Abstract The increasing penetration of renewable energy sources with nonlinear characteristics, such as wind and photovoltaic power plants, demands a clear procedure for harmonic sharing responsibility between this new kind of generation and the network at the point of common coupling. In fact, there are in literature many procedures regarding the determination of responsibility for violating harmonic distortion limits. Among these proposals, the methodology based on the superposition principle has been one of the most promising procedures. In this context, the present paper is focused on a procedure that applies the superposition methodology to find the harmonic sharing responsibility between a wind power plant and the utility network. To exemplify this application, a case study is performed and analyzed.

Myanmar has one of the lowest electrification rates in the world, and most of its inhabitants, who lack access to electricity, live off-grid in rural areas. Despite Myanmar having abundant sun and wind energy resources, which could potentially generate electricity for rural communities, renewable energy growth in Myanmar is stunted. In this article, we examine the case study of renewable energy development in Myanmar to better understand the factors that influence renewable energy development and deployment in a developing country context. Our analysis reveals that there are numerous reasons for the lack of solar, wind, and biomass energy growth in Myanmar, such as regressive electricity tariffs, problematic hydropower contracts, low levels of social acceptance and awareness of clean technologies, and a lack of institutional policy framework for renewable energy. To reduce energy poverty and increase the share of electricity generation from renewable resources in Myanmar, we recommend tariff reforms and the establishment of a transparent, effective national policy framework. Increasing access to financial resources in rural areas, gaining public trust and support from local communities, and promoting their involvement in decision making in renewable energy projects should also be prioritised. Disseminating knowledge on clean technologies is also recommended to increase environmental awareness and encourage long-term behavioural change.

This research is descriptive qualitative research. Population and sample researchers used the sampling method, respondents will be taken in this study, namely 6 important officials from the Top Manger Level employees of all employees. Data collection techniques used: Observation, documentation, interviews and questionnaires. In calculating the score used is a Likert scale with the provision of rating values and weights. The analysis used is: IFAS and EFAS techniques. The results of this study indicate that from the results of the research conducted, the SEFOPE Institution is in quadrant III namely the Defend quadrant it is mean that SEFOPE has its human resources work is not in accordance with the determination of performance.

North Sulawesi in addition to having some of the leading tourist attractions such as Bunaken Marine Park also has the attraction of alternative that still needs to be developed attractions include Lake Linouw in Tomohon. The purpose of this study was to identify appropriate development strategies in the tourist area of Lake Linouw in Tomohon, North Sulawesi. Research method was descriptive methods. Determination of the sample is based on non-probability sampling techniques. Collecting data through pre-survey, survey questionnaires, and study the literature. Data analysis has used SWOT analysis. The results showed that the tourist area of Linouw Lake at Tomohon, North Sulawesi is the growth strategies of concentration through vertical integration or the strategy of Rapid Growth Strategy (strategy of rapid growth). Therefore, it can be concluded that the main strategy to develop the tourist area of Lake Linouw be competitive position is strong and has a high tourist pull. Based on these research results, it is suggested that relevant parties should maintain tourist area Linouw Lake at Tomohon in a competitive position in the strong growth to improve tourist pull high and considering the relatively expensive tourist prices.

A novel method was developed for the determination of linting propensity of paper based on printing with an IGT printability tester and image analysis of the printed strips. On average, the total fraction of the surface removed as lint during printing is 0.01%-0.1%. This value is lower than those reported in most laboratory printing tests, and more representative of commercial offset printing applications. Newsprint paper produced on a roll/blade former machine was evaluated for linting propensity using the novel method and also printed on a commercial coldset offset press. Laboratory and commercial printing results matched well, showing that linting was higher for the bottom side of paper than for the top side, and that linting could be reduced on both sides by application of a dry-strength additive. In a second case study, varying wet-end conditions were used on a hybrid former machine to produce four paper reels, with the goal of matching the low linting propensity of the paper produced on a machine with gap former configuration. We found that the retention program, by improving fiber fines retention, substantially reduced the linting propensity of the paper produced on the hybrid former machine. The papers were also printed on a commercial coldset offset press. An excellent correlation was found between the total lint area removed from the bottom side of the paper samples during laboratory printing and lint collected on halftone areas of the first upper printing unit after 45000 copies. Finally, the method was applied to determine the linting propensity of highly filled supercalendered paper produced on a hybrid former machine. In this case, the linting propensity of the bottom side of paper correlated with its ash content.
