Permasalahan yang ditemui pada pembelajaran Rias Wajah Karakter Program Studi Pendidikan Tata Rias dan Kecantikan Jurusan TRK FPP UNP adalah mahasiswa kesulitan menentukan tema pada Rias Wajah Karakter, mengaplikasikan bahan dan kosmetika pada Rias Wajah Karakter, serta kesesuaian disain Rias Wajah Karakter pada aplikasi Rias Wajah Karakter sehingga hasil Rias Wajah Karakter kurang maksimal. Permasalahan ini diperkirakan muncul karena penggunaan media pembelajaran yang digunakan kurang dapat mengoptimalkan pemahaman mahasiswa, sehingga aktivitas dan hasil belajar mata kuliah Rias Wajah Karakter Foto/TV/Film rmateri Rias Wajah Karakter hasil nilai praktek cenderung rendah. Diharapkan dengan penggunaan media pembelajaran multimedia interaktif terjadi peningkatan aktivitas dan hasil belajar Rias Foto/TV/Film materi Rias Wajah Karakter. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Tata Rias dan Kecantikan Jurusan TRK FPP UNP yang sedang mengikuti mata kuliah Rias Wajah Karakter semester Juli-Desember 2018 berjumlah 21 orang. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari hasil menggunakan tes hasil belajar, lembar pengamatan, nilai praktek materi Rias Wajah Karakter. Penelitian ini direncanakan dalam dua siklus. Siklus 1 dilaksanakan sebanyak tiga kali pertemuan sampai terjadi satu siklus kemudian direfleksi dan dilanjutkan dengan siklus II. Siklus II dilaksanakan dalam tiga kali pertemuan. Masing-masing siklus melalui tahap perencanaan tindakan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Apabila telah terjadi peningkatan aktivitas dan hasil belajar Rias W

Based on experience and reflection multiplication of fractions learning at fifth class SDN 33 VII Koto Padang Pariaman district. Student learning outcomes is still low and the learning undertaken by teachers arenot using realistic problem to beginning of learning. So the author through this research trying to improve student learning outcomes in subjects multiplication of fractions. The purpose of this study was to describe the planning, implementation and learning outcomes. This research is action research (class action research), this study used a qualitative and quantitative approach. Learning is used by using the realistic mathematics education approach. After doing research hence an increase in student learning outcomes in multiplication of fractions lesson using realistic mathematics education approach. It can be seen, both from the ability of teachers in designing learning from 83% up to 94%, implementation of learning increased 94% from 77%, and learning outcomes increased to 86,87 from 74,04.

This articel aims to obtain data on non-cognitive assessment, the ability of teachers to make the rubric of non-cognitive assessment, constraints - any constraints faced by teachers in developing noncognitive instruments as well as any policy that will be done in overcoming the obstacles faced by social studies teacher in junior RSBI Padang Class VII Semester II.This type of research is descriptive research. Data obtained from document analysis, interviews and observation. Techniques of data analysis by using percentages. Data obtained from interviews with informants, the junior high school teachers who teach social studies classes RSBI VII, Chairman of the IPS MGMP Padang, three expert specialist and deputy head of the school curriculum areas.After data analysis performed, the results obtained that the number of teachers who have not done in developing and assessing the activities within the rubric of attitude assessment, student performance and products. Once analyzed by the expert assessment rubric attitude, and product performance in terms of science and the content is quite good and better in terms of the language section. Perceived obstacles to overcome problems that arise in the application of attitude assessment, and performance of the products most social studies teachers have tried various things such as: reading books / other resources relevant to teaching materials, training, seminars and follow MGMP forum, discuss in advance with Head of School before attending the training and talked about making attitude assessment rubrics, and product performance with peers.

This Study aimed at investigating the effect of cooperative learning model type CIRC on short story writing ability class x student of SMA Negeri 2 Sungai Penuh. In addition to that, aquantitative method with a quasi experimental design. Based on research finding conclusions short story writing skill of student with cooperative learning model type CIRC is better than studentthat being taught by conventional method at X class SMAN 2 Sungai Penuh.

The ability of teachers who are still minimal in developing achievement tests with appropriate procedures results in tests that are of poor quality, ultimately impacting measurement results that are less reliable. This encourages researchers to develop achievement test instruments that are in accordance with the correct test development procedures. This study aims to develop a multiplechoice test that is valid and reliable, as well as practical to be used by evaluators as well as by evaluation target objects. The method used in this study is research and development methods, using the Instructional Development Institute model (IDI) with three stages of development namely 1) define, 2) develop and 3) evaluate. Product testing is limited to 38 students. The research data is obtained in quantitative form in the form of student responses to tests, expert validation and practical questionnaires by teachers and students. Data analysis techniques use classical theory, test validity tests, test reliability tests, and practical tests. The results of the study are in the form of products of multiple choice achievement test instruments. Based on the results of the tests, the test instruments that are developed had good grain quality with a moderate level of difficulty and high exposure power, the results of the measurements are valid and reliable or reliable and had a small standard error of measurement which is 2.82, which meant that the measurement results are accurate.

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi program aktivitas renang sekolah. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Sekolah Dasar Victory Plus Kota Bekasi Tahun 2018. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode CIPP. Daniel Stufflebeam�s mengatakan bahwa CIPP terdiri dari empat tahapan, yaitu: Context, Input, Prosess, Product. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, kuisioner, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis kualitatif non statistik, dimana komponen reduksi data, dan sajian data dilakukan bersamaan deng proses pengumpulan data setelah terkumpul maka, tiga komponen dianalisis (reduksi data, sajian data, penarikan kesimpulan) berinteraksi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) Proses mekanisme kelayakan dan kualifikasi pelatih sudah sangat baik namun pada siswa masih ada yang kurang memahami, (2) Pelaksanaan program pembelajaran sudah berjalan secara baik, disektor pelatih maupun siswa. (3) Sarana dan prasarana yang dimiliki dikategorikan sudah baik dikarenakan sudah menyesuaikan sarana dan prasarana sesuai standar Kurikulum Sekolah dan PRSI.

The aim of this research is intended to examine the effectiveness of Augmented Reality with QR code in learning 3D geometry. The sample comprised 31 students in AR group (as experiment group) and 30 students in conventional one (as control group). The data were obtained from the results of students� conceptual understanding in mathematics test and statistically analyzed using t sample independent test. The results showed that students� conceptual understanding in AR group was higher than conventional one, with as many as 85% of conventional group students having the conceptual understanding ability in mathematics which was under the AR students.

Purpose of educational is not only form intelligent and competent students but to create energies of students with strong character. This study aims to apply character education to students, supporting factors, and in hibiting factors. Research is qualitative descriptive. Data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation data. The technique of checking the validity of the data uses source and technique triangulation. The result showed that (1) The application of character integration in the learning process, habituation activities, exemplary, education in extracurricular activities such as pramuka, and creates character books for low class and high class. The character values instilled are religius, nationalist, independent, mutual cooperation, and integrated. (2) supporting factors namely the desire of students who want to change, collaborate with parents/committees schools, collaboration between teachers, collaboration between teachers and principals, as well as collaboration with SD N 09 Ulakan Tapakis with PT. TRAKINDO BUILDING THE NATION CHARACTERS took place since the aftermath of the 30 Septmber 2009 earthquake untill now. (3) Inhibiting factors namely students, environmental condition that do not support, the teachers supervision oversight, and lack of supervision from parents.

This research was derived from the facts indicating that the fourth grade students� learning achievement at SD Negeri 05 2x11 Enam Lingkung Kabupaten Padang Pariaman was still low. The purpose of this research was to describe the improvement of the students� learning achievement in natural science by using Process Skill Approach in the fourth grade of SD Negeri 05 2x11 Enam Lingkung Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. The number of the subject was 20 students. This was a Classroom Action Research which applied both qualitative and quantitative approaches. The results of the research showed that the students� learning achievement improved from 76,75 in the firs cycle to 86, 75 in the second cycle. Hence, the us of Process Skill Approach could improve the fourth grade students� learning achievement at SD Negeri 05 2x11 Enam Lingkung Kabupaten Padang Pariaman.

Era globalisasi berdampak pada tuntutan dilakukan restorasi terhadap dunia pendidikan di Indonesia dalam berbagai aspek demi memajukan kualitas dan mengatasi kesenjangan yang terjadi pada semua jenjang pendidikan khususnya pada aspek sistem pembelajaran yang digunakan agar dapat menghasilkan sumberdaya manusia (SDM) yang mumpuni dan mampu bersaing dalam kancah global. Perguruan tinggi sebagai salah satu komponen utama dalam sistem pendidikan diharapkan dapat berperan aktif dalam meningkatkan sistem pembelajaran yang diselenggarakan untuk dapat menghasilkan lulusan yang berkualifikasi dibidangnya. Fenomena kualitas input yang relatif buruk menjadi salah satu faktor utama terjadinya kesulitan belajar pada mahasiswa di perguruan tinggi swasta pada umumnya. Kondisi tersebut sangat ironis dengan adanya tuntutan globalisasi khususnya TVET (Technical and Vocational Education Training) abad XXI bahwa mahasiswa lulusan perguruan tinggi harus memiliki kualifikasi higher competitive untuk dapat bersaing di dunia kerja. Umumnya, mahasiswa yang masuk PTS memiliki nilai rata-rata akademik dibawah standar. Pengembangan pembelajaran pada matakuliah sistem basis data mengacu pada model pembelajaran problem based learning (PBL) dalam mengatasi kesulitan belajar. Konsep pengembangan diawali dengan melakukan kajian literatur dan beberapa hasil penelitian terkait oleh peneliti untuk menemukan kebaruan dan untuk mempelajari trend pembelajaran saat ini. Prosedur pengembangan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode 4D yang terdiri atas 4 (empat) tahapan yakni tahap define, design, develop dan tahap disseminate. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan model pembelajaran sistem database yang valid, reliabel dan efektif. Model ini secara sistematis mengacu pada siyntak model problem based learning (PBL) untuk mengatasi kesulitan belajar. Model pembelajaran sistem database ini juga menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran berupa Silabus, RPS, Buku Ajar, dan Modul sistem database yang valid, efektif, dan praktis dalam mengatasi kesulitan belajar mahasiswa.
