Study the Types and Dosage of Organic Fertilizers of Cassava (Manihot esculenta Crantz). The research  to observe the development of cassava due to the influence  of cassava based on organic fertilizer. This research was conducted from October 2019 to January 2020, in the Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Slamet Riyadi University, Surakarta. This study used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) method with 1 treatment, namely type and dose of organic fertilizers and obtained 10 combinations treatments and each was repeated 3 times. From the research data, analysis of variance will be carried out nd then the real difference test will be countinued with the real Honestly Significant Difference test at the 5% level. In this observation observed included 8 parameters: shoot height, longest root length, number of roots, number of leaves, fresh weight of planted roots, dry weight of planted roots, fresh weight of planting buds, and dry weight of planting buds. The results showed that (1) effect of kinds and dosages of organic fertilizer the effect very apparent in the parameters of the number of planted leaves, number of planted roots, longest root length, dry weight of planted roots, fresh weight of planted shoots and dry weight of planted shoots. Significantly affected the shoot height parameters. No significant effect is found on  the parameters of the fresh root weight of the crop. (2) The dosage of 1.9 kg / polybag (MD7) fertilizer application gave the best results on the dry weight of shoots, 378 grams.

Research on "Study of Manure on Growth and Yield of White Glutinous Rice (Oryza Sativa L. var. Glutinosa)" has been carried out from November 11th, 2019 to March 2th, 2020 in Donoudan Village, Ngemplak District, Boyolali Regency, the height of the place around 150 masl and the type of soil grumusol. This study uses a Complete Randomized Block Design (RAKL) with a single factor consisting of 10 kinds of treatments and repeated 3 times. Consisting D0, A1, A2, A3, K1, K2, K3, S1, A2, A3. Obsevation was carried out by taking 8 sample plants at each treatment. Data from this study were analyzed with the Uji Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (DMRT) at 5%, the parameters observed included plant height, number of tillers per family, leaf color, panicle length of number of productive tillers, weight of grain harvest per plot, weight of grain harvest per clump, and weight of 1000 grains. The results of the research, it was shown that the application of manure affected the length of panicle, the number of productive tillers, the weight of dried grains per clump, the weight of unhulled rice per plot and the weight of 1000 grains. The use of chicken manure with a dose of 4,5 kg/plot gave the highest yield of grain weight per plot which was 1820,90 grams (8,67 tons/ha), had a significant effect with control without manure (increase of 38,73) but not significant effect by providing treatmen of cow manure and goat manure.

This study is titled Study of Biological Fertilizers on the intensity of Leaf Spots (Cercospora sp.) On Black Corn (Black Aztec) with the aim to study the types of biological fertilizers on the intensity of Cercospora sp. which began on November 9, 2019, in Jembangan Village, Gagaksipat Village, Ngemplak District, Boyolali District, Central Java, with a height of 150m (asl). This study uses a single factor Complete Randomized Block Design (RCBD) consisting of 10 treatments and 3 replications. The data from the results of this study were analyzed with the Duncan at the 5% level. The parameters observed include: intensity of leaf spot disease, weight of cob with corn husk per plant (gram), weight of cob without corn husk per plant (gram), weight of 100 corn seeds (gram). The results showed that: (1) Symptoms of leaf spot disease appear evenly on all biological fertilizers, symptoms of disease attack began to appear at the age of 30 days after planting. (2) In the treatment of biological fertilizer Megharizo on black corn concertration 10 ml/1,2 l (B2) can reduce the intensity of leaf spot disease. (3) The application of biological fertilizer from three doses has not been able to increase the yield of black corn to the weight of corn with corn husk, weight of corn without corn husk, and weight of 100 seeds.

This study is entitled Concentration Test of Three Liquid Organic Fertilizer From Agricultural Waste on Growth and Yield of Arugula (Eruca Sativa) to test the concentration of three kinds of liquid organic fertilizer, sugarcane bagasse waste, banana peel and coconut fiber with a concentration of 50 ml/l, 100 ml/l, and, 150 ml/l. This study uses a single Randomized Complete Design (CRD) method consisting of 10 treatments that are repeated 3 times, consisting of K0, K1, K2, K3, K4, K5, K6, K7, K8, K9, the results of this study were analyzed with Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DMRT) at 5%, the parameters observed were: plant height, number of leaves, leaf width, leaf length, root length, fresh weightof biomass, and dry weight of biomass. The results of the study show that: (1) Giving treatment (K3), liquid organic fertilizer of banana peels with a concentration of 150 ml/l, provides interaction with parameters of observation of leaf width, root length and dry weight of biomass arugula plants, but they need to increase the concentration of organic fertilizer liquid to assist the growth process with observations of plant height parameters, number of leaves, leaf length and fresh weigh of biomass. (2) Provision of treatment with 150 ml/l concentration is the best treatment for the parameters of observation of leaf width, length of root and dry weight of biomass, but the administration of 150 ml/l concentration is not sufficient for plant nutrient requirements so there is no interaction with the growth process of plant height, number of leaves, length of leaves and fresh weight of biomass. (3) The highest dry weight of biomass in the treatment of liquid organic fertilizer from banana peel waste with a concentration of 150 ml/l, weighing 4.32 g or an increase of 20% compared to the control.
