Teachers is teaching staff and educators for the students. Teachers must understand the learning styles of their students. There is 2 purpose of the study: (1) To describe the Problem-based Learning (PBL) method, (2) the implementation of the PBL method in Simdig learning on the material for making presentation slides. The results of this study are: (1) PBL is a learning approach that presents contextual problems so the student is able to solve problems in the real world (2) The application of the PBL method in Simdig learning is able to influence the achievement of learning objectives

<p dir="ltr"><span>Proses belajar mengajar yang ideal yakni dimana ada keterlibatan atau partisipasi siswa  dalam mengikuti proses belajar mengajar di sekolah, guna untuk meningkatkan aspek kognitif, afektif dan psikomotor. </span>Hubungan dengan masalah yang ingin dipecakan dalam kajian ini adalah bagaimanakah minimnya partisipasi siswa dalam pembelajaran TIK, dan tujuan dari kajian ini adalah meningkatkan peran guru TIK dalam mengatasi minimnya partisipasi siswa dalam pembelajaran TIK, dan ingin mengetahui apa hambatan minimnya partisipasi siswa dalam pembelajaran TIK pada kelas X SMA Negeri 2 Ende. Dalam pelaksanaan proses belajar mengajar, terdapat  hambatan yang menjadi faktor  minimnya partisipasi dalam belajar yakni faktor internal ( sifat malas ) dan  kurangnya ketersedian sarana prasarana pembelajaran TIK yang memadai.</p><div><span><br /></span></div>

There are several factors that affect student learning outcomes. Broadly speaking, it is divided into two, namely endogenous or internal factors and exogenous or external factors. The purpose of this study is to improve digital simulation learning outcomes through the demonstration method for class X students of Islamic Vocational School 1 Blitar City in the 2019/2020 academic year. This research is a classroom action research (CAR) which was carried out for 2 cycles. The subjects of this study were students of class X Islamic Vocational School 1 Blitar City for the 2019/2020 academic year, totaling 40 people. The results showed that the application of the demonstration method could improve the learning outcomes of digital simulations in class X Islamic Vocational School 1 Blitar City for the 2019/2020 academic year.

<p dir="ltr"><span>Pada zaman modern ini, internet sudah menjadi hal wajar, bahkan wajib. Apalagi di kalangan pendidikan. Internet sudah menjadi dunianya teknologi. Dimana bisa dipermudah dengan teknologi. Internet sebagai sumber informasi, banyak memberikan kemudahan. Apapun yang kita butuhkan bisa kita dapatkan melalui Internet. Akan tetapi, semakin berkembangnya Internet, ada dampak positif dan negatif yang terlihat. Apalagi yang berhubungan dengan pendidikan. Banyak pelajar yang mendapatkan ilmu dengan bantuan internet. Bahkan tugas-tugas sekolah terasa lebih mudah mencarinya di internet. namun tidak sedikit yang menyalahgunakan penggunaan internet. Tidak sedikit remaja malas belajar karena hampir semua waktunya untuk keperluan hura-hura melalui internet. Lebih-lebih remaja atau pelajar tanpa malu atau takut membuka situs-situs porno.</span><span> Tujuan Kajian ini adalah supaya siswa-siswi bisa memanfaat internet semaksimal mungkin untuk keperluan sekolah dan menyingkirkan atau mengabaikan tampilan-tampilan atau kata-kata yang tidak senonoh diinternet. Dengan tahunya siswa-siswi apa yang ada di internet, diharapkan siswa-siswi bisa belajar dengan baik dan bisa mengontrol diri</span><span> .</span></p><div><span><br /></span></div>

<span id="docs-internal-guid-9bfcab62-7fff-bdab-8ce3-9fcf1f94d23f"><span>Many cases show that many student learning outcomes are unsatisfactory and many student scores are below the predetermined KKM (Minimum Completeness Criteria), this is because the success of the teaching and learning process, especially educational programs is influenced by various factors, namely internal and external factors. Of the two factors, the main ones are interests and factors from the surrounding environment, so that students become bored, and the class becomes passive. The purpose of learning simulation and digital communication at SMK Yosonegoro directs class X TAV students to have a desire to understand, learn good learning needs, so they are willing to use and find the best learning resources in order to solve the problems they face. The problem based learning method is felt to be able to liven up the atmosphere in the classroom, because students are required to solve a problem and the teacher as a facilitator.</span></span>

<p><em>Learning media as a tool to create an effective teaching and learning situation and to improve the quality of student learning. This study aims to (1) facilitate students visually in computer learning (2) efforts to optimize the absorption of concrete information for children with special needs in computer learning. The lack of availability of teaching materials that suit the needs of children with special needs in computer skills subjects makes teaching staff have to innovate with teaching materials from public schools. This learning module was developed to overcome the problems experienced by teachers and students. The results of this study are expected to be a benchmark for teaching staff in delivering material to students and can improve skills in learning computer skills of students at SLB Negeri Balikpapan.</em></p>

<p>This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the procurement of goods and services at Sebelas Maret University. To find out the effectiveness of the system of procurement of goods and services seen from their suitability with the principle of procurement of goods / services and the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) specified. The principles of procurement of government goods / services include: 1) efficient, 2) effective, 3) transparent, 4) open, 5) competing, 6) fair, and 7) accountable. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The types of data in this study are information or information, both oral, written and actions related to the research variables. The main data from this study are in the form of written questionnaires and field documentation. The population in this study were officers in the procurement of goods and services. The research sample was 30 people and the sampling technique was purposive sampling. The results of the study indicate that the stages of the procurement process of goods and services have been effectively implemented. This is indicated by the process of auction announcements with a score of 87%, 88% auction registration, 88% job description, 89% income and bid opening, 90% bid and qualification evaluation, and 90% winner determination and announcement. Overall, the process of procurement of goods and services gets a score of 89% and is included in very suitable / implemented criteria.</p>
