This study aims to determine the Development of Interactive Learning Media Using Lectora Inspire in the Hindu Religious Education Study Program; determine the feasibility of this learning media based on the assessment of material experts, media experts and learning practitioners; knowing the student's assessment of this learning media. This type of research and development uses the ADDIE development model. At the Development stage, the learning media using Lectora Inspire which was assessed for feasibility by 1 material expert, 1 media expert and 1 learning practitioner, all of them from STAHN MPU Kuturan lecturers. The implementation phase includes two stages, namely small group trials and field trials. The results showed that the Learning Media Using Lectora Inspire was developed through five stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation; The feasibility level of this learning media based on the assessment of material experts obtained an average of 4.53 which was included in the very feasible category, media experts obtained an average of 4.48 which was included in the very feasible category, and learning practitioners obtained an average of 4.60 which included in the very decent category; Student assessment, obtained an average overall score of 4.24 which is included in the very decent category. Based on the results of the study, the developed learning media is very suitable to be used as a learning medium in the Hindu religious education study program.

Education in Indonesia theoretically emphasized on the success achieved by learners during a learning process. The purpose of education in Indonesia is to create a quality person and character, this research is a research experiment by applying two different models of cooperative learning in students of class V State primary school 17 Dauh Puri in 2016/2017 lesson to find out the difference of achievement study Hinduism and the creativity of students in play mind mapping. The data obtained will be analysed using two methods of data analysis. Anava and manova one way. Anava a road used to measure learning achievement differences of Hindu religion and creativity play mind mapping model of learning the second whereas one way manova is used to analyze the difference of achievement study Hinduism and creativity play mind mapping students simultaneously. The results of testing hypotheses in mind that learning methods are applied affect the learning achievements of the Hindu religion. It proved ultimately based on the acquisition value of the average Hindu learning accomplishments of students who follow the model of cooperative learning group-type investigation is lower than 5E learning cycle model of learning. Simultaneously it is known that the model of cooperative learning group-type investigation and larning cycle 5E influence on hindu learning achievements of students but less effect on students ' creativity in playing mind mapping. Based on the results of the analysis of the effectiveness of the size it is known that learning learning cycle model 5E instructional model and type of group cooperative investigation learning achievements influence on Hindu students learning learning cycle model 5E more influence of Hindu learning achievement grade V. Based on results of testing the effectiveness of learning model is known then the full-size learning cycle 5E more effectively applied at the level of primary school.

This study aims to improve learning outcomes and social attitudes of second grade students in the odd semester of the 2017/2018 academic year through the application of a collaborative learning model in the content of Civics lessons. This research was conducted in two learning cycles. The learning model used in this study is a collaborative learning model. The object of research is social attitudes and student learning outcomes. To measure students' social attitudes, observational guidelines were used. To measure student learning outcomes used test learning outcomes. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis. The results of data analysis showed that: 1) The application of the collaborative learning model can improve the learning outcomes of class II SD Negeri 1 Tumbu. There was an increase in student learning outcomes of Civics from the first cycle of 73.91 to the second cycle of 86.96 this indicates an increase in learning outcomes of Civics learning content of 17.65%. 2) The application of the collaborative learning model can improve the social attitudes of the second grade students of SD Negeri 1 Tumbu. The average value of students' social attitudes increased from 66.09 in the first cycle with the medium category to 80.96 in the second cycle with the high category. This indicates an increase in students' social attitudes by 22.50%. Learning outcomes in learning will be better if before carrying out the learning process prepare the required learning tools carefully and planned in advance in order to achieve the desired learning objectives.

This research is motivated by the low learning of grade VI students of SDN 4 Seraya Barat in the content of mathematics lessons, this is thought to be caused by several factors, including: learning that is still theoretical so that students will easily feel bored and bored in receiving learning and in teacher learning more dominate the activity, so that it can eliminate students' enthusiasm for mathematics learning material. This classroom action research was carried out in two cycles with the aim of improving learning outcomes of mathematics lessons. The subjects of this study were 18th graders of SDN 4 Seraya Barat, consisting of 7 female students and 11 male students. Data were collected by learning outcomes tests. The collected data was then analyzed by qualitative descriptive statistics. The results showed that the application of the Think Talk Write (TTW) learning strategy in learning mathematics content could increase student learning outcomes, student learning outcomes in cycle I were 71.85 and student learning outcomes in cycle II were 84.07. Thus there was an increase of 12.22 from cycle I to cycle II.

This study aims to improve the learning process by improving the science learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SD Negeri 1 Seraya Barat through the use of experimental methods assisted by concrete media. This classroom action research is designed in two cycles. Each cycle is carried out in four stages, namely: planning, implementation, evaluation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were fourth grade students of SD Negeri 1 Seraya Barat for the academic year 2019/2020 in the odd semester with a total of 32 students. The object of this research is the result of learning science on sound material. Science learning outcomes data were collected using the learning outcomes test. Data were collected using the test method. All data collected were analyzed descriptively. The criteria for the success of the action if the average student learning outcomes in science are at least 68 with classical mastery of at least 85%. The results showed that the use of experimental methods assisted by concrete media could improve science learning outcomes for fourth grade students of SD Negeri 1 Seraya Barat in the odd semester of the 2019/2020 school year. This can be seen from the results of the data analysis of learning outcomes which reached 78.33 with a good category in the first cycle then in the second cycle it increased by 10.21 so that it became 88.54 with a very good category. In addition, learning mastery has increased by 31.25% from 65.63% to 96.88%. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the use of experimental methods assisted by concrete media can improve science learning outcomes for fourth grade students of SD Negeri 1 Seraya Barat in the odd semester of the 2019/2020 school year.

The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the STAD type of cooperative learning model to improve learning achievement of Hinduism students in the third semester of second semester of SD Negeri 7 Bebandem, Karangasem Regency in the 2015/2016 academic year. This research uses two rounds of action research. Each round consists of four stages, namely: design, activities and observations, reflection, and revision. The target of this research is the third grade students of SD Negeri 7 Bebandem, Karangasem Regency. The data obtained in the form of formative test results, observation sheets of teaching and learning activities. The results of the analysis showed that the application of the STAD Type Cooperative Learning learning model can improve student achievement and learning activity, marked by students' conceptual understanding with the percentage increase in the average grade value in the pre-cycle to cycle I and from cycle I to cycle II, respectively. .25% and 13.93%, from the average grade of 71.13 in the pre-cycle to 74.38 in the first cycle and 88.31 in the second cycle. The achievement of the percentage increase in absorption is the same as the percentage of the average grades from pre-cycle to cycle I and from cycle I to cycle II are 3.25% and 13.93%, namely from 71.13% in the pre-cycle to 74.38 % in the first cycle and 88.31% in the second cycle. While the classical learning mastery from pre-cycle to cycle I and from cycle I to cycle II respectively, namely learning completeness in pre-cycle is 37.5%, in cycle I 62.5% and in cycle II 100%. and the average cooperative skills of students are in the very skilled category. The conclusion of this study is that the application of the STAD type of cooperative learning learning model does have a positive impact on improving the learning achievement of Class III students at SD Negeri 7 Bebandem, Karangasem Regency, and this learning model can be used as an alternative to learning Hindu religious education.

This classroom action research was carried out in two cycles with the aim of improving the learning outcomes of mathematics lessons for Class I students of SD Negeri 1 Seraya Barat. The subjects of this study were Class I students of SD Negeri 1 Seraya Barat with a total of 30 students consisting of 13 female students and 17 male students. Data were collected using the test method. The collected data was then analyzed by qualitative descriptive statistics. The results of the study show that the implementation of cooperative learning models with concrete media can improve learning outcomes for mathematics lessons. The success of implementing cooperative learning models with concrete media can be seen from the learning process that is more active for students. All students were actively involved in taking turns demonstrating counting division and enthusiastically presenting the results of their work, namely calculating the division of natural numbers in front of the class according to the questions that had been selected. The implementation of cooperative learning models with concrete media is carried out using the help of straws, plastic cups and folding paper. The success of implementing cooperative learning models with concrete media is also evidenced by the increase in the average value of learning outcomes achieved at the end of the first cycle, which is 74.89 and the average value of learning outcomes achieved at the end of the second cycle, which is 86.44. Based on these results, the average value of learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II increased by 11.55. The percentage of students who achieved KBM from cycle I to cycle II also increased by 26.66%, from 66.67% to 93.33%.

The Covid 19 outbreak in Indonesia has spread to various regions, becoming the epicenter of the spread of the virus. This makes the joints of family resilience to be shaky due to various impacts. The purpose of this study is to determine the need for religious-based character education to be implemented, how to implement Religious-Based character education in strengthening family resilience during the pandemic in Karangasem District, and the implications of Religious-Based Character Education on Family Resilience during the Pandemic Period in Karangasem District. The method used is descriptive qualitative with the type of data used in this study is qualitative data. The source of data used is primary data, namely data obtained from informants and secondary data in the form of literature as supporting primary data. The process of data analysis in an interactive form. The results of the research obtained are considering the many problems faced by the community in Karangasem District, especially problems in the aspects of tourism and trade, it is necessary to implement character education during the pandemic for family resilience, the form of Implementation of Religious-Based Character Education, which is reflected in the teachings of Tri Kaya Parisuda, namely thinking (manacika), taste/intention (wacika) and exercise (Kayika), and the implications of religious-based character education on family resilience during a pandemic in Karangasem district, namely being able to strengthen psychological resilience with awareness to be able to control oneself and accept all conditions sincerely. and keep trying and keep trying to find solutions and solutions. From some of the informants' explanations, the implementation of religious-based character education is very important to strengthen family resilience during the pandemic.

Education is closely related to national development and is directed at the development of all Indonesian people. As an effort to implement the National Education System Law, the government hereby pays great attention to religious education. This study aims to determine the urgency of Hindu religious education on government policies regarding religious and religious education. The method used in this study is a qualitative method using descriptive analysis techniques, with data collection techniques carried out through library research. The results of the study stated that Hindu religious education has a function as a motivator and dynamist, can encourage the creativity of students to do good and right to achieve their life goals, as stated in the Vedas namely Moksartham Jagadhitaya Ca Iti Dharma, meaning that people can practice Hinduism, understand, If you live and practice it, then the purpose of life, namely physical and spiritual well-being, will be achieved in this world and the next life. It is said how great the function of Hinduism is in shaping the character of the nation's children, especially in ethics, morality and morality, developing spirituality in everyday life in order to achieve their life goals. In this context, the government always lists religious education as one of the compulsory subjects that must be taken from elementary school to university. This is reflected in the laws and regulations of the 1945 Constitution and the National Education System Law, as well as other laws and regulations.

Project problems such as wasted costs, poor quality, delays in completion time and other impacts that have the potential to cause legal consequences are often experienced. This happens because the implementer ignores the principles of project management in its implementation as a result of a poor understanding of project management. For this reason, the DKI Jakarta Provincial Human Resources Development Agency held a Project Management training which during the Covid-19 pandemic was conducted online. Based on the analysis carried out, from the participant aspect, it was found that the level of satisfaction of the training participants was very high to a very satisfactory level. The increase in participants' knowledge was felt to be higher by participants with a background in social education and humanities compared to participants with a science and technology background. All participants said they would apply the principles of project management because they believe their competence has increased so that they can make a positive contribution to improving the performance of their agencies. Regarding the training aspect, the material was in accordance with what was expected and needed in managing the project. This training can be attended by participants from various educational backgrounds, but the implementation time needs to be considered for participants with social and humanities backgrounds. In order to provide a better understanding, online training needs to be combined with offline in class. The training is felt to be very useful for improving the competence of project managers, so it needs to be continued with modification and development.
