In Web-4 technologies, Social media (SM) has emerged as a prominent tool for the government to interact and engage with citizens. It is also an effective channel for providing government services. However, for effective implementation and its success, it is critical to understand the citizens' perceptions towards the government's use of SM and its impact on mobile government (MG) adoption. Consequently, the study focuses on assessing the impact of SM influence and electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) on MG service parameters such as MG Awareness, MG Transparency, and MG Trust. The results of structural equation modelling revealed the significance of e-WOM on improving MG awareness and trust and SM Influence. Further, SM Influence had a direct impact only on MG Transparency. However, results revealed the importance of SM Influence and MG Transparency as a mediator for MG Trust. Besides, gender and age as moderators are investigated and discussed in detail.

In the process of development and improvement of management, the attitude towards a person has changed. In modern society, the employee is one of the main assets of the organization. Personnel is a strategic resource that, if used correctly, can generate profits in the long term. Personnel management is an important area, and the work of the entire organization depends on the effectiveness of its implementation. A new process within the framework of building a general human resource management strategy is HR branding - building an attractive brand of an employer's organization in order to influence the external environment. Existing employees can become an effective channel for promoting an HR brand. Therefore, the internal brand of the employer is especially important, the essence of which lies in the attitude of employees to their organization, that is, in employees' satisfaction with their work, working conditions. The process of creating and developing an employer's brand allows you to improve the efficiency of the organization, increase its competitiveness and reduce a number of costs. This paper analyzes the internal HR-branding of the hotel business. During the research, both advantages and disadvantages were identified. The necessity of an integrated approach to the formation of an internal HR brand as a tool for retaining the company's human resources is proved.

In this study, we investigated the effect of electrode materials on the electrical characteristics of coplanar top-gate a-ITGZO thin-film transistors, in which the gate, source, and drain electrodes were made of the same metal, Ti or Al. The field-effect mobilities of the a-ITGZO thin-film transistors with Ti and Al electrodes were 35.2 and 20.1 cm2/V·s, respectively, and the threshold voltage of the a-ITGZO thin-film transistor with Ti electrodes was −0.4 V, whereas that of the transistor with Al electrodes was −1.8; this shift is attributed to the fact that Ti has a higher work function than Al. When Ti was used as the source and drain electrode material, the channel resistance and effective channel length were reduced owing to the penetration of metal atoms into the channel region from the edge of the source/drain electrodes.

Engaging in disaster relief and, more recently, post-disaster reconstruction in developing countries with critical geoeconomic and geopolitical interests has become an increasingly regular and institutionalized component of China’s evolving humanitarian diplomacy over the past decade. Drawn upon novel evidence from China’s growing disaster-related humanitarian assistance to Nepal and unprecedented engagement in Nepal’s long-term post-earthquake rebuild since 2015, this article explores the dynamics behind China’s transforming humanitarian diplomacy. The findings of this article suggest that: 1) geopolitical and geoeconomic interests, represented by the Belt-and-Road Initiative, serve as a critical driver for the development of China’s bilateral partnership with other countries in the disaster sector; 2) long-term cooperation with underdeveloped countries like Nepal provides China, both government and non-state actors (NSAs), with an effective channel to engage with the international humanitarian community and to internalize humanitarian norms; 3) although humanitarian missions remain contingent and instrumental in China’s international relations, they are laying the foundations for a specialized humanitarian policy area with more relevant normative assets, more professional actors, and more sophisticated institutions; 4) NSAs, represented by private foundations and civil NGOs, have played active roles in the state-dominant cooperation in disaster management. This article also suggests that intensified geopolitical confrontations, such as military clashes between India and China along their disputed borders over the past year, would lead to a high degree of politicization of humanitarian missions and partnerships counter-conducive to humanitarian goals.

College English course is an effective channel of ideological and political education for students in China. College English can influence students' value orientation and moral standards in an implicit way, and help to improve their comprehensive quality and achieve all-round development. This study interprets "ideology and politics" from the angle of students as a way of thinking, i.e. to be able to think critically, to analyze and evaluate on the basis of knowing and understanding, and to solve real-life problems, so as to successfully internalize knowledge into awareness and ability. Then, the concept "ideological and political competence" is introduced, the component elements are analyzed, the sub-competencies are defined, and a three-pronged model for the cultivation of ideological and political competence in College English is designed.

In this paper, to solve the epitaxial thickness limit and the high interface trap density of SiGe channel Fin field effect transistor (FinFET), a four-period vertically stacked SiGe/Si channel FinFET is presented. A high crystal quality of four-period stacked SiGe/Si multilayer epitaxial grown with the thickness of each SiGe layer less than 10 nm is realized on a Si substrate without any structural defect impact by optimizing its epitaxial grown process. Meanwhile, the Ge atomic fraction of the SiGe layers is very uniform and its SiGe/Si interfaces are sharp. Then, a vertical profile of the stacked SiGe/Si Fin is achieved with HBr/O2/He plasma by optimizing its bias voltage and O2 flow. After the four-period vertically stacked SiGe/Si Fin structure is introduced, its FinFET device is successfully fabricated under the same fabrication process as the conventional SiGe FinFET. And it attains better drive current Ion, subthreshold slope (SS) and Ion/Ioff ratio electrical performance compared with the conventional SiGe channel FinFET, whose Fin height of SiGe channel is almost equal to total thickness of SiGe in the four-period stacked SiGe/Si channel FinFET. This may be attributed to that the four-period stacked SiGe/Si Fin structure has larger effective channel width (Weff) and may maintain a better quality and surface interfacial performance during the whole fabrication process. Moreover, Si channel of the stacked SiGe/Si channel turning on first also may have contribution to its better electrical properties. This four-period vertically stacked SiGe/Si channel FinFET device has been demonstrated to be a practical candidate for the future technology nodes.

Aim: The study aims to detect the effective channel in cognitive radio network at low SNR using an innovative algorithm based on matched filter detection and compared it with energy detection. Materials and methods: The spectrum sensing based on novel matched filter detection with 10 samples is compared with the energy detection by varying the SNR conditions, using MATLAB. Results: The probability of detection of the matched filter is high at low SNR(-30db) then compared to the probability of detection of energy detection at low SNR(-10db) and the significance level is 0.002, i.e., (P<0.05) which gives better sensing performance. Conclusion: this would be proved to conclude that at low SNR conditions the matched filter detection gives significantly high sensing probability.

Due to advances in the field of internet of things (IoT), the transmission speed become very important and need to be discussed. Doing proper assignment of appropriate channels to the generated traffic in SDN based IoT can affect transmission speed enormously. Software Defined Networking has been evolved as a supporting technology to improve the performance of IoT networks and to increase transmission quality. Different machine learning algorithm can be used for prediction of network traffic and allocation of the channel is done for better assignment. Hence, in this paper CNNs based network traffic prediction and allocation of channel technique is proposed. This technique significantly improves the network performance.

AbstractNarrow band gap nanocrystals offer an interesting platform for alternative design of low-cost infrared sensors. It has been demonstrated that transport in HgTe nanocrystal arrays occurs between strongly-coupled islands of nanocrystals in which charges are partly delocalized. This, combined with the scaling of the noise with the active volume of the film, make case for device size reduction. Here, with two steps of optical lithography we design a nanotrench which effective channel length corresponds to 5–10 nanocrystals, matching the carrier diffusion length. We demonstrate responsivity as high as 1 kA W−1, which is 105 times higher than for conventional µm-scale channel length. In this work the associated specific detectivity exceeds 1012 Jones for 2.5 µm peak detection under 1 V at 200 K and 1 kHz, while the time response is as short as 20 µs, making this performance the highest reported for HgTe NC-based extended short-wave infrared detection.
