Introduction: Adolescent are at high risk of unwanted pragnency, including abortion, STIs, HIV/AIDS. Risky sexual behavior is one of the entrance transmissions of unwanted pregnancy. Such behavior can be influenced by various factors, beyond and within the individual factors. Teens need the support and motivation in deciding not to do risky sexual behavior. The purpose of this study was to investigate the determinants of adolescent behavior in the prevention of unwanted pregnancy.Methods: This research used cross-sectional design. The populations were students of senior high school in District Sintang. The were 123 respondents chosen by cluster sampling technique for this study. All data were collected using questionnaires and then analysed using bivariate (chi square) and multivariate analysis (logistic regression).Results: The results showed that the majority of respondents did not have good knowledge about the prevention of unwanted pregnancy. Related variable is the level of parental education (p=0.001), the support of parents/guardians (p=0.009), support teachers (p=0.005), peer support (p=0.039), residency (p=0.009), a pastime activity (p=0.000), knowledge of adolescents about reproductive health (p=0.016), perception ability of adolescents (p=0.006) and attitude of adolescents (p=0.049). Adolescent self-perception abilities are variables that most influence on the behavior of adolescents in the prevention of unwanted pregnancy.Conclusions: Efforts to improve reproductive health programs should be early and adolescent have responsibilities as well as healthy behaviors.

Background and Aims: Temperament is determined as a relatively constant, basic, and innate position that underlies and modifies the expression of activity, emotionality, and sociability among people. The current study aimed to investigate the prediction of dark personality traits and self-destruction based on emotion regulation among adolescent females. Materials and Methods: This correlational study included 250 adolescent females using a cluster sampling method in the academic year of 2018-19 in Shiraz, Iran. The participants were asked to complete Difficulties in Emotion Regulation Scale, Dark Triad Scale, and Chronic Self-Destructiveness Scale. Results: The results of the regression analysis showed that emotion regulation with beta coefficients was able to predict significant and positive dark personality traits (0.25), narcissism (0.49), Machiavellianism (0.39), psychopathy (0.32), sadism (0.35), and self-destructiveness (0.49) (P<0.05). Conclusion: Directly targeted interventions to regulate emotion may be useful in addressing risky behaviors of adolescents with self-destructive and dark personality traits.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dampak dan implementasi bantuan pemerintah daerah terhadap pemberdayaan masyarakat Kabupaten Banggai. Penentuan daerah sampel dilakukan Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan menggunakan Metode One-Stage Cluster Sampling yang merupakan teknik memilih sebuah sampel dari kelompok-kelompok unit yang kecil atau membagi populasi menjadi kelompok atau kluster. Beberapa kluster kemudian dipilih sebagai wakil dari populasi yaitu Kecamatan Luwuk Timur, Kecamatan Luwuk Utara dan Kecamatan Luwuk dengan mempertimbangkan jumlah dan jenis bantuan pemerintah yang diterima. Kemudian seluruh elemen dalam kluster terpilih dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian. Metode   analisis data dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif untuk menjelaskan gambaran umum mengenai Dampak Dan Implementasi Bantuan Pemerintah Terhadap Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Kabupaten Banggai dengan menggunakan metode ImportancePerformance Analysis (IPA). Pengukuran faktor dilakukan membandingkan antara harapan dan kinerja pelaksanaan bantuan pemerintah terhadap pemberdayaan masyarakat Kabupaten Banggai. Metode ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan evaluasi dampak (impact evaluation). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi bantuan pemerintah terhadap pemberdayaan masyarakat Kabupaten Banggai diperoleh hasil bahwa bantuan pemerintah yang diberikan kepada masyarakat 99 persen tepat jumlah, 99 persen guna namun 18, 87 persen tidak tepat sasaran, 25, 31 persen tidak tepat waktu. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan SPSS 17 nilai Sig (2-tailed) adalah sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara pendapatan perbulan sebelum menerima bantuan pemerintah dengan pendapatan perbulan setelah menerima bantuan pemerintah. Dari hasil perhitungan uji t dapat dilihat bahwa harga t = |20,586| dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,00. Harga t pada tabel alpha 0,05 (df 301) adalah 1,967Dengan demikian t hitung 20,586 > t tabel 1,967 dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwabantuan pemerintah berdampak pada pendapatan masyarakat.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik urbanisasi dan penyediaan fasilitas perkotaan di Kecamatan Kadia Kota Kendari. Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini berdasarkan cluster sampling. Analisis data dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Sampel responden sebanyak 62 orang.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kelompok migran yang berada di Kecamatan Kadia  termasuk kategori umur produktif dengan tingkat pendidikan menengah keatas dengan tujuan menjadi pedagang/wiraswasta, buruh dan jasa. Bertambahnya penduduk kota sebagai akibat dari pergerakan kaum urbanis, yang  berimplikasi terhadap kebutuhan sarana dan prasarana kota. Kebutuhan akan sarana pendidikan relatif sedikit untuk semua tingkatan sekolah formal. Sarana kesehatan yang dibutuhkan adalah pustu, apotik serta tempat praktek dokter. Sarana peribadatan cukup memadai, walaupun lokasinya tersebar khususnya tempat ibadah umat islam. Umat nasrani lokasi tempat peribadatan terkonsentrasi pada suatu tempat. Umat Hindu dan Budha lokasi tempat peribadatan dan terkonsentrasi pada suatu lokasi. Masyarakat menginginkan adanya pos polisi yang dekat dengan lokasi bermukim yang akan memberikan rasa aman bagi kediaman mereka.

The objectives of this research are to investigate whether: (1) students’ achievement of grammar taught by applying inductive approach higher than taught by applying deductive approach, (2) achievement of grammar of visual learning style students higher than achievement of grammar of auditory learning style students, and (3) there is an interaction between instructional approaches and learning styles on the students’ achievement of grammar. The population was students of Grade X of Vocational High School 1 Beringin Deli Serdang. Based on Cluster Sampling technique, two classes were chosen, namely Grades X1 and X3. The data were analyzed using a two-way ANOVA with 2 × 2 factorial design. The result reveals that (1) Students` grammar achievement taught by using inductive instructional approach is higher than that taught by using deductive instructional Approach (81,20 > 72,10), (2) Students with visual learning style have higher achievement in grammar than students with auditory learning style (81,90 > 72) and (3) there is significant interaction between instructional approaches and learning styles on students` achievement of grammar (4.906 > 3.96). Thus, it can be concluded that the application of instructional approaches and learning styles can affect students` achievement in grammar.   Keywords: Grammar; Instructional Approach; Learning Styles

Abstract: Staphylococcus is a cause of infection. Infection can be transmitted from a source by an indirect through fomite. Paper money can act as transmission of infectious agents, money acts as a fomite. Smaller denominations of value have higher contamination. This study aims to analyze differences in contamination bacterial Staphylococcus sp on denomination of paper money Rp.2.000, 5.000, Rp.10,000 and Rp.20.000 that currently shop on Adi Sucipto street town Pontianak. The research method used in this research is in the form of difference and the sample in this research is denomination of paper money curently with sampling technique using cluster sampling. Checkup of Staphylococcus spon denomination of paper money using rinse method. On these result of study, denomination of paper money Rp.2.000 that is contaminated staphylococcus sp is 80%, denomination of paper money Rp.5.000 that is contaminated staphylococcus sp is 70%, denomination of paper money Rp.10.000 and Rp.20.000 that is contaminated staphylococcus sp is 80%. The data from result of study has been obtained were analyzed statistically by using fisher exact test, the result of p (0,477) >α (0,05) which mean as H1 is rejected. So it can be concluded there is no difference of contamination bacteria staphylococcus sp on denominations of paper money rupiah.Abstrak: Staphylococcus merupakan penyebab terjadinya infeksi. Infeksi dapat ditularkan dari suatu sumber dengan mekanisme tidak langsung melalui fomite. Uang kertas dapat bertindak sebagai transmisi agens infeksius ,uang berperan sebagai fomite. Pecahan uang yang lebih kecil nilainya memiliki kontaminasi yang lebih tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan cemaran bakteri Staphylococcus sp pada pecahan uang kertas Rp.2.000, 5.000, Rp.10.000 dan Rp.20.000 yang beredar di warung jalan Adi Sucipto kota Pontianak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian berbentuk komperatif dan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah pecahan uang kertas rupiah dengan.teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Pemeriksaan Staphylococcus sp pada pecahan uang kertas rupiah menggunakan metode rinse. Pada hasil penelitian pecahan uang kertas Rp.2.000 yang tercemar staphylococcus sp adalah 80%, pecahan uang kertas Rp.5.000 yang tercemar staphylococcus spadalah 70%, pecahan uang kertas Rp.10.000 dan Rp.20.000 yang tercemar staphylococcus spadalah 50%. Berdasarkan data dari hasil penelitian yang telah didapat dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik fisher exact, didapatkan hasil p (0,477) >α (0,05) yang diartikan sebagai H1 ditolak. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan tidak ada perbedaan cemaran bakteri staphylococcus sp pada pecahan uang kertas rupiah.

<div class="WordSection1"><p align="center"> </p><p><em>This study aims to analyze the influence of hedonism and religiosity on the consumptive behavior of students at the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, State Islamic Institute of Bukittinggi, West Sumatera, Indonesia. The population in this studi was 3,900 students and the sample was 363 of them that were selected by using the cluster sampling techniques. The results showed that hedonism has a positive influence on the consumptive behavior of students, it means that the higher of the level of hedonism, the higher the consumptive behavior of students. Meanwhile, religiosity was found to have the negative effect on the consumptive behavior of students, its meant that  the higher the level of religious students, the lower the consumptive behavior of students, this study suggests that hedonism and religiosity explain variations in student consumer behavior by 64.5%, while the remaining 35.5% % is explained by other variables not explored in this study. This finding shows that to manage consumption properly, students must control their hedonism and increase their level of religiosity so that they will far from consumptive habits.</em></p><p> </p></div><p align="center"><strong><br clear="all" /></strong></p>

Hubungan Motivasi Berprestasi dan Persepsi pada Metode Pembelajaran Problem Solving Terhadap Hasil Belajar Biologi Siswa

<p>Tujuan penelitiaan ini yaitu 1) mengetahui hubungan motivasi berprestasi <br />terhadap hasil belajar Biologi siswa, 2) mengetahui hubungan persepsi siswa pada metode pembelajaran problem solving terhadap hasil belajar Biologi siswa, 3) mengetahui pengaruh motivasi berprestasi dan persepsi siswa pada metode pembelajaran problem solving terhadap hasil belajar Biologi siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dan survei. Sampel berukuran 56 siswa yang terdiri atas 28 siswa kelas eksperimen dan 28 siswa kelas kontrol, dengan teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu cluster sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu tes hasil belajar Biologi bentuk pilihan ganda dengan 4 pilihan jawaban, sebanyak 30 soal yang telah diuji <br />validitasnya dengan koefisien reliabilitas sebesar 0,88; dan angket motivasi berprestasi sebesar 0,89. Setelah melalui uji prasyarat data, yaitu normalitas dan regresi, kemudian data dianalisis dengan menggunakan konsep product moment diperoleh r12 = 0,6020, ry1 = 0,7397, ry2 = 0,7822, dan ry12 = 0,8516. Menunjukkan adanya pengaruh langsung sebesar 36,24% untuk r12, 54,71% untuk ry1 (cukup tinggi), 61,18% untuk ry2 (cukup tinggi) dan 72,52% untuk ry12 (tinggi). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh motivasi terhadap hasil belajar Biologi, walaupun dalam hal ini penggabungan antara motivasi berprestasi dan metode pembelajaran problem solving yang lebih berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar Biologi siswa. </p>
