The first data of a comprehensive study of the isotope-geochemical features of the water-rock system are presented on the example of the Yu 1 horizon of the Verkh-Tarsk oil field. It was established that the reservoir waters of the developed deposits are similar in the isotopic ratios and located in the same area with the waters of the Apt-Alb-Cenomanian aquifer complex (an agent for flooding). In the cement of silt-sandy rocks among the authigenic minerals most widely represented by calcite, three generations of it were established. A narrow range of δ 13 C values was revealed in the analysis of the δ 13 C - δ 18 О isotope pair. In waters it ranges from -10.5 to -9.1 ‰, and in calcites of the third generation from -10.7 to -9.1 ‰.

The paper deals with a 3D diffraction imaging with the subsequent diffraction attribute calculation. The imaging is based on an asymmetric summation of seismic data and provides three diffraction attributes: structural diffraction attribute, point diffraction attribute, an azimuth of structural diffraction. These attributes provide differentiating fractured and cavernous objects and to determine the fractures orientations. Approbation of the approach was provided on several real data sets.

As part of the RSF project, the use of a drifting surface on which geophysical installations will be placed is proposed to study the environment in the Arctic region. The proposed method of electrical exploration is sounding with a circular electric dipole as a source. Studying the applicability of the technique requires three–dimensional simulation of the received signal. The paper shows some simulation results using the previously proposed algorithm based on the Born approximation.

One of the possible methods for assessing the latest movements in the relief of the earth's surface is described, which is based on the detection of a relief–forming process that characterizes the result of the interaction of endogenous and exogenous forces. As a result of the simulation, the structural plan of the Nizhngheangarsky Formation of the Kovyktinskoye field is consistent with the manifestation of modern tectonic movements. The established patterns made it possible to make an assumption about the increased safety of hydrocarbon deposits.

We discuss the effect of induced electric polarization and magnetic viscosity on induction transient response. Since eddy currents evolution depends on induced polarization properties, one can, by measuring the induction transient response, find the distribution these properties in the ground. However, the magnetic viscosity effect is decoupled from that produced by eddy currents. Therefore, induction transient response does not contain information about the spatial distribution of magnetic viscosity.

The paper discusses the possibility of using a closed horizontal loop in a TEM measuring system to reduce the external high–frequency electromagnetic noise induced in a receiving loop. It is shown that the effect of an additional loop on the frequency response of the TEM measuring system is similar to that of a low–pass filter. In order to effectively reduce external noise, one should locate the auxiliary loop as close as possible to the receiver one.

Methodological recommendations are given for constructing tailing dump models using the example of tailing dumps in the Kemerovo Region according to electric tomography, frequency profiling, and orthophotography. The combination of the three methods allows you to obtain the necessary minimum information for estimating the volumes of substances at the studied objects.

In the summer, studies were carried out on the Tokarev crater (Karymsky Volcanic Center, Kamchatka). The results of three–dimensional electrotomography are obtained, which describe in sufficient detail the topography and heterogeneities of the bottom. The studies were carried out using the author’s floating installation of multi–electrode sounding by the direct current method based on Iris Syscal Pro equipment. The depth of research did not exceed 80 meters, which was enough to describe the structure of the Maar.

We have developed a mathematical model describing the sounding process with a pulsed electromagnetic field source in a 3D region complex in physical parameters and geometric structure. For its time discretization, the time Fourier transform is used. Through the vector finite element method, we have obtained a discrete analogue in spatial coordinates of the original problem. The simulation examples are provided.

The chemical composition of surface and ground water of the site of the underground nuclear explosion “Crystal” in 2019 is discussed. Methods of atomic emission spectrometry, titrimetry and capillary electrophoresis are used in the work. The content of uranium is determined by mass–spectrometry on inductively coupled plasma. The direct correlation between contents of uranium and sulphates anions probably indicates of degradation of the cement filling of the emplacement hole.
