3,40-4,19. Adapun analisis korelasi mengenai kedua variable sebesar 0,05 dan termasuk rendah, karena berada pada interval 0,00-0,19, Sedangkan signifikansi korelasinya diperoleh thitung (0,2651) < ttabel (1,70). Hal ini berarti menunjukan tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara keduanya. Adapun determinasi variabel X terhadap Y sebesar 5%. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa masih terdapat 95% faktor lain yang turut berkontribusi terhadap motivasi belajar siswa.

Menurut dugaan peneliti, terdapat dua faktor yang sangat menentukan keberhasilan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Kedua faktor tersebut: 1) faktor media yang digunakan, karena dalam kenyataannya tidak ketersediaan media yang sesuai dengan zaman modern seperti infokus, infokus memudahkan guru dalam menyampaikan materi dan tentunya akan berdampak positif bagi peserta didik meningkatkan hasil belajar kognitif mereka. 2) faktor metode penyampaian, karena dalam kenyataannya peserta didik tidak memperhatikan akan penyampaian materi karena penggunaan metode dalam pembelajaran kurang bervariatif yang hanya mengandalkan metode ceramah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk Mengetahui perbedaan Hasil Belajar Kognitif Siswa antara yang menggunakan pembelajaran Konvensional dengan Metode Small Group Workdan Media Audio Visual PowerPoint.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Quasi Eksperimen. Desain penelitiannya digunakan Nonequivalen Control Group Design. Untuk melihat perbedaan hasil belajar kognitif siswa digunakan Uji t pada data pretestdan posttest.Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil belajar kognitif siswa sebelum diberikan perlakuan dikelas eksperimen rata-rata 42,87 dan kelas kontrol rata-rata 41,56. Dan setelah diberikan perlakuan dikelas eksperimen rata-rata 83 dan kelas kontrol rata-rata 70,25. Disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar kognitif siswa antara kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen. Berdasarkan kesimpulan tersebut, penggunaan metode small group workdan media audio visual powerpoint dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif pembelajaran yang mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar kognitif siswa.
