The study is aimed at seeing how extracurricular Islamic spirituality affects student’s behavior at SMA Negeri 10 Bengkulu. The kind of research that is quantitative research with a quantitative descriptive approach. The data-collection techniques of questionnaire, observation, interview and documentation. The sample in this study is all of the students who have participated in extracurricular Islamic Spirituality at SMA Negeri 10 Bengkulu. Researchers use probability sampling techniques of simple random sampling. Research data analysis using simple linier regression analysis, F-Test, t-test and coefficient determinations (R2) with help of SPSS 16. The finding of this studies extracurricular activities of Islamic spirituality affect student’s behavior. This is evidenced by tcount of 3,120 whereas  ttable of 2,037 at a significant level of 0.05. Based on these results tcount is greater than the excpectation tchart. Thus, it may be concluded that Ha was accepted and Ho is rejected so that there is an influence of Islamic spirituality extracurricular activities on student behavior by 22.8% while the remaining 77.2% is influenced by other factors not studied in this study.

Organisational culture plays an important role for enabling the process of knowledge sharing. Organisational culture is not only reflected in the visible aspects of organization such as structure, mission, and objectives, it is also embedded in the behaviour of people. The purpose of this chapter is to close research gaps present in knowledge sharing success by examining the linkages between employees’ knowledge-sharing through collaboration, perceived values of involvement, trustworthiness, and formal recognition. The research data was collected by using simple random sampling techniques from a population of knowledge workers in Malaysian IT organisations. The findings highlight the importance of organisational culture for successful knowledge sharing within organisations. The results of factor analysis show the emergence of four new cultural values extant in the Malaysian context. These values are involvement, trustworthiness, formal recognition, and independence. Successful knowledge sharing is significantly related to the perceived value of involvement, trustworthiness, and formal recognition. This chapter will be beneficial for researchers, practitioners, scholars, and organisations (leaders and employees); it will also be helpful for those interested in organisational structure and relationships across organisations in knowledge contexts.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work motivation on employee performance, the effect of compensation on employee performance, and the influence of the work environment on employee performance. This research is classified into quantitative research in the form of associative causality. The population in this study were 86 employees using a simple random sampling method so that as many as 71 employees were used as samples. The analysis technique used is Multiple Regression Analysis. The results obtained that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

The main problem in this study was suboptimal employee performance in PT Suzuki Finance Indonesia, so that it was suspected that selection and placement affected employee performance in the Jakarta Headquarter of PT Suzuki Finance Indonesia. The research type was quantitative research. The research population was 252 employees and the sample was 72 respondents sampled by simple random sampling technique and the data collection method used questionnaire. The data analysis was multiple regression analysis, t test and F test using SPSS 24. Based on the analysis result on the effect of selection on employee performance in the Jakarta Headquarter of Suzuki Finance Indonesia, there was no positive and significant effect. Therefore, h1 was rejected and h0 accepted. As for the effect of placement on employee performance in the Jakarta Headquarter of Suzuki Finance Indonesia, there was positive and significant effect. Therefore, h2 was accepted and h0 was rejected. Meanwhile, the effect of selection and placement on employee performance in the Jakarta Headquarter of Suzuki Finance Indonesia was positive and significant. Therefore, the hypothesis was proven.

This study aims to determine: 1) the effect of spiritual intelligence on class X students' motivation to study economics in state high school 3 Padang. 2) the effect of interest in learning on class X students' learning motivation on economics in state high school 3 Padang. 3) the effect of spiritual intelligence and interest in learning together on class X students' motivation to study economics in state high school 3 Padang. This type of research is quantitative research with a causative descriptive method. The population in this study amounted to 323 with sampling using proportional simple random sampling techniques. In order to obtain a sample of 179 class X students. Data collection techniques using a research questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the study found: 1) spiritual intelligence has a positive and significant effect on learning motivation of class X students in economic subjects at SMA Negeri 3 Padang seen from the value of sig. 0,000 < 0.05. 2) interest in learning has a positive and significant effect on student motivation in class X in economic subjects in SMA Negeri 3 Padang seen from the sig. 0,000 < 0.05. 3) spiritual intelligence and interest in learning together have a positive and significant effect on learning motivation of class X students in economic subjects at SMA Negeri 3 Padang seen from the value of sig. 0,000 < 0.05.Keywords: Kecerdasan Spiritual, Minat Belajar, Motivasi Melajar

ABSTRACTmotivated by problems in adjusting to students. The purpose of this study is to look at the level of adjustment in students, then make a program design to improve adjustment, especially in class X students of SMA Negeri 1 Petir. This type of research is quantitative research. Sampling with simple random sampling technique with a sample of 189 study students. Characteristics of this study population are male and female, aged in adolescence aged 15 to 18 years, and all grade X students who attend SMA 1 Petir. Research on adjustment is carried out by looking at four aspects, namely emotional maturity, intellectual maturity, social maturity and responsibility. The data collection technique used is to spread research instruments in the form of a questionnaire, while the data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive. After the Pearson Correlation data is obtained, the results of r count are compared with r tables. If r arithmetic> r table then the instrument is declared valid. The results of the r table obtained from the significance of 5% and the number of respondents is 45, the r table obtained by 0.294. The results showed the level of adjustment experienced by students was in the medium category with a 74% presentation. After knowing the level of adjustment, the design of the program is made according to the needs that are known from the research results that have been obtained. Keywords: Self-Adjustment, Program of Social Personal Guidance ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilator belakangi oleh adanya permasalahan dalam penyesuaian diri pada peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk melihat tingkat penyesuaian diri pada peserta didik, kemudian membuat rancangan program untuk meningkatkan penyesuaian diri khususnya pada peserta didik kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Petir. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik simple Random Sampling dengan jumlah sampel penelitian 189 peserta didik. Karakteristik pada populasi penelitian ini yaitu laki-laki dan perempuan, berusia pada masa remaja umur 15 sampai 18 tahun, dan seluruh peserta didik kelas X yang bersekolah di SMA Negeri 1 Petir. Penelitian mengenai penyesuaian diri dilakukan dengan melihat dari empat aspek yaitu kematangan emosional, kematangan intelektual, kematangan sosial dan tanggung jawab. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakanya itu dengan menyebar instrument penelitian berupa angket, sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Setelah data pearson corelation didapat, maka hasil r hitung dibandingkan dengan r tabel. Jika r hitung > r tabel maka intrumen dinyatakan valid. Hasil r tabel didapat dari hasil signifikansi 5% dan banyaknya responden yaitu 45 maka didapat r tabel sebesar 0,294. Hasil penelitian menunjukan tingkat penyesuaian diri yang dialami peserta didik berada pada kategori sedang dengan presentasi 74%. Setelah mengetahui tingkat penyesuaian diri, maka rancangan program dibuat sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang diketahui dari hasil penelitian yang telah didapat. Kata Kunci :Penyesuaian Diri, Program Bimbingan Pribadi Sosial

ABSTRAKPersaingan pasar yang ketat menuntut Kedai Kopi Armor untuk menyusun strategi pemasaran agardapat menciptakan konsumen dan tentunya eksistensi perusahaan. Komunikasi interpersonalmerupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat menciptakan kepuasan konsumen. Tujuan penelitian iniuntuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas komunikasi interpersonal yang terjalin antara karyawan(barista) dan konsumen terhadap tingkat kepuasan konsumen. Penelitian dilakukan di Kedai KopiArmor Bandung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik survei. Respondendalam penelitian ini berjumlah 94 orang yang diambil dengan teknik acak sederhana. Data dianalisismelalui analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kedai kopi armormenerapkan edukasi langsung dari barista ke konsumen melalui komunikasi interpersonal yangmembentuk kepuasan konsumen. Hasil uji regresi menunjukkan secara parsial diketahui bahwavariabel keterbukaan, sikap positif, dan sikap mendukung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasankonsumen, sementara itu variabel empati dan kesetaraan tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yangsignifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh signifikan antarakomunikasi interpersonal dengan kepuasan konsumen. Karyawan sebagai ujung tombak sebuahperusahaan hendaknya mampu berkomunikasi secara tepat kepada konsumen untuk meningkatkankepuasan konsumen.Kata kunci: pengaruh, komunikasi, interpersonal, kepuasan, konsumenABSTRACTIntense market competition requires Café Armor to develop strategies in order to retain customersand the existence of the company. One of the factors that could affect customer satisfaction isinterpersonal communication. This study aims to analyze the influence of interpersonalcommunication between barista and consumers to the level of customer satisfaction. The study wasconducted at Café Armor Bandung. This research is a quantitative research with survey techniques.Respondents in this study amounted to 94 people taken by simple random sampling. Data wereanalyzed by multiple linier regression analysis. The result showed that Café Armor gave educationand information to their consumers through interpersonal communication that shapes consumersatisfaction. Partial regression analysis results showed that openness, positive and supportiveattitude have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, while empathy and equality have no effecton customer satisfaction. Simultaneously there was significant relation between interpersonalcommunication with customer satisfaction. Employees as the spearhead of a company should beable to communicate properly with consumers in order to increase of customer satisfaction.Keywords: influence, communication, interpersonal, satisfaction, consumers

The present work shows the results of a study carried out in the development of the Third Expo Tutoría. The objective was to identify topics of interest to students in tutoring activities. The research was developed under a quantitative, descriptive approach. We surveyed 105 attendees in simple random sampling. A survey was used in which the impression of the event was requested and they were asked to write the topic (s) they would like to be taught in the next event and to rescue them in their tutorial sessions. The results show that the topics of greatest interest are violence (family, school and dating) 19% and medical first aid with the same percentage (19%), sexuality and stress issues with 16% respectively, followed by vocational guidance and drugs with 9% each, the student teacher and self-esteem ratio with 6% respectively. The resignification of teaching practices, tutorial activity, institutional climate and collaborative work are the aspects to work with young people.

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial management and marketing strategies on competitive advantage and to analyze the moderation effect of entrepreneurial spirit on the effect of marketing strategies and financial management on competitive advantage. The sample consisted of 76 MSMEs in Denpasar taken by simple random sampling. Research data were analyzed using Moderated Regression Analysis. Results showed that financial management and marketing strategies influenced competitive advantage and that entrepreneurial spirit strengthened the influence of financial management and marketing strategies on competitive advantage. Results of this study imply that to achieve a competitive advantage, MSMEs should have good financial management, marketing strategies, and high entrepreneurial spirit. The purpose of this research is to understand the price and product feature towards purchase decision smartphone V. This research is a quantitative research by using the SPSS Statistic 25 with population unknown and 120 respondents of sample which use smartphone V in South Jakarta who have bought smartphone V. The sample design in this study uses non probability sampling method  and purposive sampling techniques. The result of this research data technical used multiple linear regression analysis and it shows significant effect both partially and simultaneously between price and product feature toward purchase decision.
