Replacing fossil energy with the high proportion of renewable energy power in the field of enduse energy is the main way to reduce carbon emissions from energy combustion. Building heating is an important component in the field of end-use energy. The thermal storage electric heating system could use wind power during low power load periods at night for building heating. On the one hand, it helps to solve the problem of wind power accommodation, on the other hand it helps to achieve carbon emission reduction in the field of building heating. Based on the background of the thermal storage electric heating system for wind power accommodation, the influencing factors that affect the efficiency and benefits of electric heating system is analysed, and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to construct regenerative electric heating system operation management evaluation system.

The growing penetration of wind power in a power system brings great challenges to system operation flexibility. For generation planning in presence of high wind power penetration, it is essential to take the operation flexibility of the system into account. Firstly, this paper developed the system operation flexibility metrics through considering the flexibility contribution of thermal generating units (TGUs) by operational state transition. Secondly, a planning model for the bundled wind-thermal-storage generation system (BWTSGS) that considers the operation flexibility constraints is proposed. The planning model is used to determine the power and energy rating of an energy storage system (ESS) as well as the type and number of TGUs. A daily scheduling simulation model of a BWTSGS is proposed to calculate the operation cost for the planning model and consider the sequential operation characteristics of the BWTSGS. Further, in order to accelerate the computation, a wind power sequential clustering technique based on the discrete Fourier transform (DFT) method is developed for improving the computational efficiency. Case studies have been conducted on a 1000-MW wind farm to demonstrate the validity and effectiveness of the proposed model.

According to the subjectivity, randomness and fatigue of the satisfaction selection of online teaching evaluation indicators for the students, the level of teachers teaching can not truly measure by the evaluation results. This paper introduces the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to deal with the evaluation data, and Practice has proved that this method produced results more equitable to reflect on teaching level. Which help teachers to promptly improve and improve teaching, the variable quality of teaching time control for process control, change the static management for dynamic management.

ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is a kind of advanced management method and ideological system, which is an effective tool to improve operating efficiency. In reference to the domestic and foreign relevant research results, this paper attempts to find a set of evaluation index system and method, which is suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises in China implementing ERP system performance evaluation according to characteristics. Then use AHP to determine each index weight and evaluate comprehensively ERP implementation performance of small and medium-sized enterprise employing the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. This can provide ERP project methodological guidance and help enterprise to carry out the scientific decision, improve the success rate of ERP implementation, and promote the process of ERP in our country popularity.

This paper first introduces research about green supply chain management, and points out the differences between green supply chain management and traditional supply chain management according to the characteristics of green supply chain. Then, the paper analyses the sources of risk in green supply chain management fundamentally and constructs a risk evaluation system owing to the classification of sources. Finally paper makes a quantitative analysis to the risk of green supply chain with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.

The evaluation object is defined more reasonable. This paper establishes the student evaluation system by scientific questionnaire firstly, then determines the index weights by using AHP, thirdly quantifies the qualitative indexes according to the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Finally we get each student’s score of the student evaluation system. Aiming at freshmen and sophomore , the student evaluation system can objectively reflect the students' comprehensive quality and have a guiding significance for improving the students' comprehensive quality.

In the paper, we establish an evaluation system in the study of four aspects such as people, regulation, equipment and technology management, field management and engineering construction. We present an entropy weight multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model in power plant security on the basis of reliability identification. Firstly, it identifies the reliability of power plant security evaluation system. Secondly, it can meet the condition that the system is reliable. Then it obtains the indicator weight of all levels in the evaluation system by the entropy weight method. Finally, it carries out a comprehensive evaluation in power plant security by the multi-level fuzzy evaluation method.

According to the definition of integrated supply chain performance, improved method of grey relational evaluation and multi-level dynamic fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are adopted to comprehensively evaluate the overall performance of the integrated supply chain. Based on these, the Performance Evaluation System (PES) of the integrated supply chain is developed on MATLAB software platform. In the end, the validity and feasibility of the system is validated by an example, and the system can provide a convenient operation tool and scientific, objective decision basis for managers to evaluate the integrated supply chain performance.

For the regenerative electric heating system, on the premise of ensuring reliable heat supply to users, a day-ahead optimization scheduling method for the regenerative electric heating system considering the load imbalance is proposed. First, users' heating demand under normal working conditions and grid power rationing scenarios are calculated by estimate index method. Then, in order to match the heating demand of users and reduce the load imbalance caused by thermal storage electric heating in the distribution network, comprehensive consideration of grid constraints and the adjustable capacity of regenerative electric heating load, the operating strategy of the thermal storage electric heating system is studied. Reasonable control of heat storage and release in regenerative electric heating can not only reduce the distribution line pressure during heating period, but also maximize the accommodation of low-cost electricity such as surplus renewable energy and improve the economic benefits of the system. Taking the regenerative electric heating system in Chongli area of Zhangjiakou, Hebei Province as an example, the multi-objective optimal scheduling model is simulated and analyzed, and the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed optimal scheduling strategy are verified.

An online evaluation method of coal mine comprehensive level based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method (FCE) is proposed. Firstly, following the principles of fairness, systematicness and hierarchy, taking research and development, production, sales, finance, safety and management as the first level indicators, a set of multi-level evaluation indicator system of coal mine comprehensive level combining objective and subjective evaluation indicators is established. Secondly, according to the characteristics of the indicator system, the specific process of FCE of coal mine comprehensive level is given. Then, taking SQL Server as the database management system and C#.NET as the development language, a set of B/S structure online evaluation system of coal mine comprehensive level based on FCE is designed and developed. Finally, the proposed method is applied to Coal group PM for test. The application shows that the method proposed can provide an efficient and convenient online evaluation platform to evaluate the comprehensive level of coal mines for the Coal group, and the horizontal and longitudinal comparison of the evaluation results can urge the coal mines to maintain their advantages and avoid their disadvantages, which is of some significance for improving the overall competitiveness of the Coal group.
