One of the causes of death of children under five is chronic malnutrition or stunting. The government has made a policy as an effort to reduce stunting. Specific intervention nutrition programs are activities that directly address the occurrence of stunting. Evaluation of edit interventions that have currently been carried out but have not separated the process based on intervention indicators so that it results in a long processing time and large exit costs so we need a system that can accelerate the process of evaluating specific interventions. Information systems for evaluating specific interventions can be a solution to this problem. In this study, an information system for evaluating specific interventions of stunting cases was developed web-based to facilitate real-time operation. The evaluation information system is designed to collect national data and carry out a clustering process using the k-means method and evaluation stucture cluster using silhouette method. In this study an evaluation value of 34 provinces was obtained which was divided into several clusters as a result of evaluation process in the information system.

Implementation of the final project or thesis for students is a tiered process and bound to one another. Starting from the stage of proposal submission, proposal presentation, research implementation, report making up to thesis examination students. At present, the implementation of the thesis trial evaluation at the Information Technology Faculty of the Islamic University of Kalimantan Muhammad Arsyad Al Banjari Banjarmasin is still manual, where when the presentation of proposals and panelists thesis examinations or examiners are given an assessment form using paper media. This assessment form is then recapitulated into a spreadsheet form the results are announced to students. This is less effective, especially when many students take thesis courses. For this reason, in this study, a thesis evaluation information system was created, to help all stages of the thesis evaluation process. To facilitate the accessibility of the system made web-based and integrated with existing academic systems. From the test results concluded, the system can run by the design and reports produced by the system following the processes that are running now.

In Finland, planning competitions are used as a way to determine alternatives in the early phase of urban planning. However, the traditional jury-based evaluation process is encountering significant opposition as it does not consider the views of local residents. In recent years, methods of web-based evaluation have been developed and tested to register public opinion in several planning competitions. This paper describes how web-based public participation and GIS-based evaluation tools, such as PPGIS (public participation geographic information system) and public evaluation web pages, are utilised in urban planning competitions. The research focus of this paper is on studying how public participation can be arranged in competition processes and how the competitors use the information produced. In addition, we identify issues that can affect the utilisation of the information. Based on two Finnish case studies, this study indicates that web-based tools can augment public participation in various phases of the competition process.

A public complaint is a reciprocal of the population against the government to convey opinions or problems encountered in certain areas. The complaint process using a suggestion box or counter complaint is less effective and efficient so that the complaint handling process is slow. The geographic information system of public complaints is an information system built as an intermediary for the public to make complaints against the government. This public complaint geographic information system is built by utilizing location-based services. Geographic information systems of public complaints that have been built require a test to ensure all functions contained on the system can run properly. This study discusses the testing of the geographic information system of public complaints that have been built by blackbox testing and test by involving respondents from the general public. The results of testing system usage by the user based on aspect of system interface display and conformity aspects of processes and features involving respondents from the general public. Tests conducted to get the average results of respondents gave very good value 28%, good 59.8, enough 10.2% and less by 2%. Comparison of systems conducted on two similar systems taken through a literature study showed that a mobile web-based public complaint geographic information system (Public Complaint) has more features in tracking the location of complaints.

The development of the telecommunications world is developing very rapidly throughout the world and is no exception in Indonesia. The telecommunications business mostly involves companies providing equipment and providing telecommunications infrastructure, in this case, towers. PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi or also known as Mitratel is a subsidiary of PT Telkom Indonesia. Tbk, which is engaged in providing telecommunications infrastructure in Indonesia. In carrying out its business activities, PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi has collaborated extensively with external parties in terms of land use for the construction of telecommunications towers. Land use is currently divided into two land categories, namely private land and government land. The current condition in managing cooperative assets is still done manually or not systematically so that it is not effective and a monitoring information system is needed to monitor the use of assets listed in this cooperation document. The monitoring information system that will be created is web-based which will facilitate the user in monitoring, updating the status of the monetize point quota listed in the employment agreement document with the government. The software used in making this monitoring information system uses the PHP and MySQL programming languages.

Small and Medium Industries (SMIs) have a very important role as a driver of the economy in Indonesia because SMIs can function as a provider of employment for a number of people who are not accommodated in the formal sector. SMIs also contributes to the formation of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and as a source of foreign exchange. However, SMIs experienced obstacles in the fields of marketing, business networks, and information technology. In realizing an independent and developing SMIs, a supporting media is needed which can later be useful as a tool to introduce SMIs to the wider community and align it with other business actors. In addition, the government also needs a media that can be used for licensing data collection, taxes, and as a tool to monitor the development of SMIs. In this case a geographic and web-based geographic information system has been built to meet the need for information on SMIs in the city of Mataram. It is hoped that this system can help the community and the government to find out the information needed easily, quickly, and accurately. Based on the results of the Mean Opinion Score, it shows that the average rating of respondents of website users on the system agrees and strongly agrees to agree worth 67.50%. While the average rating of respondents of mobile users to the system agree and strongly agree is worth 78.33%.

The current standard of global economic growth incorporates a disposition to undertake investments in information technology that will provide public organizations with costs reduction processes and an increase in flexibility and efficiency. The Internet technology is an outstanding case that quickly occupied a significant and increasing importance relative to the changes that are occurring at the economic and social environment. The institutional presence of the government on the Internet evolved from a simple channel to furnish information to an instrument able to aggregate, to the consolidated communication ways, new forms of relationship and supply of services to the citizen (Takahashi, 2000). This coincides with a global tendency to transform simple informative Web sites in complex transactional systems, configuring a new model to collect and distribute information (Isakowitz, Bieber, & Vitali, 1998; Marche & McNiven, 2003). It should be considered that many times the technological infrastructure and human resources capability of the government vary widely, depending on the geographical region of the country. In function of this, the internal systems, which give support to the operation of the government machine, can be benefited through the use of Web technology, if they are inserted in the resources sharing and access distribution paradigm (McLean, 1999). Web applications development of internal scope can keep little direct relation with the universal access of citizens to public services, however, can represent the universal access to scarce resources by geographical and socially dispersed government representations. This article reports an experience of Web technology use along the deployment of an internal Web-based information system (WIS) at a Brazilian government agency. The importance of the technology is emphasized as evidenced through development rapidity, distribution economy, and operational simplicity of the developed system. Broader reflexes that reach the citizen are also discussed.
