This study aims to see whether there is an influence of learning motivation and learning creativity on student achievement in Islamic Religious Education subjects in State Madrasah Aliyah in Pekanbaru City. The research method uses quantitative research types using correlational analysis techniques. The population in this study were all State Madrasah Aliyah students in Pekanbaru City totaling 2,042 people. The sample in this study was taken by proportionate random sampling technique with the Slovin formula of 335 people. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire technique, the data collected was analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate the value of R2 (coefficient of determination) or R Square of 0.298 or 29.8%. This value can be interpreted that changes in student achievement by changes in the value of independent variables learning motivation and learning creativity by 29.8% while 70.2% is determined by changes in other factors. The tcount for the learning motivation variable is 8.126 with sig. 0,000 is smaller than 0.05, this means there is an influence of learning motivation on student achievement and the tcount for learning creativity variable is 7,326 with sig. 0,000 less than 0.05, this means that there is an influence of learning creativity on student achievement. It can be concluded that there is an influence between learning motivation and learning creativity on student achievement in Islamic Religious Education Subjects in State Madrasah Aliyah in Pekanbaru City.

This research was conducted in State Elementary School of Ngapanrejo in Bandongan District Magelang Regency with taking all students from grade 1 to 5 with overall 221 students as population. The research method was qualitative description systematically, factually, and accurately concerning the fact that happened in elementary schools. The aim research was that how to know the rate of student participation in accepting and understanding the lesson through visual communication, emphasizing they not to undertaking face-to-face learning. The resulting research was that the external obstacles affect teacher's explanation for students, influencing in understanding rates in the class and the obstacles were the signal, internet quota, and teaching method. The internal obstacles were gained from parents not caring toward students learning during the pandemic.

This research aims to explore the rural teacher’s strategy in teaching Higher Order Thinking Skills based on the 2013 curriculum. By using qualitative approach, the researchers collect the data employs non-participant observation in the teaching and learning process, interviewed the English teacher, also documents by collecting the lesson plan made by one of the English teacher in one of Junior High School in Gaung District. The result of this research showed that the teacher used determining learning objectives with the eight characteristics of the lesson plan for 2013 curriculum, teach through questioning with LOTS questions, practice before assessment but it’s not effective, also provide assessment and feedback to develop students’ Higher Order Thinking Skills. The researchers also found that the teacher miss the step of review, refine and improve because she did not collect the students’ feedback. Based on the finding above, the researchers conclude that the teacher has been trying to do the steps to develop the students’ HOTS, but the development of HOTS in the rural area is not reach the expectation of the Higher Order Thinking based on 2013 curriculum.

The study is aimed at seeing how extracurricular Islamic spirituality affects student’s behavior at SMA Negeri 10 Bengkulu. The kind of research that is quantitative research with a quantitative descriptive approach. The data-collection techniques of questionnaire, observation, interview and documentation. The sample in this study is all of the students who have participated in extracurricular Islamic Spirituality at SMA Negeri 10 Bengkulu. Researchers use probability sampling techniques of simple random sampling. Research data analysis using simple linier regression analysis, F-Test, t-test and coefficient determinations (R2) with help of SPSS 16. The finding of this studies extracurricular activities of Islamic spirituality affect student’s behavior. This is evidenced by tcount of 3,120 whereas  ttable of 2,037 at a significant level of 0.05. Based on these results tcount is greater than the excpectation tchart. Thus, it may be concluded that Ha was accepted and Ho is rejected so that there is an influence of Islamic spirituality extracurricular activities on student behavior by 22.8% while the remaining 77.2% is influenced by other factors not studied in this study.
