The process of obtaining iron ore at ore-dressing plant is a continuous process, so equipment failure at any stage leads to equipment downtime at all other stages. In this case, temporary shipment to the warehouse and from the warehouse of semi-finished raw materials leads to an increase in cost and a decrease in the quality of raw materials. These problems determined the purpose and objectives of the study of the possibilities of using a geographic information system to control moving objects in the main mine of the ore-dressing plant based on the system of automatic positioning using GPS or GPS/AVL (Automatic Vehicle Location). Based on satellite data, it is possible to generate various types of reports that allow to better control the situation - to analyze the qualitative and quantitative side of the ore mining process in quarries, to simulate the situation in order to avoid loss of working time. The basis of the study determined the economic effect of the introduction of GPS navigation in the main mine of the plant.

The work deals with examination of the influence of the ratio between iron ore concentrate and iron ore on quality of produced iron ore sinter. One of the possibilities to increase iron content in sinter is the modification of raw materials ratio, when iron ore materials are added into sintering mixture. If the ratio is in favor of iron ore sinter, iron content in resulting sintering mixture will be lower. If the ratio is in favor of iron ore concentrate and recycled materials, which is more finegrained, a proportion of a fraction under 0.5 mm will increase, charge permeability property will be reduced, sintering band performance will decrease and an occurrence of solid particulate matter in product of sintering process will rise. The sintering mixture permeability can be optimized by increase of fuel content in charge or increase of sinter charge moisture. A change in ratio between concentrate and iron ore has been experimentally studied. An influence of sintering mixture grain size composition, a charge grains shape on quality and phase composition on quality of the produced iron sinter has been studied.

In order to enhance the quality of iron concentrate from magnetic separation, reverse-flotation technology is often applied in iron ore dressing plant. However, this technology has disadvantages in operating cost, energy consumption and environmental protection (Zhao Chunfu, Wu Jianghua &Wang Hui ,2005). Developing innovative equipment to process magnetite ore more-effectively is a way to get rid of these disadvantages of reverse flotation and improve the quality of iron concentrate. This paper describes the development of Complex Flashing-Field Magnetic Cleaner, a new kind of equipment based on the principle of combination of separation in magnetic field and separation in gravity field (Hao Shuhua & Jiang Wenli,2002). This innovative equipment possesses a tailor-made magnetic system and has the characteristics of a magnetic field which can strengthen the formation of magnetic agglomerations and the dispersion of gangue minerals to improve the quality of separation. The automatic control system developed specifically for this equipment can further increase the accuracy of separation and stabilize the process. Test results showed that this equipment is reliable in operation, economically beneficial and it has large potential of application.

Kaizen is a Japanese concept that means improvement continuous process to constantly improve the quality and productivity output. Stage of the data processing is done in this study using seven quality control tools (seven tools). From the results of the data processing is done by using the seven tools of quality control so visible damage that occurs feed the ash High temperatures, low water levels and the color is not uniform feed. Histogram and Pareto diagram showing the greatest amount of damage to small, the color is not uniform feed as many as 6800 Kg (41.34%), high ash content as much as 5050 Kg (30.70%) and low water levels as much as 4600 Kg (27.96%).Based on a causal diagram can be seen several causes defects in animal feed products C-281 human factors, among others, due to lack of skill or abilities of the workers themselves, less rigorous labor in performing measurements so the size does not match the required specifications. And factors that usually raw materials can cause defects in animal feed products C-281 is due to the quality of the raw materials are not in accordance with the standards set by the previous company. From the calculation of the map control is obtained that no data which are beyond the control chart or no data outside the control limits.

We studied the effect of the growth regulator Regoplant on the mass of seedlings, the quality of seedlings and the productivity of tobacco. Soaking tobacco seeds before sowing in a 0.0001 % solution of the preparation at an exposure of 6 hours, and then spraying the plants at the stage of “auricles” and “seedling ready for planting” with a working solution of an agrochemical with a 0.00001 % concentration significantly improved the quality of seedlings. This technique increases the length of tobacco seedlings to the apical point by 66 %, to the end of elongated leaves by 29 %, the mass of stems by 53 %, the mass of roots by 32 %, the diameter of the stem by 38 %. After planting the plants in the field, developed under the influence of the Regoplant stimulator, we noted an increase in productivity by 16 % and an improvement in the quality of raw materials due to an increase in carbohydrates and a decrease in proteins. The economic effect against the background of the application of Regoplant preparation amounted to 106 thousand rubles.

Для рентабельности отрасли табаководства необходимо наличие сортимента сортов табака. Почвенно-климатические зоны Крыма пригодны для возделывания как ценного ароматичного, так и скелетного табачного сырья. Целью данной работы являлось изучение созданных гибридных комбинаций табака старших поколений для выявления перспективы их дальнейшего использования. Селекционерами Института «Магарач» создан ряд перспективных сортов и гибридных комбинаций старших поколений - предшественников сортов табака. В данной работе приведены результаты оценки шести гибридных комбинаций старших поколений, а также перспективного сорта Дюбек Предгорный по основным хозяйственно-ценным признакам. Стандартом служили сорта Американ 14, Американ 307 и Дюбек новый. Работа велась на опытном участке, расположенном в Предгорной зоне Крыма, в течение трех лет. В процессе работы проводились фенологические наблюдения, оценка сортов по показателям продуктивности растений, качеству сухого сырья и другим характеристикам. По результатам исследований наиболее перспективной по урожайности и качеству продукции оказалась гибридная комбинация старшего поколения Ароматный × Американ 572, которая может быть рекомендована как новый сорт табака для введения его в Государственный реестр селекционных достижений, допущенных к использованию. Перспективный сорт Дюбек Предгорный подтвердил хорошие показатели качественных и количественных характеристик для сортотипа Дюбек и рекомендуется для возделывания в фермерских хозяйствах Крыма. Проведенные исследования позволяют увеличить сортовой сортимент крымских сортов табака. For profitability of tobacco industry, there must be an assortment of tobacco varieties. The soil and climatic zones of Crimea are suitable for cultivation of both premium aromatic and skeletal tobacco raw materials. The purpose of this work was to study the selected hybrid combinations of older generations of tobacco to identify prospects for their further use. The Institute Magarach breeders have created a number of promising varieties and hybrid combinations of older generations - the predecessor tobacco varieties. This work presents the results of evaluating six hybrid combinations of older generations, as well as the promising variety ‘Djubeck Predgornyi’ by basic economically valuable traits. The varieties ‘American 14’, ‘American 307’ and ‘Djubeck Novyi’ served as the standard. The work was carried out in the experimental plot located in the Piedmont zone of Crimea for three years. During the working process, phenological observations and the assessment of varieties in terms of plant productivity, quality of dry raw materials and other characteristics were carried out. According to the research results, the most promising in terms of cropping capacity and product quality was the hybrid combination of older generation ‘Aromatnyi’ × ‘American 572’, which can be recommended as a new tobacco variety for its introduction into the State Register of Breeding Achievements approved for use. The promising variety ‘Djubek Predgornyi’ has confirmed good parameters of qualitative and quantitative characteristics for ‘Djubek’ variety, and is recommended for cultivation in Crimean farming. The carried out researches allow increasing the varietal assortment of Crimean tobacco varieties.

As part of the study of the early stages of settlement of the Middle Irtysh region, the multilayered monuments of the tract “First and Second island” near the village of Tanatovо, Muromtsevsky district of Omsk region. Based on the study of ceramics and stone tools, complexes of the late Neolithic - early bronze age belonging to the artyn and Catherine cultures and the Stepanov type of monuments were identified. Specific features of stone processing are described for each stage. Artyn stone processing was characterized by high-quality raw materials and the technique of chipping plates. At the stage of Catherine's culture, the quality of raw materials significantly deteriorates, and the use of local raw materials (swamp iron ore) is noted. In stone processing, there is an increase in the share the technique of chipping flakes. At all stages, the tendency to minimize the impact of the shortage of stone raw materials is well recorded.

The evaluation of a deposit and mining project is a continuous process rather than a single act. Changes in budget, evaluation criteria, or in the area of costs and incomes may change results valid up to now and the views on using a deposit. Geological quantities are measurable with the help of geological conclusions and engineering calculations. Raw material reserves and their quality are defined as a substance that can be recovered with profit through current technologies and prices. This definition can result in two misunderstandings: geological reserves and the quality of raw materials are understood as variables not connected with mining activities. However, the quantity and quality of remaining reserves depends on changes in our geological knowledge, changing economic conditions, as well as on the exhaustion of reserves. The quantity of reserves and value of the cut-off grade depends not only on geological factors but also upon the methods of deposit extraction, costs and prices.
