The business sustainability of rice seed breeding in the breeder groups is very important to provide qualified rice seeds, improve the farmer's income and welfare, and become the indicator of the success of the program. The study aimed to analyze the level of sustainability of the rice seed breeding business and the influence of the level of support from the government, private sectors and community leaders on the level of sustainability of the business. Data were collected from 112 farmers in Majalengka from December 2020 to January 2021. The data were analyzed by Partial Least Square (PLS-Path Modeling) using SmartPLS3. The results showed that the sustainability level of the rice seed breeding business in the aspect of production and business profits was included in the high category. Production and profits of rice seed breeding business are higher than consumption rice farming. The level of private support and community leaders have a significant effect on the sustainability level of the rice seed breeding business. The government provides farmer protection programs, but the farmers have not used them optimally. The involvement of community leaders can increase the sustainability of the breeding business in terms of production, market guarantee and business profits.

Fish processors in Pringsewu district are mostly engaged in micro-scale business. The problem faced by this micro-scale business is the fish processor capacity problem, such as the technical and managerial ability. This research  aims to measure the processor capacity, the factors that affect the processor capacity and the effect of processor capacity on the business sustainability. This research was conducted in two fish processor centers, in Pringsewu and Pagelaran districts. Data collection was conducted in April 2018. Data were collected from all 75 fish processors. The data collected were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistic, with Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 24 and Partial Least Square (PLS) 3 program. The results showed that processor capacity of fish in Pringsewu district was in a low category because they have not expert in technical and managerial skills yet. Three factors that affect the processor capacity is their individual characteristics, extension support, and external support. Individual characteristic factors are the level of formal and non-formal education. The extension support factors are intensity and extension methods. External support factor also of support from the government. Other results indicate that the processor capacity has a positive effect on the business sustainability. The higher the technical and managerial capacity of the processor, the business sustainability in the economic and environmental aspects will be increase.

The current study considers customers’ attitude, involvement and purchase intention of hotel customers with the moderating impact of cause related marketing campaigns in the context of Bangladesh. Partial Least Square (PLS) path modeling, a variance-based technique of SEM was used in the current study as the study tool. After testing the hypothesis on 305 customers it has been found positive significant influence of both customers’ attitudes and involvement on purchase intention of hotel customers. Moreover, the current study used cause related marketing campaigns as a moderating variable between customers’ attitude and involvement on purchase intention where both the hypothesis found insignificant. Therefore, from the literature review and the findings of the analysis the current study recommends future research to look for the moderating effect of cause related marketing campaigns of other customer perceptions in the link between attitude and involvement on purchase intention.

The availability of certified rice seeds is still limited because the limited number of rice seed breeder farmers. The capacity of farmers in seed assessment and seed production determine the succes of the rice seed breeding. The research using the census method (112 breeder farmers) was conducted in Majalengka Regency. Interviews and observations were carried out to obtain data on extension and breeding of rice seeds by farmers. Partial Least Square (PLS-Path Modeling) was used to analyze the data. The results showed that the suitability of the materials, extension methods and ability of the extension agents were in the medium category, the intensity of extension was still low. Extension officers visit farmer groups once a month. The role of farmer groups and farmer capacity is in the medium category. Farmer groups are able to carry out the learning process and seed production even though the marketing is not continuous. The implementation of extension services and farmer groups has a positive effect on the farmer capacity. The use of social media by breeder farmers for seed marketing and obtaining marketing partners and business capital can be increased through increasing the intensity of extension by involving farmer groups.

In addition to the rapid development of global information and communications technology (ICT) and the Internet, recent rapid growth in cloud computing technology represents another important trend. Individual continuance intention towards information technology is a critical area in which information systems research can be performed. This study aims to develop an integrated model designed to explain and predict an individual’s continuance intention towards personal cloud services based on the concepts of technology readiness (TR) and the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology 2 (UTAUT2), moderated by gender, age, and experience of personal cloud services. The key results of the partial least square test largely support the proposed model’s validity and the significant impact of effort expectancy, social influence, hedonic motivation, price value, habit, and technology readiness on continuance intention towards personal cloud services. In addition to providing symmetric theoretical support with the proposed model and transforming the individual characteristics of TR into UTAUT2, this study could be used to enhance and analyze users’ adoption of personal cloud services and also increase the symmetry of the model’s explanation and prediction. The findings from this research contribute to providing practical implications and academic resources as well as improving our understanding of personal cloud service applications.

This study aims to identify the institutions that play a role in the procurement of rice seeds, describe the role of each institution, and develop policy recommendations for institutional strengthening of rice seed. The research was conducted in Nagari Lubuk Pandan, District 2x11 Six Lingkung, Padang Pariaman District, West Sumatera Province. The respondents' farmers were deliberately determined by 35 people based on the guidance of Wali Nagari and community leaders. Data were analyzed descriptively and presented in table and diagram. The results showed that 1) Institutional of rice seed in Nagari Lubuk Pandan consist of formal and informal institution. The formal institutions are Gapoktan "Lubuk Pandan Sejahtera" and Saprodi Kiosk. Informal institutions are groups of other farmers who lend rice seeds. More than half of the farmers of the respondents obtained rice seed from other farmers, because it was more efficient, 2) Gapoktan "Lubuk Pandan Sejahtera", played a role in channeling seeds to its members if there is a seed assistance program from the government. Saprodi Kiosk provides high quality rice seeds at all times, but very few farmers can afford them, and 3) Farmers' structural weaknesses (low education and knowledge, narrow land, technological mastery and low group manageability), cause they are unable to integrate the provision of seed input with the farm, so that production tends to decrease. This condition needs to be improved through institutional strengthening and empowerment of farmers through concepts acceptable to farmers
