Low-traumatic technology of grain separation from an ear is developed. It consists in influence of an air jet on an ear.It leads to rolling of an ear on a surface of the threshing device concave and causes its partial abrasion which is followed by grains separation. Process of wheat ears low-traumatic threshing in the experimental device yields satisfactory results, provides reduces grain endosperm damage on 10-12% in comparison with traditional technology. Germ of grain damage decreases by 5%.Crushing of grain made no more than 0,5%. Use of the developed technology of the low-traumatic threshing will allow to reduce grain damage of cereal crops in case of the harvesting. It is important by cereal breeding.

In agriculture, the components of production cycles are likely (stochastic) in nature. This is especially true for harvesting. The duration of this period depends on the weather conditions, the biology of plant development, the variety of culture, the composition of the soil, agro technical techniques, etc. In connection with this, there is a need for scientific and production searches for such forms of organization of the harvesting process that would allow harvesting in short agronomic terms and substantially reduce due to this loss. The purpose of the research is to substantiate the structure and composition of the technology of harvesting and transport complexes for different technologies of harvesting cereal crops by operational and energy indicators to reduce the material and energy costs of harvesting. To calculate the comparative estimation of energy costs of complex fuel and operating costs for different harvesting technologies of winter wheat, four technologies are considered: traditional technology - direct harvesting without straw shredding; traditional technology - separate harvesting; zero technology - the use of harvesting equipment of domestic production; Zero technology - the use of harvesting techniques imported production. For these technologies, according to the methodology of the latest scientific research, technological maps for the harvesting of winter wheat have been developed. A comparative analysis of operational and energy costs of harvesting winter wheat indicated that the least cost is zero technology using domestic production technology, and the most expensive is conventional technology with direct combine harvesting. The presented results of researches of various technologies of grain cereal harvesting according to the structure and composition of equipment of harvesting and transportation complexes indicated that reduction of operational and energy expenses is possible due to increase of productivity, reduction of book value and quantity of harvesting equipment in the composition of harvesting - transport complexes at performance of works in optimal agro technical terms with minimal crop losses.

AbstractMolybdenum and molybdenum alloys are considered to be attractive structural materials for high-temperature applications. However, molybdenum alloys are sensitive to gas impurities and have the characteristics of low temperature embrittlement and less resistance to oxidation at elevated temperature. The toughness and strength of welded joint is not easy to be ensured by traditional technology. Recently, many efforts have been made to join molybdenum and its alloys. In this paper, we present the result of investigations on welding methods of molybdenum and its alloys and overview the practical applications in engineering. The key of joining molybdenum alloys is to improve the toughness of welded joint and prevent the generation of pores and cracks.

Tillage technologies that promote resource conservation and increase crop yields, especially in conditions of dry climate, are increasingly being introduced into the Russian agriculture. However, taking into account a diversity of soil and climatic conditions in Russia, it is necessary to study the agro-ecological state of agro landscapes. In Russia, in recent years, an increase in the yield of winter wheat and sunflower has been observed. From 2014 to 2018 in production conditions in the Rostov Region, the effect of direct sowing technology (No-Till) on the yield of winter wheat and sunflower was studied. The yield of sunflower and winter wheat largely depended on the amount of precipitation during the critical growing season of each agricultural crop. In 2014-2017 the yield of winter wheat in agrocenoses using direct sowing technology increased by 26-114%, sunflower by 27-92% compared with the traditional technology. The authors show that direct seeding compared to traditional technology of dump plowing (traditional tillage) contributes to saving motor fuel, increasing crop yields and lowering the cost of the main crops of the Rostov Region: winter wheat and sunflower.

Abstract Aiming for sustainable eco-friendly craft/design practice, this design research explored upcycling-practice of OPP plastic waste using traditional technology to create an alternative raw material for textile craft. By combining cultural investigation into the textile-making tradition with Cradle-to-Cradle design principles, we identified the potential of traditional technology as an ecologically responsible production process. We also developed upcycling method to process OPP plastic waste material. This research resulted in: (1) thread-making techniques that produce different sizes of thread as raw materials and hand-woven textile, (2) revitalized endangered indigenous technology of craft-making that had been a part of human-nature ecology, (3) eco-design education that can be accepted by local textile craft community, and (4) textile craft products that express the local identity and promote environmental care.

This article discusses the possibility of using the powder from scrap cloudberry in the recipe of bakery products from wheat flour. Bakery products produced using traditional technology and using the freezing baking technology. The powder obtained by drying and chopping cloudberry scrap collected in the Leningrad region. The main recipe used a bakery recipe with 5% sugar and 4% vegetable oil, which replaced flour powder from scrap cloudberry in an amount of 1 to 7%. It was established that the recipe for bakery products made of wheat flour contain 5% of cloudberry powder using the free-form method. In the process of firing intensification of fermentation occurs, which leads to an increase in the acidity of bakery products above the permissible values. The tested high-availability semi-finished products were frozen at minus 18 ° C and stored under these conditions for 2 weeks. Corn powder contributed to better preservation of a specific volume of bakery products. In the ice cream and bakery powder, the antioxidant activity was determined by the FRAP method with orthophenanthroline, titration of tannin with potassium permanganate in the presence of indigocarmine. The use of cloudberry powder increases the antioxidant activity of bakery products, which is facilitated by the hydrolysis of ellaglutanin, during the freezing of test semi-finished products and baking. Compared with products of traditional recipes, baked goods with powder from cloudberry bugs increased antioxidant activity by 1.17 and 1.36 times with simultaneous increase in tannin by 9.8 and 13.7%, respectively, for traditional technology and freezing baking technology.
