The article explores the features of electronic document management of technical documentation of railway automation and telemechanics. A block diagram of an automaton model of technical documentation is developed. The proposed block diagram of a formalized model of technical documentation consists of matrices of external microoperations, internal microoperations, code creation for the following microcomponents. The number of internal states of the firmware is completely determined by the number of logic elements of the algorithms. The size of the matrices depends on the number of operators and logical conditions in the logic circuits of the algorithms. In this paper, a non-maximal group of compatible elements of logic circuits of algorithms is used as a microcommand, which led to the simplification of the matrix of the circuit of the firmware automaton. In the considered method of forming the maximum groups of compatible elements of logic schemes of algorithms, micro operations included in each micro command are performed simultaneously in one microtact. The structure of the firmware of the machine is simplified due to the transition from simple to complex micro-ops.

The article examines the features of electronic document management of technical documentation of railway automation and telemechanics. The article deals with the problems of synthesis of mathematical models of electronic document flow for technical documentation of road automation and telemechanics. For this purpose, a survey of the real processes of creating, checking and using technical documentation was carried out on the basis of the process of accounting and control of railway automation and telemechanics devices, which allowed us to identify the structural scheme of the formalized model of technical documentation. A model of electronic document flow of technical documentation, created using the mathematical apparatus of finite automata, is constructed. A block diagram of the automatic model of technical documentation has been developed. The proposed block diagram of the formalized model of technical documentation consists of matrices of external micro-operations, internal micro-operations, and code creation for the following micro-components. The number of internal States of the firmware automaton is fully determined by the number of elements of logic circuits of algorithms. The size of the matrices depends on the number of operators and logical conditions in the logic schemes of the algorithms. The size of the matrices depends on the number of operators and logical conditions in the logic schemes of the algorithms. The application of the proposed methodology for building a model of technical documentation allows us to develop reliable application software for solving the problems of operational document management of railway automation and telemechanics.

Objective: To analyze modifications of cyberattacks on online technical documentation of railroad security systems. Methods: The specificity of railroad automation and telemechanics (RAT) documentation maintenance in electronic document management systems was estimated and presented. Also the assessment of enforceability of cyberattacks under actual operating conditions was given. Results: The possibility of critical failure of train control systems resulting from cyber faults of error type in technical documentation was demonstrated. A classification of cyberattacks on electronic databases of technical documentation was introduced. Vulnerability of the latter was uncovered. Practical importance: The necessity to develop special security measures for electronic databases of RAT technical documentation was justified. It concerned cyber faults of error type. Moreover, practical implementation alternatives of security methods in case of cyberattacks were introduced.

While the literature on project management and product development is voluminous, in reality little of it addresses the questions of document management of new organizational procedures to increase project development productivity, and of software development tools required to support and control these procedures. This research study develops a new methodology to integrate project management (activities, milestones, and resources) and document management (responsibilities, authorizations, workflows, archives, and storage). The aim of the integration is threefold. First, it aims to plan and to control activities and documents essential for product development. Second, it aims to ensure the management of documents in terms of responsibilities, authorizations, dissemination, and storage. And third, it aims to trace and locate documents for any type of product. Further, this study shows the value of electronic document management (EDM) in terms of improving the management and communication of concepts and ideas, whether it be for project teams or organizations, for reengineering basic business processes, or for leveraging long-run organizational memory through documents.

The methods of creating automation tools in the general and analytical process and improving their efficiency are carried out in terms of brief comments on construction and creation and improving their efficiency. Electronic record keeping systems are considered. The creation of automated electronic document management systems and a comparative analysis of these processes are presented. Methods of analysis, synthesis and study of technical documentation electronic document flow are formalized. A graphical model of the electronic document management of technical documents is synthesized. The developed model considers the division of document flows into a set of participants, processes and situations. It is recommended to use a set of matrices to determine the form of presentation of the workflow of technical documentation. Based on the apparatus of graph theory, a method of creating an electronic document management model of technical documents are developed.

The article describes the processes of electronic document management of technical documentation in the system of railway automation and telemechanics. Electronic document management is important in enterprises, and this process increases efficiency, saves time, and ensures the security of documents. The electronic document management system includes several criteria in terms of storage capacity. Local and international quality regulatory models the level of construction of information storage is in accordance with certain standards. Types of electronic document management are considered, taking into account several features. Allows employees to receive new documents and automatically track deadlines by directing and monitoring document execution.

This article considers the features of electronic document management at retail trade enterprises of the FMCG-segment. The paper observes the types of document flow at chain companies and examines the process of implementation of electronic document management system. The notions of “electronic document management” and “electronic data interchange” are also distinguished in the article. The paper explores positive changes caused by the introduction of electronic document management and the complexity of its implementation. The study reveals that in the Russian Federation the process of mass introduction of electronic document management in the chain retail companies of the FMCG segment has been ongoing for about ten years, though has reached the highest level of its activity in the last two years. At present day, the major part of chain retail companies in the FMCG-segment has already started to actively work with the Electronic Data Interchange system. Moreover, in recent years the number of partner-enterprises that join this system has been steadily increasing. The results of the study show that introduction of electronic document management in chain companies of the FMCG-segment allows to reduce the time spent for processing documents and to track all stages of the core business processes more effectively. It also ensures information security, improves staff discipline and the quality of service, which in its turn significantly improves management efficiency of the company in general.
