The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of competence and non-physical work environment on job satisfaction and employee performance, examine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, and examine the mediating effect of job satisfaction on the influence of competence and non-physical work environment on employees performance at Child Special Development Institution Class II Kendari. This research approach is quantitative using survey methods and explanatory research design. The data was collected by cross-section using an instrument of a questionnaire. The population on this study were employees at Child Special Development Institution Class II Kendari, using the census method of determining respondents, so that the respondent size was set at 46 employees. The analytical tool used is Partial Least Square (PLS).The results of this study indicate that competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. competence has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of competence and non-physical work environment on employee performance. From these results it can be concluded that the better the competence possessed, the existing non-physical work environment and also the perceived job satisfaction, will be able to improve employee performance.

This study aims to analyze the relationship between leadership style and non-physical work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable for employees of BBTKLPP Yogyakarta. This research method uses quantitative descriptive using primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires. In this study using the sesnus technique, where all populations are taken, each population has the same opportunity to be sampled. The number of samples taken in this study were 110 questionnaires. Data were analyzed using SPSS and Smart PLS. The results showed that leadership style had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with a significance level of 0.042 <0.05, so hypothesis I was accepted. The non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, so hypothesis II is accepted. Leadership style has no positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.455 > 0.05, so hypothesis III is rejected. Non-fictional work environment has no positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.256 > 0.05, so hypothesis IV is rejected. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.006 < 0.05 (p <0.05), so hypothesis V is accepted. Leadership style on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable with a significance level of Z score 1.57 < 1.96 then hypothesis VI is rejected. Non-physical work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable with a significance level of Z score 2.51> 1.96 then hypothesis VII is accepted. This study aims to explore the relationship between human relations and physical work environment on employee performance. The method used is quantitative with an emphasis on hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study was 65 employees using the purposive random sampling method. The data analysis technique used was Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The findings of this study reveal that human relations and physical work environment both partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. The results of this study also prove that the human relation variable has a dominant effect on improving employee performance. In addition, this study provides insights to organizations in designing appropriate systems to improve employee performance..

The purpose of this study is to explain the influence of the Work Environment and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance Mediated by Job Satisfaction. The research approach used was a survey method, data collection was carried out using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The study population was all 60 people of the Konawe Kepulauan District Hospital, because the population was relatively small, all of the population became respondents. The analytical tool used in testing the hypothesis is Partial Least Square (PLS)The results of this study indicate that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction. positive and significant effect on employee performance. Thus job satisfaction mediates the influence of the work environment and organizational culture on employee performance.

The Effect of Compensation and Physical Work Environment on Employee Performance Through Job Satisfaction As Intervening Variables in PD. Center Optikal Serang. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and physical work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction as intervening variable in PD. Center Optikal Serang. The sample in this study as many as 50 respondents taken by census of the total population of employees in the PD. Center Optikal Serang  . The method of analysis used in this study is path analysis (path analysis) by testing the t-statistics. The analyzer uses SEM-PLS Version software. 20. The results showed that the compensation did not affect the employee's performance because t statistics (1,421 1,96) and p values (0,162) 0,05. Compensation has a significant effect on job satisfaction because the statistical t value (6,855) 1,96) and p values (0,000) 0,05. The physical work environment has no effect on satisfaction due to the statistical t value (0.846) 1.96), as well as the p values (0.401) 0.05. the physical work environment has an effect on the employee's performance because the statistic t value (2,83 6 1,96) and p values (0,007 0,05) job satisfaction influence to employee performance because of t statistic value (3,198) 1,96). Similarly, the value of p values (0.002) 0.05.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui variabel paling berpengaruh dan penting yang menyebabkan rendahnya kualitas kinerja pegawai di BBTKLPP Yogyakarta sesuai dengan permasalahan yang telah dirumuskan. Ukuran sampel sebesar 90 yang dapat mewakili populasi ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode Krejcie-Morgan. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) yang berbasis varians yaitu Partial Least Square (PLS). Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah simple random sampling menggunakan instrumen kuosioner. Variabel lingkungan kerja non fisik berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan p values sebesar 0.581; Variabel beban kerja berpengaruh negatif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan p values sebesar 0.058; Variabel lingkungan kerja non fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap stres kerja dan p values 0.000; Variabel beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap stres kerja dengan nilai original sampel sebesar 0.180 dan nilai p values sebesar 0.05; Variabel stres kerja berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dibuktikan dengan data nilai original sampel sebesar 0.270 dan p values sebesar 0.327; Stres kerja sebagai intervening berpengaruh pada hubungan variabel lingkungan kerja non fisik dan kinerja pegawai dengan nilai thitung (9.26) > ttabel (1.96); Stres kerja sebagai intervening berpengaruh pada hubungan variabel beban kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai thitung (8.33) > ttabel (1.96). The purpose of this research is to determine the most influential and important variables that cause the low quality of employee performance at BBTKLPP Yogyakarta in accordance with the problems that have been formulated. A sample size of 90 that can represent the population is determined using the Krejcie-Morgan method. The method of analysis in this study is to use a variance-based analysis of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), namely Partial Least Square (PLS). The sampling technique in this study is simple random sampling using a questionnaire instrument. Non-physical work environment variables have a positive but not significant effect on employee performance by showing p values of 0.581; Workload variable has a negative but not significant effect on employee performance with p values of 0.058; Non-physical work environment variables have a positive and significant effect on work stress and p values of 0.000; Workload variable has a positive and significant effect on work stress with an original sample value of 0.180 and a p value of 0.05; Work stress variables have a positive but not significant effect on employee performance as evidenced by the original sample value of 0.270 and p values of 0.327; Work stress as intervening influences the relationship between non-physical work environment variables and employee performance with tcount (9.26)> ttable (1.96); Work stress as an intervening effect on the relationship between workload variables and employee performance with a tcount (8.33)> ttable (1.96).

This study aims to examine and analyze the relationship between leadership style, work environment, job satisfaction and employee performance. This research was conducted at PT. Khrisna Multi Lintas Cemerlang with the research population were all employees who work in the company. All data obtained from questionnaires were suitable for use, then were analyzed by using structural equation model based on variant analysis which is known as Partial Least Square (PLS). The result of this research shows that the leadership style has positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has positive and significant effect on employee performance, the leadership style has positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, the work environment has positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and job satisfaction has positive and significant on employee performance. The implication of this research was that the leadership needs to give freedom to subordinate to express their opinions, the workplace air temperature was well regulated, the work that was charged according to the ability and expertise, always guided by the company standard in carrying out each task and the employee has high knowledge in solving problem

This study aims to determine and clarify the effect of work environment and work motivation for workload and its implementation on employee performance. Respondents 67 employees (entire population). Data collection is done through interviews and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using path analysis (SmartPls 3.0 software) and correlation matrix between dimensions (SmartPls 3.0 software). The results showed that: (1) Work Environment and Motivation both partially and simultaneously affect Employee Performance; (2) Work environment, motivation and workload both partially and simultaneously affect employee performance; (3) Workload mediates the work environment and motivation on performance. Based on the analysis of the correlation matrix between dimensions, to improve the Work Environment, which has a positive correlation with Workload, it is recommended to maintain and improve the dimensions of Non-Physical Work Environment and also for employee performance also to improve the Physical Environment dimension. To increase motivation, which has a positive correlation with workload, it is recommended to maintain and improve hygiene. And for employee performance that is increasing the dimensions of intrinsic appreciation. To increase the workload that has a positive correlation with employee performance it is advisable to maintain and improve the dimensions of frustration

The purpose of this risetto determine the effect on each dependent variable Effect of CSR Internal(X₁) and Physical Work Environment (X₂) on the dependent variable Employee Job Satisfaction (Y). In this study data was collected through a questionnaire method for 39 respondents who worked at PT. Alex Putra Group Cilegon. The analysis used was multiple linear analysis using data analysis techniques that have fulfilled the validity, reliability test and classical assumption test, so as to produce the regression equation as follows:Y = 16,736 + 0,406 X₁ + 0,731 X₂ + e, The results of the analysis found that both the Internal Corporate Social Responsibility Program variables and the Physical Work Environment had a significant influence on Employee Job Satisfaction. The adjusted R Square figure of 0.150 shows that 15 percent variation in Employee Job Satisfaction can be explained by the two dependent variables used in the regression equation. While the remaining 85 percent is explained by other variables outside the two variables used in this study. Keywords: internal corporate social responsibility program, physical work environment, and employee job satisfaction
