Special features of the endometrium’s structure of the childhood

The paper presents the results of the macro-microscopic examination of the vascular bed and the structure of the endometrium at 20 specimens of uterus, taken from the corpses of children’s and teenage periods of ontogenesis. It is shown, that the growth of the glands of the mucous coat of the uterus begins in the second infant periodand intensifies in teens. This determines the transformation of single-layer network of lymphatic capillaries to the double-layer one. There were marked transformations of glands and fibrous structures during the cyclical changes of endometrium. Glands increase and lymphatic and blood capillaries and lymphoid elements occur as the primary divisions of the glands and their ducts.

Hygienic assessment of nutrition, physical education and health services for teenagers, students in institutions of primary professional education in Vladikavkaz

The results of research of feeding, physical training and medical care of the teenagers who are trained in the establishments of primary professional education are presented. It is established that the hygienic assessment on an indicator “the characteristic of beading” is reflected by UNPO in percentage compliance to standard sizes which fluctuate from 20% to 78%. In the majority of UNPO the equipment of medical offices doesn’t conform to standard requirements. In many UNPO there is a faulty sports equipment, work on physical culture with pupils preparatory and special medical groups isn’t organized.

The study of prooxidant properties of cyanide complexes of zinc (II) while the experiment

The aim of this paper is to study the toxic effects of zinc compounds and cyanide ions on the system of lipid peroxidation and antioxidant defence. Studies were conducted on 24 rats of Wistar line, divided into three groups (control group and two experimental, having received respectively 0.1 mg / kg of zinc chloride and cyanide complexes of zinc, calculated on the Zn2+). It was found that the administration of cyanide complexes of zinc leads to the increased level of lipid peroxidation products (methaemoglobin, hydroperoxide) on the background of the decreased activity of ceruloplasmin. In addition the content of malon dialdehyde and catalase activity does not undergo significant changes.

Sanitary-hygienic evaluation of the lesson of physical culture in the educational institutions of North Ossetia-Alania

The analysis of physical culture lessons timetable in the comprehensive institutions of RNO-Alania, theis timekeeping and pulsometric investigation was carried on. The complex evalnation of sports halls showed, that 13,2% concerns to the 1 group; 25,4% concertns to the 2 group and 61,4% concerns to the 3 group in Vladikavkaz city. Among the school districts of the country there are - 31.3%, 44.8% and 23.9%, respectively. The most common disorders in the evaluation of physical culture lessons in the weekly and daily timetable was placing on Monday (40.7%) and the first lesson (50%). The time-keeping of the lesson of physical culture allowed to determine that the structure is maintained in 50% of cases, 73.2% of which is fitted to the district school, and 26.8% – to the schools of Vladikavkaz city. The most common violations of the lessons were: the absence of the introduction and concluding parts (67%); low motor density (from 47.5 to 70%). The maximum increase of heart rate at the end of the main part of the lesson composed from 30 to 60% in 83.3% of cases.

The significance of oligohydramnios in the genesis of perinatal pathology

Perinatal pathology, including congenital malformations of the fetus, is a serious problem of today’s society. The purpose of this study was to identify the significance of oligohydramnios in the diagnosis of congenital diseases in children. The study involved 140 pregnant women aged 18 to 42 years. It was found that while simultaneous revealing of oligohydramnios, fetal growth retardation, abnormal cardiotocography types, hemodynamic disturbances in the utero-placental blood flow risk of having children with congenital malformations is increased by 1.5 times. Thus, a more detailed search for the ultrasonic markers of congenital diseases, timely consulting of families in medical genetics facilities while oligohydramnios allows to prevent severe perinatal outcomes.

Clinical and epidemiological features and residual manifestations of serous enteroviralmeningitis in children in North Ossetia-Alania

The article presents the analysis of the epidemiological, clinical and laboratory features of serous meningitis enteroviral etiology in children hospitalized at the RCCH of Vladikavkaz in 2008–2012. We have also studied the residual manifestations of enteroviral meningitis in 44 patients in the early period of convalescence. The study showed that of RNO-Alania typical summer – autumn seasonality of serous meningitis enteroviral etiology in children. The central nervous system caused by enteroviruses more often develops in children of preschool and school age. The clinical picture of enteroviral meningitis remains a leading hypertension – hydrocephalic syndrome. In the early period of convalescence enteroviral meningitis in children often formed cerebro-asthenic, hypertension, neurosis-like syndromes and syndrome immune dysfunction.

Age changes of the lymphatic channel of amucous membrane ofavagina

The results of researchof the lymphatic channel of the vaginal mucosa, of 28 women in the aged aspect were presented. The method of interstitial injection of lymphatic bed of Gerota blue mass revealed that post-climacteric period revealed rare, randomly arranged lymphatic capillaries and lymphatic vessels are severely deformed, unrelated general architectonics, as well as a decrease of volume density of lymphatic channel occursin the process of involution and may indicate the violation of drainage function of lymphatic device.

The analysis and prospects of the dermatologic department activity optimization of the North Ossetian Repablicandermatovenerological clinic

Work of the dermatological department of the North Ossetian Dermatovenerological clinic for the period 2010-2014 has been analysed. Dynamics of the following showings such as rationality ofthe bed fund utilization, provision of population with beds and medical staff, structure of morbidity have been estimated; recommendations on activity optimization were given.

Dynamics of lysozyme activity in rat’s offspring before and after birth in intact rats and rats with painful stimulation at the day before the birth

Electrical painful stimulation of pregnant female rats at the day before the birth leads to an increased activity of lysozyme in rat’s offspring in the womb. No differences were found between lysozyme activity in the rat’s blood, which were born from intact female rats and female rats with electrical painful stimulation.

The dynamics of structural changes of rat kidney with acute tubular necrosis in rats treated by cell therapy

Histological examination of Wistar line rats kidneys showed that intramuscular injection of 50% glycerol (0,8 ml per 100 gram of body weight) causes the development of acute renal failure which is characterized by violation of the main processes of ureagenesis such as filtration and reabsorbtion. Proteinuria and uremia were also noted. Besides, the expressed morphological changes of kidneys tissue were detectedin all tested animals. The examined group of animals with transplantation of the mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) received from a human placenta was characterized by less expressed morphological changes of kidneys in comparison with control group and tended to normalization of kidneys function and their histology.
