In the process of development and improvement of management, the attitude towards a person has changed. In modern society, the employee is one of the main assets of the organization. Personnel is a strategic resource that, if used correctly, can generate profits in the long term. Personnel management is an important area, and the work of the entire organization depends on the effectiveness of its implementation. A new process within the framework of building a general human resource management strategy is HR branding - building an attractive brand of an employer's organization in order to influence the external environment. Existing employees can become an effective channel for promoting an HR brand. Therefore, the internal brand of the employer is especially important, the essence of which lies in the attitude of employees to their organization, that is, in employees' satisfaction with their work, working conditions. The process of creating and developing an employer's brand allows you to improve the efficiency of the organization, increase its competitiveness and reduce a number of costs. This paper analyzes the internal HR-branding of the hotel business. During the research, both advantages and disadvantages were identified. The necessity of an integrated approach to the formation of an internal HR brand as a tool for retaining the company's human resources is proved.

The process of recruitment and the selection of candidates for the studies conducted at the Military Academy of Land Forces is a typical process performed by a higher education school. The method of description characteristic of logistic processes is an attempt to justify the thesis about the interdisciplinary nature of management science and can be a significant contribution to the search for an effective personnel management tool in organisations.

Tendo em vista a importância da gestão de pessoas para as organizações de saúde brasileira e as recentes colaborações organizacionais para a criação e manutenção de ações educativas nestes cenários este estudo tem como objetivo identificar a influência da educação continuada em saúde (ECS) ou educação permanente em saúde (EPS) na Gestão de Pessoas nos Serviços de Saúde brasileiros. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura de 22 artigos completos, das bases BDENF, SCIELO, LILACS e MEDLINE, publicados em português, a partir dos descritores controlados “Education, Continuing”, “Personnel Management” e “Health”. Foi possível identificar aumento da publicação científica sobre a temática e cinco núcleos de sentido, a saber: O foco da EPS é a pessoa que trabalha; O inefável Apoio Institucional; ECS/EPS como instrumento de Gestão; Políticas de Gestão de Pessoas; Emersão da Saúde do trabalhador através da EPS.Palavras-Chave: Gestão de Pessoas. This article discusses current issues related to the adaptation of new employees in enterprises. Previously most companies did not attach serious importance to this, but over the past 20 years the use of adaptation programs as an effective personnel management tool has grown markedly in the world and Russian markets. We consider the main problems of creating and using new adaptation programs in the practice of Russian and foreign companies, because competent adaptation of personnel allows us to simplify the comfortable entry of new employees into the team and to ensure increased labor productivity. As a result of creating favorable psychological and social conditions, the goals of an individual person and the entire professional group come closer together.
