Introduction. The paper addresses the issue of support of the students involved in a fully online retraining program, which imposes special requirements on the development of the self-education ability. The study aims to establish the conditions for organizing the support of self-education in a digital educational environment. Materials and methods. The study relies on the methodology proposed by G.N. Prozumentova for reconstructing the innovative experience to analyze the reflexive text materials of the Logbook of students of the retraining program; to identify the points of stress, misunderstanding, breaks, and transitions during training; and make an analytical generalization. Results of the study. Categories of difficulties encountered by students of the program in their self-educational activity were identified, and the conditions necessary to support self-education were established. These are points of self-determination, professional trials, points of reflection, and individual educational route. Conclusion. In the context of restrictive measures during the pandemic and the transition to the online educational process, self-skills related to self-education, i.e., self-organization, independence, and self-determination, become essential. These competences are an indispensable part of the work of a tutor. However, before the tutor can support someone, they need to build these self skills themselves. The established conditions in the retraining programs will facilitate this process. At the same time, additional studies are required to reveal in more detail the individual progress of a person under these conditions for building a model for supporting the development of self-education ability, and to determine the methods for tutors to provide the support of this progress. Keywords. Self-education, self-determination, individual educational route, professional retraining, tutor, digital environment, self skills.

The purpose of the study is to identify and analyze risk factors for the safety of the educational environment in the situation of the COVID - 19. The research methodology: two stages of monitoring the safety risk factors of the school educational environment during the transition and adaptation to distance learning conditions: 1) Express survey (aimed at identifying associations and visual images of the coronavirus situation, assessing anxiety and anxiety and risk factors, self-prevention measures in a pandemic situation);2) online survey. The study involved 76 students in grades 5 and 6 of the Moscow School No. 1505 (34%m., 66% f.). Results. The most significant risks for experiencing psychological well-being in younger adolescents during self-isolation and distant education were the lack of real communication with friends, teachers, restriction in favorite activities, difficulties with self-organization, lack of free time, eye fatigue, restricted movement, difficulties in self-organization and motivation to study, hypercontrol on the part of parents. The changed conditions have led to the reorganization of the school's psychological service, focusing on support and individualized psychological assistance to students, parents, and teachers in solving the triad of life tasks: prevention of maladaptation, failure; adaptation to the new, resilience, development, and growth; sharing responsibility with other participants in the educational process (teachers, class leaders); crisis intervention (on current requests); proactive response to potential risks.

The development of information technology affects all spheres of life, including education. Distance learning is becoming increasingly popular as it allows young people to receive higher education even being away from the university. This form has already gained wide popularity and is used by many educational institutions from different countries. In Ukraine, distance learning is at the stage of formation and active implementation. Higher Educational Institutions (HEIs) develop effective methods and create their own courses. For the most part, such work is carried out on the basis of the Moodle system. In the view of this, the problems associated with the development of theoretical and practical issues in this direction appear to be the most relevant. At the same time, the system of distance education based on the Moodle platform is created on the basis of social constructive pedagogy, which today attracts the attention of many researchers, teachers of HEIs.The purpose of the article is to explore the benefits of using the Moodle system for learning foreign languages. The execution of this goal requires solving the following tasks:– get acquainted with researches of domestic and foreign scientists regarding distance learning;– define the concept of “distance learning”;– define the concept of “Moodle”;– introduce the development of a distance course of a foreign language for the elementary level.Distance learning is interpreted as an organization of an educational process, in which there is a purposeful direct or indirect interaction between a student (a listener) and a teacher, separated in space or in time, carried out on the basis of modern information technologies, primarily through the use of telecommunications and the Internet. The implementation of distance learning forms the basis for a system of continuous education, in which technical means and informational educational technologies enable not only to change the methodology of developing an ever-increasing amount of knowledge, but also to carry out a detailed control of the assessment and self-assessment of the learning process, to enhance the self-education of a person. The involvement of information technology in the educational process is actively considered by the teachers I. Robert, I. Bulakh, Yu. Bykov, L. Petukhov. The works of E. Polat, A. Khutorsky, R. Sharan are devoted to the problems and peculiarities of the introduction of the distance learning form. T. Koval, E. Smirnova-Trybulsk, M. Izdyliany, G. Yatsenko consider using the elements of students’ distance learning. Methodical principles of teaching a foreign language and translation disciplines using information and communication technologies (ICT), means of distance learning are examined by O. Matsyuk, A. Yankovets, L. Morskaya and others.Moodle is a Modular Object-Oriented Dynamic Learning Environment, distributed free of charge as an Open Source project (GNU GPL license) that allows you to copy, use, and modify the code. The Moodle system is designed to organize and manage learning in a networked environment using ICT. It is reliable in operation, easy to use and administrate, provides information security and its transfer from a teacher to a student, makes assessment of students’ achievements, is compatible with standard software. This academic year one distance course of a foreign language for the elementary level has been developed by the department of foreign languages number 704 of the National Aerospace University «Kharkiv Aviation Institute». Each teacher of the department has studied the principles of work in the system of Moodle and created their own element of the distance course for teaching a foreign language for elementary level students of both full-time and part-time study. Further work is aimed at developing distance courses for higher levels of foreign language learning.

The purpose of the article is to describe and analyze the possibilities of distance learning of Russian as a foreign language. The article clarifies the concept of «distance learning» describes the main directions of distance learning, analyzes and structures the complex of remote educational technologies used in preparatory faculty of MAI on the basis of the UniKL MIAT aviation Institute in Malaysia. The article describes the experience of participating in the international educational project «Reading bedtime stories», organized by the Russian center of science and culture in Kuala Lumpur, in order to support and unite children-compatriots and Russian schoolchildren. A number of methodological problems solved by teachers in the process of distance learning are identified. It is shown that when building distance learning, the teacher should focus on the optimal simulation of the virtual educational environment, while maintaining the basic methodological principles of the educational process, which will ensure the continuity of the educational process in the absence or reduction of face-to-face interaction between students and the teacher. It is concluded that the most effective approach is one in which the teacher takes into account all the accumulated methodological experience and introduces new forms, methods and tools into the educational process.

The article is devoted to control and feedback in foreign language teaching in a technogenic environment. The educational process is transformed in terms of the implementation and active use of digital technologies. ICT-rich environment provides new models of interaction between the teacher, students and digital tools. It also enriches the diversity of tasks and expands the range of possible forms of control and feedback. According to the authors, automated evaluation takes place both in out-of-classroom activities and directly in the classroom using Bring Your Own Device technology (BYOD). Automated control contributes to the intensity of the educational process. It provides all the participants with an opportunity to choose a convenient mode of work and get instant feedback, thereby allowing self-assessment and self-reflection of their own actions. When teaching foreign languages, special attention should be paid to chatbot technology. Chatbots imitate human actions and are able to perform standard repetitive tasks. The growing popularity of bots is explained by a wide range of usage spheres and the ability to integrate chatbots into social networks and mobile technologies. In the technogenic educational environment, ICT can be the basis for interaction, co-editing and peer assessment in collaborative projects. In this case, students receive feedback not only from the teacher, but also from other students, which increases the motivation for independent learning. Thus, automated control, self-assessment and peer assessment can both identify problem areas for each student and design an individual learning path, which increases the effectiveness of learning a foreign language.
