The involvement of artificial intelligence in biomedicine promises better support for decision-making both in conventional and research medical practice. Yet two important issues emerge in relation to personal data handling, and the influence of AI on patient/doctor relationships. The development of AI algorithms presupposes extensive processing of big data in biobanks, for which procedures of compliance with data protection need to be ensured. This article addresses this problem in the framework of the EU legislation (GDPR) and explains the legal prerequisites pertinent to various categories of health data. Furthermore, the self-learning systems of AI may affect the fulfillment of medical duties, particularly if the attending physicians rely on unsupervised applications operating beyond their direct control. The article argues that the patient informed consent prerequisite plays a key role here, not only in conventional medical acts but also in clinical research procedures.

This article describes a method to design a self-learning maintenance library. The benefit derived from the intelligence of those systems refers to the right choice of maintenance measures at the right time and the enhancement of the whole wear margin. The results are part of the Collaborative Research Centre 653: Gentelligent components in their lifecycle – Utilization of inheritable component information in product engineering.

The article is devoted to a relevant topic − the HR management system creation during the transforming a traditional organization into a self-learning one, and, first of all, a staff motivation system. The scientific novelty element is the developed and tested complex HR management mechanism, which is closely related to the results and employees' performance assessment. A tested and implemented mechanism for managing the employees’ motivation system is proposed, which is one of the stages in the formation of the self-learning organization model; the motivation management principles and guidelines for building a motivation system based on an integrated approach, including systems of monetary, non-monetary incentives, as well as social guarantees systems.

The article describes the modern approaches to the informatization of educational process in higher educational institutions of Ukraine. The relevance of introducing of and its regulatory framework are investigated and the views of scientists to the definitions of "distance learning" and "information-educational environment" are summarizes. The system of work with students using distance learning courses "Business Foreign Language" and "Modern children's literature English-speaking countries" is shown on the example of BorysGrinchenko Kyiv University (Kyiv, Ukraine). The results of investigation based on a survey of students at the beginning and end of the distance courses work demonstrated that the use of distance learning coursespromotes to the self-organization of the student, improving computer skills, facilitates the process of self-learning.

The following chapter shows the development of a learning methodology used to validate self-directed learning generic competences and knowledge management in a competence-based model in the engineering computer science program of the Universidad Católica Temuco (UCT). The design of the methodology shows the steps and activities of the learning-by-doing process, as shown gradually in the learning results of the competence. The designed methodological process allows creating working schemes for theory-based teaching and learning, and also for practicing and experimenting. The problematology as controlled scenarios is integrated in order to answer problems in engineering, allowing the process of validation in the self-learning and knowledge management competences. Thus, the achievements in the results have allowed helping the teachers to use their learning instruments.

In order to further develop the self-learning mode of flash animation course under the open studio mode, it is necessary to reform the courses. Under the open studio mode, the reform of self-learning mode of flash animation course needs to be carried out under the premise of a comprehensive understanding of the purpose and goal of education. Flash animation course, as a course with strong application and operation, focuses on training students’ practical design and operation ability. It is a course suitable for teachers to guide students’ learning process. Under the open studio mode, the reform of self-learning mode of flash animation course must put forward higher requirements for teachers and learners in order to promote the development of education.

This research leave from the fact that performance study of Majors student of Tadris Natural Sciences Concentration Physics (IPA-FISIKA) State Islamic University Imam Bonjol. The aims of this research were: (1) Searching ability correlation between content of capability in Chemistry and religiosity. (2) Differentiating study performance by using model of Trait Treatment Interaction (TTI) between class with capable student group early is high (learner fastern) and class with student group ably early lowering (slower learner) by using method study of autodidact (learning self) and learn habit (teaching regular) added with tutorial. This research use method of quasy experiment. Technique data collecting through test and observation, Total of population counted 101 people. But, only 66 students as a sample. The research conclude : (1) The self-learning was suitable to teach for students with high capability of knowledge (faster lesrner). (2) The regular teaching + tutorial was suitable to teach for students with lower capability of knowledge (slower learner). (3) There were correlation between religiosity and capability of content (chemistry of knowledge). (4) Trait treatment interaction can be improve the capability of academic performance of students Chemistry Science.
