This paper proposes a complete set of Urban Parking Guidance and Information System, which includes Parking Subsystem and City Parking Subsystem. The system adopts wireless sense network based on ZigBee technology for the communication network. The parking information terminals that set up in the parking areas automatically identify the parking vehicles and upload the parking information. After processing the data, the Central Control Module would distribute the parking information by LCD screens for the drivers. In terms of parking supply and demand status, the system sends the separately parking information to the corresponding phone number. The system achieves barrier-free intelligent parking management by realizing functions such as three ways of releasing the information of parking lots, inquiry of parking location and convenient register operation.

Currently, more and more arid and semi-arid areas in Northwestern China are facing with severe water problems. The Shiyanghe River basin is in the east of Hexi Corridor in Gansu Province with little rainfall and fragile ecological environment. As water pollution and water waste exist with water shortage, a serious conflict of water supply and demand is arising, accompanied with a series of water ecological problem. Thus, we must take measures to ensure the water resources to be used properly for long-term sustainable development. Water resources operation is taken reasonably which can achieve the overall regulation of basin water resources and which is an important method to achieve sustainable development. Taking the Shiyanghe River Basin as the research object, based on the basin data, this paper built the runoff forecasting model, water demand prediction model, water resources operation model and groundwater simulation model. Therefore, an information system platform for water resources operation in Shiyanghe River Basin is built based on GIS with an integrated data and computational models.

The idea of enhancing the growing of tourism through information system has existed in the early years and it was also emphasized in the 12th five-year plan. After the experience of three phases of information technology development, China’s online tourism business is constantly improving with the establishment of a multifunctional online tourist industry system. However, information technology is updating and surpassing with each day when tourism is developing. The special nature of the relationship between supply and demand in tourist industry makes information exchange play a significant role in the running of the industry. Thus, the application of information technology not only exerts great impact on the transaction and relationship between supply and demand, but also makes the entire industry transform a lot. Tourist industry makes enormous progress in value transmission, message transmission and e-commerce by applying information technology that activates the industry effectively. Thus, information system is tremendously important in data analysis and assessment of tourism industry chains.

Vaccines are biological products that have an important role in human immunity. In Indonesia, some vaccines are categorized as compulsory vaccines and additional vaccines. The demand for additional vaccines is less predictable because they are not mandatory for use. This of course makes the amount of demand for vaccines less predictable. Also, the price of additional vaccines is not cheap when compared to the price of mandatory vaccines. So that the management of vaccines in the pharmacy warehouse is needed so that the amount of supply and demand is balanced so that the costs incurred will be more optimal. The information system regarding vaccine reordering is carried out using a reorder point so that the pharmacy warehouse can order according to the right need and at the right time.  The data used are demand data, prices, storage costs, and message costs. The results of calculations using reorder points within four months with a total purchase for the Rotavirus vaccine was 62 for IDR 28,274,948 and 70 for the hospital of IDR 31,801,500 with a difference of IDR 3,528,552. The calculation result using the reorder point for the Hexaxim vaccine with a total purchase for 4 months was 61 with a nominal value of IDR 58,380,060 while the calculation in the hospital was 67 with a nominal value of IDR 63,971,000 so that a nominal difference of IDR 5,590,940 was obtained.  Use of the return point can be used to alarm when and how many vaccines to order. This can be seen from the cost difference between the pharmacy warehouse and the calculation using the reorder point for the Hexaxim vaccine and the Rotavirus vaccine.

The Council for Clinical Certification in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (CCFC) sets accreditation standards and these standards list broad domains of knowledge with specific coverage of “the appropriate etiologies, characteristics, anatomical/physiological, acoustic, psychological, developmental, and linguistic and cultural correlates” and assessment, intervention, and methods of prevention for each domain” (CCFC, 2013, “Standard IV-C”). One domain in the 2014 standards is “voice and resonance.” Studies of graduate training programs suggest that fewer programs require coursework in cleft palate, the course in which resonance was traditionally taught. The purpose of this paper is to propose a standardized learning outcomes specific to resonance that would achieve the minimum knowledge required for all entry-level professionals in speech-language pathology. Graduate programs and faculty should retain flexibility and creativity in how these learning outcomes are achieved. Shared learning objectives across programs would serve programs, faculty, students, accreditation site visitors, and the public in assuring that a consistent, minimum core knowledge is achieved across graduate training programs. Proficiency in the management of individuals with resonance disorders would require additional knowledge and skills.
