This article provides systematic international experience of legal regulation of critical infrastructure protection in foreign jurisdictions. Some aspects of national critical infrastructure security systems of such as countries Germany, Spain, USA, and Denmark are described. The article determines that at national levels in different countries critical infrastructure protection is mainly regulated by national security strategies, defense strategies and other basic regulatory acts related to the functioning of critical infrastructure and its protection. The article considers aspects of legal regulation of relations in the sphere of public-private partnership and critical infrastructure protection in modern Ukraine. According to the results of the research, it has been established that in Ukraine there are documents of strategic character that regulate the implementation of public-private partnership, which should become a mutually beneficial factor that will facilitate mutual integration processes. Main directions for developing public-private partnership in the field of critical infrastructure protection in Ukraine have been suggested. The article is devoted to the analysis of the problems of legal and expert support of law enforcement activities in the field of cybercrime counteraction. The article deals with the issues of criminal and legal protection of information security in the context of the implementation of inter-national treaties into the field of national legislation. The authors both analyzed legislation in the field of cybersecurity provision; the modern doctrine devoted to its interpretation and made some suggestions for its improvement. Gender policy, i.e. the policy for ensuring equal rights and opportunities for women and men, is recognized as one of the priorities of the Ukrainian Government activity, which is confirmed by practical steps taken by the Ukrainian state. At the same time, in Ukraine, the manipulations around gender policy, gender terminology, legislative initiatives on protecting women’s rights and counter violence, are becoming more active and spreading. They deform the content and directions of the state activities, as well as the perception of the importance of gender transformations by society, which threatens the country's movement towards European integration. The article analyzes the logical tools that are used by adherents of anti-gender movements using the examples of theses voiced by the participants of the round table «Scientific and medical approaches to the problem of gender equality» held on November 9, 2018 by the Committee on Health Protection of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. The article shows the fallacy of their conclusions and recommendations, by analysing the main inferences that can be used in activities to expose the manipulations of public consciousness and disseminate fake information as a type of organizational weapon of the hybrid war against Ukraine. The article deals with the issues of establishing cybersecurity in the EU and its member-states at the legislative level as viewed from the point of a systematic approach. The authors identified problematic aspects of improving cybersecurity quality and conditions. They analyzed the impact of the EU member states legislation on cy-bersecurity. The article is devoted to monitoring of the level of cybersecurity of Ukraine in world rankings. The authors’ attention was focused on analyzing the main problems of building a national cyber defense system, considering international experience. According to the authors, ensuring the cybersecurity of the country is possible only with the comprehensive and continuous use of legal and technical methods of protection not only at the national, but also at the international level. International cooperation will ensure an adequate level of cybersecurity and protect information infrastructures in modern conditions of the information society development. In the article the nature and content of gender, gender equality are defined on the basis of scientific literature and the acting legal standards analysis, the possibility to implement legal standards of foreign states into the legislation of Uk-raine, the improvement of mechanism as for application of gender equality in Ukraine are studied. Special attention is brought to the creation of effective legal provision and the mechanism of its application in the subdivisions of security and defense sectors of Ukraine. Attention to the disputable problems as for gender equality application in the security and defense sector, in particular as for bringing up to strength special law-enforcement bodies units, airmobile forces, carrying tour of duty etc. is emphasized.
