This review study focuses on a forensic psychological tool, Brain electrical Oscillation Signature Profiling, and its mechanism. In precise, this paper reviews the studies of eyewitness testimony and BEOS in particular. The previous empirical studies and review articles elucidate that BEOS can be used to overcome the effect of internal and external factors in eyewitness testimony. False memory or confabulatory experiences would not affect the accuracy of Brain Electrical Oscillation Signature Profiling. During the trial process, witness testimony can do through BEOS in the future. More empirical researches are necessary for the application of forensic psychology tools in the field of witness testimony.


Human beings are the only beings in this universe that question the very basic existence of something by asking the “Why” question. To qualify someone as intellectual he/she must be critical. Fundamental question is How power governs our desire, our experiences? What are the conditionalities that generates society to be moulded in a certain way? What is the role of the intellectuals? How our assigned meaning changes by the power? All questions are answered in this paper with clear distinction between intellectual and intellectual slavery.


E-commerce carries with it its own importance in the corporate world due to the effect of globalisation. Significance of E-commerce further extends in India due to the advent of „Digital India” campaign. Remarkable transformation has been taken place in the field of entrepreneurship by the implementation of effective governance in e-commerce. During last few times amazing renovation have been noticed in the Indian shops and trades. E-commerce has taken the domain of business by storm and fascinated the imagination of whole generation of entrepreneurs, with e-commerce ventures with various business and commercial models. The mercurial development in recent years has already propelled the largest industries among these enterprises crossing the billion-dollar boundary. This article has attempted to highlight the current position of the eCommerce scenario in India and corporate point of view. Simultaneously, it points out the corporate sec strategic drives and challenges, and SCIREA Journal of Agriculture http://www.scirea.org/journal/Agriculture January 13, 2017 Volume 1, Issue 2, December 2016 44 recommends the techniques which will trigger e -Commerce industries and sustain development.


The main purpose of this study is to know the CSR compliance obeyed by public sector enterprises in India. The data have been gathered from annual reports of the chosen five Maharatna Companies of India. The data of average profit prescribed CSR, and amount spent on CSR of company-wise have been tabulated and analyzed using descriptive statistics and ANOVA. The study has been found that GAIL has maintained consistency in the amount spent for CSR, while the other selected Maharatna companies showing high variance during the period of study. Amongst these five, PGC has shown a tremendous increasing trend while the rest are showing decline or fluctuation in the amount spent on social and environmental wellbeing. This study also found that excess amount over and above mandatory requirement has been spent by SAIL, GAIL, and NTPC while BHEL and PGC show deficit in the amount spent which shows that still, these two companies haven’t spent full amount as per Companies Act for CSR.


The world has entered into a new millennium, but from the dawn of civilization till date, the woman of the patriarchal society of India continues to be oppressed and ill-treated.2 Crime against women have been increasing in all fields. In the era of digital revolution women are not safe at cyber space. In India cybercrime against women have been rapidly increasing in spite of special legislations to protecting women netizen. Judiciary played a vital role in the implementation of the law and its constitutional role to protecting the human rights as per the legislation. The most important duty of the court is to protect human rights, and to give relief to the victim.3The main object of this paper is to analyse the role of Judiciary at cyber space to curb the cybercrime against women in India. This paper is commence with cyber crime’s definition and brief view about that. It also focus on kinds of cybercrime against women in India and brief view on cyber legislation.


The disclosures are the language of communicating the performance and state of affair of business by the corporates to stakeholders. Therefore, the main objective of this paper is to study the disclosure practices and their relation with share prices of selected companies. To meet this objective the data has been collected from annual reports and NSE data base of ten companies for two industries for the period of five years. The collected data is tabulated and analysed with the help of research tools and techniques like mean, standard deviation, coefficient of variance, one - way ANNOVA and Karl Pearson’s correlation. This study concludes that, disclosures practices between companies are same but not between selected sectors and these disclosures does not have any significant impact or relationship with its share prices.


The fundamental activity of environment protection has been taken for granted since a long time. The current COVID- 19 Pandemic has forced us to revisit and revamp our legal policies for growth in sustainable development. Green recovery has now become the most pressing need for a sustainable change in the environment. This, essay focuses on the critical analysis of, whether the existing legal framework of the Sustainable development gives protection to the environment or not. This piece of study has been briefly divided into 6 Parts. Where, Head 1 provides a brief description of concept of Sustainable development. Head 2 offers the treaty provisions of the Sustainable development to protect the environment. Head 3 looks at the contribution of the Judiciary and Constitution in Application of Concept in India. Head 4 focuses on the criticism of concept. Further, Head 5 analyses the problem of plastic use amid pandemic and application of sustainable development principles to curb plastic use and lastly, Head 6 provides for green recovery to materialise the line of action to be followed to reach an equilibrium of development and environment protection


Asset Liability management of a bank refers to strategic decision making and devising strategies with respect to mitigation of different types of risk with a core objective of risk minimization and profit maximization. Banks are exposed to varied types of risk of which credit risk is crucial as it enhances the risk of insolvency and bankruptcy of a bank. It arises when borrowers turn out to be defaulters. Credit risk not only wipes out the capital of the banks but also hampers the present and future earnings of the bank. The present paper analyzes the credit risk of selected private sector banks to know if the Asset Liability management (ALM) policy of a bank with respect to credit risk is effective or not. The different measures of Credit risk as Gross Non-performing assets and Net Nonperforming assets are analyzed using One-Way Anova to see if credit risk of selected banks is significantly different or not.
