Transplant Policy in the Netherlands

Water is an essential part of human existence. It is universally utilized for various purposes ranging from drinking to other domestic purposes. The need for access to water has been a significant challenge for governments all over the world. In Nigeria, there is a growing concern about the water shortage in various communities across the country. In a bid to overcome water scarcity, the government providesboreholes in many places. However, the inadequacy of functional public boreholes has led to the proliferation of private boreholes across the country, which the quality is doubtful. The purpose of the present study was to compare the physical and bacteriological compositions of the public and private boreholes in Kogi state, Nigeria. A total of ten water samples were collected from different public and private boreholes in three locations in the state. Standard procedures were followed in analyzing the samples. The analysis revealed the presence of salmonella spp, Escherichia coli, pseudomonas aeruginosa in the private boreholes.

Land acquisition for public purposes, including for the construction of railroad infrastructure, is a matter that is proposed by all countries in the world. The Indonesian government or the Malaysian royal government needs land for railroad infrastructure development. To realize this, a regulation was made that became the legal umbrella for the government or royal government. The people must agree to regulations that require it. Land acquisition for public use in Malaysia can be completed quickly in Indonesia. The influencing factor is the different perceptions of the understanding of what are in the public interest, history and legal systems of the two countries as well as the people's reaction from the two countries

“In China, what makes an image true is that it is good for people to see it.” - Susan Sontag, On Photography, 1971 The Olympic Games gave the world an opportunity to read Beijing’s powerful image-text following thirty years of rapid transformation. David Harvey argues that this transformation has turned Beijing from “a closed backwater, to an open centre of capitalist dynamism.” However, in the creation of this image-text, another subtler and altogether very different image-text has been deliberately erased from the public gaze. This more concealed image-text offers a significant counter narrative on the city’s public image and criticises the simulacrum constructed for the 2008 Olympics, both implicitly and explicitly. It is the ‘everyday’ image-text of a disappearing city still in the process of being bulldozed to make way for the neoliberal world’s next megalopolis. It exists most prominently as a filmic image text; in film documentaries about a ‘real’ hidden Beijing just below the surface of the government sponsored ‘optical artefact.’ Film has thus become a key medium through which to understand and preserve a physical city on the verge of erasure.

Corruption in the public and private sector has become a major problem to the government. Corruption is a serious problem that has become a topic of debate lately, especially in the mass media. Several negative effects will arise as a result of this corruption problem. The main objective of this paper is to analyse the prevailing corruption in land administration. Thus, the trend of corruption in land administration is deeply rooted and it could jeopardize public confidence in the institution of land office. This paper aims to identify the factors of the problem of corruption, recommendations and solutions to curb these crimes from occurring and to identify whether Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC Act 2009) is able to provide solutions to the problems of the crime. The library research and content analysis method are being used in this study. The finding of this research shows that there are several factors of corruption have been identified occurring in the land administration. The MACC Act 2009 appears to have a lot of loopholes in the effort to curb the problem of corruption. This study will highlight some of the proposed recommendations according to Islamic perspective to ensure the interests and rights of all parties involved. Rasuah dalam sektor awam dan swasta telah menjadi satu masalah utama bagi kerajaan. Rasuah merupakan gejala serius yang sering menjadi topik perbincangan sejak akhir-akhir ini terutamanya dalam media massa. Di samping itu juga, pelbagai kesan negatif yang akan timbul akibat daripada masalah rasuah ini. Objektif utama penulisan ini di buat adalah untuk melihat gejala rasuah yang berlaku dalam pentadbiran tanah. Justeru itu, trend jenayah rasuah dalam pentadbiran tanah yang semakin meningkat amatlah membimbangkan kerana ia boleh menggugat kepercayaan orang ramai terhadap institusi pejabat tanah. Kertas kerja ini bertujuan untuk mengenal pasti punca masalah rasuah, beberapa cadangan penambahbaikan dan jalan penyelesaian bagi mengekang jenayah ini dari terus berlaku. Perbincangan ini turut mengupas Akta Suruhanjaya Pencegahan Rasuah Malaysia 2009 (ASPRM 2009) adakah mampu memberi penyelesaian kepada permasalahan jenayah ini. Kajian kepustakaan dan kaedah analisis kandungan digunakan dalam kajian ini. Hasil kajian mendapati terdapat beberapa punca masalah rasuah yang telah dikenal pasti berlaku dalam pentadbiran tanah dan ASPRM 2009 turut dilihat masih longgar dalam usaha untuk mengekang masalah rasuah ini. Penulisan ini akan mengutarakan beberapa cadangan penambahbaikan menurut perspektif Islam dalam menjamin kepentingan dan hak-hak semua pihak yang terlibat. Kata kunci: rasuah, pentadbiran tanah, Akta Suruhanjaya Pencegahan Rasuah Malaysia 2009, cadangan dan penyelesaian menurut undang-undang Islam.

The world is currently being faced by a global covid-19 pandemic, including in Indonesia this pandemic is very disturbing to the public. Manpower development must be regulated in such a way that basic rights and protections for workers are fulfilled, especially for women workers so as to create conducive conditions. The purpose of this paper is to find out the policies issued by companies for workers, especially women workers during the Covid-19 pandemic. This writing method is library research, which is a series of research related to library data collection methods, or research where the object of research is excavated through a variety of library information. The results obtained in this paper are that the company policies that terminate employment of women during the Covid-19 pandemic are protected by Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower, the losses caused by the company have not reached 2 years, the company cannot simply terminate the work relationship, Then there needs to be other efforts provided by companies or the government in overcoming the impact of Covid-19 on laid-off workers so that they can limit working time / overtime and workers can be sent home without breaking the work relationship The suggestion is expected that the government should supervise and act decisively against companies that employ female workers.

The Public Distribution System in India is the largest retail system in the world. Major problem in this system are the inefficiency in the targeting of beneficiaries, improve weighing machines used an illegal selling of goods. Automated public ration distributed system aim to replace the manual work in Public Distribution System there by reducing the corruption an illegal selling of stock. This paper gives the review on the E- Ration card system to distribute the grains automatically. The proposed system is used the conventional ration card which is replaced by smart card by using RIFD card. The RFID card redirect to the web of the shop , the required item are selected and payment is done and then item are collected from the machine. In this system, the government has control overall transaction that occurs in the ration shop and all the stock records are updated to the government databases so as to refill the stock with material thereby reducing the corruption.

Since few years ago, Indonesian government has been concerning to gain many benefits from Indonesian diaspora in various regions in the world. There are many events and agendas provided by the government which are aimed to embrace many Indonesian diaspora for giving a great contribution towards their homelands. However, its vision for gaining attention from Indonesian diaspora tends to low because the government do not have Indonesian diaspora maps in details, comprehensive, as well as described by historical trajectory. This paper aims to understand the contribution of Indonesian Muslim diaspora by mapping the role of Indonesian Muslim Organizations in the Netherlands by socio-historical perspectives. The main reasons of the Netherlands as locus of this research are; Indonesian Muslim diaspora are the first actors who promoted Islam faces in this country since 1920s and it also was acknowledged as one of the highest Muslim populated countries in Europe. Afterwards, this paper shows that there are numerous Indonesian Muslim organizations in the Netherlands from different perspectives, mazhabs, and backgrounds. Even though the government did not pillarize Indonesian Muslim organizations, albeit most of them have strong connections with some Muslim organizations in Indonesia, starting from Nahdhatul Ulama (NU) until Salafist Movement.

This UNWTO study analyzes six resorts, all largely completed and representing various regions of the world and different types of development. For each case study, comprehensive details are provided on planning and implementation, including the current status of development. Economic, environmental and socio-cultural factors in planning and implementation are also analyzed, as well as the development impact of these factors. The report evaluates the financing of both the infrastructure and tourist accommodation of the resorts, the respective roles of the public and private sectors in financing, and financial policies and procedures applied. Finally, it assesses the potential of applying these planning and implementation procedures in other development projects around the world.

The so-called language gap is not a modern invention, since language is power and a form of taking dominion over the world in humans' intellectual confrontation with reality. Historically, there has been inequality in language learning and mastery as a way to access knowledge and to achieve self-fulfillment in both the public and private spheres. This chapter explores the concept of language gap from a diachronic perspective and the way in which the Andalusian education system has taken actions emanating from European language policies, aimed at bridging the language gap among young people through initiatives of great impact on content and language education, such as the consolidation of bilingual education programmes through the CLIL approach and pedagogical tools like the Integrated Language Curriculum, the European Language Portfolio, and the School Language Project.
