The article discusses the existing methods of deratization based on the electrophysical principle. The advantages and disadvantages of these methods are analyzed; therefore, theoretical options for improving these systems are proposed. A little-studied promising direction in electroderatization, treatment of premises with ozone, generated under the influence of an electric discharge, is highlighted. The prospect of this direction is indicated, in addition to the direct deratization properties, but also other positive factors that result from ozone treatment. It is proposed to use the hardware and software complex of the automated process control system when carrying out deratization measures. Keywords: CONTROL METHODS, PESTS IN AGROINDUSTRIAL COMPLEX, ELECTROPHYSICAL METHOD OF PROTECTION, ELECTRODERATIZATION, RODENTS, ULTRASONIC DETERRENT, BARRIER ELECTRODERATIZER, OZONATION, APCS

This paper describes a visual interactive simulation system of technological processes intended for the development and execution of simulation and emulation models for automated process control systems in coal mining. A set of simulation models of various subsystems of a mine was developed with the help of this simulation system. These models united to create simulation environment. Simulation environment is visually interactive, include emulation models of technological equipment and allow simulating complex situations in mines and working faces. Simulation environment was used for testing of control programs executed in programmable logic controllers.

Most industrial automation and control systems are remotely operated and monitored. We present the novel remote complex developed for educational purposes – to train engineering students in operating IACS intended for thermal mechanical equipment of power plants. Development of this remote training complex had multiple goals such as displaying all IACS components, operating real industrial equipment, simplicity, portability, and remote access. The typical structure of the automated process control system has been described. We have built a training stand in accordance with this structure, including all technology parts and connection of all sensors and equipment.

The article examines the creation of automated industrial systems with the use of Industry 4.0. Describes the main stages of development of the concept of "Industry", technology of the present stage of Industry 4.0 technologies and the use of "digital twins" BIM 3D modeling of buildings and structures. The areas of application of these technologies, as well as their advantages and disadvantages, are presented. An example of designing the elements of the automated process control system of the processing plant "Mine No. 12" (Kiselevsk, Kemerovo region) using Industry 4.0 technologies is given.

Purpose of research. The control object was considered to be a thermal unit in the form of a modified two-tier tunnel furnace designed for the production of foam glass blocks. The main goal of this work was to improve the quality of products, reduce defects, and ultimately increase productivity by developing an automated system for controlling the thermal field of a technological unit for the production of foam glass blocks using an adaptive three-position control law with adaptation to the load of the average position of the regulator. Methods. At the initial stage, a functional automation scheme for a modified two-tier tunnel furnace was developed. To model dynamic discrete systems, a mathematical apparatus was used in the form of labeled Petri nets, which resulted in algorithmization of the technological process for the production of foam glass blocks. This solution to the problem should be used as a method of algorithmization and programming of the logic controller that is part of the automation system structure. The developed functional automation scheme can be converted into a mnemonic circuit, thereby implementing a SCADA system designed for control and visualization, diagnostics and monitoring of the process at a centralized control point, which is part of the automated workplace of the operator-technologist. The described approach to the development of an automated process control system has a generalized representation. The solution is methodological in nature, demonstrating the usability of the model in the form of a labeled Petri net. Results. In the course of research, a graph of operations of the production process with discrete adaptive threeposition control of the average position under load was developed. To check the correctness of the graph of operations, a tree of achievable markings was built, and its analysis was performed for compliance with security conditions and network liveliness. A block diagram of the main algorithm and the algorithm for adapting the controller's control program is developed. Conclusion. The described approach to the development of an automated process control system for the production of foam glass blocks has a generalized character, although it is illustrated by applying it to a specific object , since it allows changing both the number of variables xi , zi, and their functional purpose, that is, instead of sensors, pushers, valves, parameter values, for example, temperature, other automation elements and other physical variables and their parameters can be used. Thus, the presented solution is methodological in nature, demonstrating the convenience of using the model in the form of a Petri net and a tree of achievable markings for algorithmization and programming of a logic controller that is part of the automation system structure.

The work provides multi-purpose optimization of the baklava production process based on technology of agent systems, the intelligent environment of process control systems. The general architecture of the control system intelligent environment with agent technologies for recognizing abnormal situations was developed and adaptive baklava production regulators were synthesized. It allows you to get the specified dynamic characteristics of the control object based on the developed adaptive systems for adjusting the PID controllers, controlling the parameters of the dough, kneading, separation and baking of baklava. The proposed approach to the construction of an automated process control system with an intelligent environment will reduce the variance of fluctuations in energy consumption, increase the production rate of high-quality baklava and reduce the time for re-equipment and technological modes of operation of baklava production lines.
