Owing to the lack of a good theory method to obtain the accurate equivalent elastic constants of hexagon honeycomb sandwich structure’s core, the paper analyzed mechanics performance of honeycomb sandwich structure’s core and deduced equivalent elastic constants of hexagon honeycomb sandwich structure’s core considering the wall plate expansion deformation’s effect of hexagonal cell. And also a typical satellite sandwich structure was chose as an application to analyze. The commercial finite element program ANSYS was employed to evaluate the mechanics property of hexagon honeycomb core. Numerical simulation analysis and theoretical calculation results show the formulas of equivalent elastic constants is correct and also research results of the paper provide theory basis for satellite cellular sandwich structure optimization design.

In this article, the Pro/Engineer virtual prototyping technology is used for three dimensional entity modeling, assembly, and simulation analysis of 1000KN·m large backstop in four design plans to confirm the integrity and assembling of backstop. By using the ANSYS/LS-DYNA software, it makes numerical simulation analysis of the backstop in non-return process, and through the analysis comparison to the simulation result, it obtains the optimization design plan of the 1000KN·m backstop.

According to the studying on the force analysis of floating ring of centrifugal pump, the paper think that floating ring stress will change with the change of centrifugal pump’ s condition. Using fluent software, the floating ring seal was simulated and analyzed. Results show that the liquid force acted on the floating ring is nonuniform and asymmetrical as wedging effect, and that section maximum pressure is not lies in the smallest clearance place, but in the wedge area where liquid flows to the minimum clearance, because the effect of Leak resistance is better in high pressure than low pressure. The leakage decreases and liquid resistance increases with the increases of RPM. The leakage increases with the increases of differential pressure in sealing ring sides and eccentricity. Pressure distribution within the seal clearance is not uniform with the increases of eccentricity.

Introduce some basic knowledge, methods and theory of using the finite element software ANSYS to carry out contact analysis, and then establish the contact simulation analysis finite element model for CTP imaging drum and plate by using the software ANSYS. A numerical simulation analysis on the imaging drum and the plate indicates that the analysis results are consistent with the experimental results, so as to lay the foundation for the reliability and stability of dynamic design and optimization design of CTP imaging drum.

Based on some kind of transfer robot, conduct virtual assembly and kinematic simulation analysis on transfer robot by using NX software, thus to instruct the practical assembly and control of the robot. Analyze the poor movement stability of robot, point out its flaws of inertial impact and short rigidity. Conduct structural analysis on the original model by using NX software, verify the analytical conclusions, and carry out structural optimization design on the model to improve the products structure.

Targeting at the axial magnetic bearing, a structure of laminated six-ring redundant axial magnetic bearing, which is featured in both high redundancy and low heat, was designed in this paper. Meanwhile, the design criteria of the laminated redundant axial magnetic bearing was proposed, and the theoretical research, numerical simulation and empirical research on the redundancy and electromagnetic force of the laminated redundant axial magnetic bearing were conducted as well in this study.

Heat dissipation and working efficiency of transport air in rolling bearing under oil-air lubrication are closely related to the flowing state of oil-air in bearing chamber. For cylindrical roller bearing NF211, numerical simulation model of oil-air flow field in bearing chamber was established combining with the practical structure features of rolling bearing and ignoring the effect caused by roller rotation. Combining with flow field numerical simulation functions of Fluent software, simulation analysis of the flow state in bearing chamber were carried out. Based on k-ε turbulent model, three-dimensional flow field in the bearing chamber and main feature parameters of inner flow were got analyzed carefully considering the effect of twirling. Comparing with the numerical simulation of simplified flow field, it showed that energy dissipation and axial velocity of the air were influenced by the effect of twirling distinctly. Simulation results were expected to give useful references for the optimization design of the oil-air lubrication system in rolling bearing.

The main ways of Beer packaging lightweight design were explained. ANSYS was applied to carry on the simulation analysis of PET beer bottle. The influence of bottle's thickness was introduced. The results provided the valuable method and reference for the structural optimization design and application of PET beer bottle.
