The development of Fintech's business in Indonesia helps maximize the use of technology to change, sharpen, or improve various financial aspects ranging from payment methods, transferring funds, obtaining funds, loans to asset management can begin to be accelerated and shortened using technology. However, considering technology that is not well prepared will have an impact on a poor user experience. The DANA application still requires UI / UX difficulties on transactions so it does not meet user expectations. Assessing user-centered design can help in user-related issues. Supporting user-centered design has been supported by various techniques, methods, tools, procedures and processes that help design interactive systems that are more user-centered. Data mining methods used are interviews with end users and literature studies. New design and prototype recommendations according to usability test results. A total of seven participants tested the usability of the new transaction prototype. The expected results of this design help overcome/control the user in conducting transactions.

Abstract: The DKI Jakarta Regional Asset Management Agency (BPAD) is a State Agency that regulates budget costs for many types of assets in the DKI Jakarta area. One type of budget is for equipment and machinery that are needed annually. The local budget so far has not focused on the equipment and machinery needed. This is needed in order to be able to minimize the budget and focus on the equipment and machinery needed each year. In this case Data Mining can be applied to find information from the dataset. In order to know the Equipment and Machines that are most needed each year, searching for information on the dataset can be done by one of the Data Mining methods, namely the A priori Algorithm by looking for patterns of relationships in a dataset. If you know the equipment and machinery that are most needed each year, BPAD can focus the budget on the goods most needed and can find out which SKPD need more equipment and machinery each year.Keywords: BPAD, Data Mining, Algoritma Apriori.Abstraksi: Badan Pengelolaan Aset Daerah (BPAD) DKI Jakarta adalah Instansi Negara yang mengatur biaya anggaran untuk banyak jenis aset di daerah DKI Jakarta. Salah satu jenis anggaran yang ada ialah untuk Peralatan dan Mesin yang tiap tahunnya dibutuhkan. Anggaran daerah sejauh ini belum berfokus pada Peralatan dan Mesin yang dibutuhkan. Hal ini diperlukan agar dapat lebih meminimalisir anggaran dan berfokus kepada Peralatan dan Mesin yang dibutuhkan tiap tahunnya. Dalam hal ini Data Mining dapat diterapkan untuk mencari informasi dari dataset. Agar dapat mengetahui Peralatan dan Mesin yang paling dibutuhkan tiap tahunnya, pencarian informasi pada dataset dapat dilakukan dengan salah satu metode Data Mining yaitu Algoritma Apriori dengan mencari pola hubungan dalam sebuah dataset. Jika mengetahui Peralatan dan Mesin yang paling dibutuhkan tiap tahunnya maka BPAD dapat memfokuskan anggaran pada barang yang paling dibutuhkan dan dapat mengetahui SKPD mana yang lebih membutuhkan Peralatan dan Mesin setiap tahunnya..Kata Kunci: BPAD, Data Mining, Algoritma Apriori.

Al-Qur'an is a source and argument for Islamic law, kalam experts, science experts and not only books that speak Arabic and read worship, but also contain scientific value and become a life guide for the development of human cultural reason. especially Muslims. The purpose of this research is to implement the API in the Al-Quran application based on Android and the method used by UCD (User Centered Design). An API is a set of program instructions that are used to build a software application, by providing functions and commands in a language that is easy for the programmer to understand. UCD (User Centered Design) is a design philosophy that places the user at the center of a systems development process. The results showed that an Android-based Al-Qur'an application was in accordance with the needs of the user and the average test results shared with users was 81.25%

The use of the Android platform for software / application development is not only easier to use, because Android that has flexibility is a reason. Rendang Daging is a typical food of the city of Padang, besides it tastes savory and has a taste that is very different from other processed foods, which makes the food rendang a favorite of many people around the world. It is unfortunate if only rendang is the favorite processed food menu, while in Indonesia there are still many processed menus that are very tasty and special. Information about the menu of typical Indonesian processed foods will be much better known and desirable when given a place to exchange information about these things in the form of information systems. To get an information system that meets user expectations, special methods are needed. (UCD) is a User-Centered Design method which is a user-oriented method. UCD design is used to provide benefits to support the information system for people from home and abroad so that it will be more attractive for foreign and domestic tourists to visit Indonesia for a vacation or just want to enjoy the typical food of the archipelago. In addition, it can also help the system of selling processed foods typical of the archipelago.

<p>Kemiskinan bagi pemerintah Indonesia termasuk masalah yang sulit untuk diselesaikan. Upaya yang dilakukan pemerintah dalam mengatasi kemiskinan di Indonesia yaitudengan  program bantuan sosial meliputiBLT (Bantuan Langsung Tunai), PKH (Program Keluarga Harapan), Raskin (Beras Miskin), dan lain lain. Dalam Pelaksanaan program bantuan sosial saat masih sangat terbatas sehingga dalam penerimaan program bantuan tidak tepat sasaran. Data mining membantu untuk menentukan keputusan dalam memprediksi data di masa yang akan datang. <em>Gradient Boosted Trees</em> dan K-NN merupakan salah satu metode data mining untuk klasifikasi data. Masing-masing metode tersebut memiliki kelemahan. <em>Gradient Boosted Trees</em> menghasilkan nilai persentase akurasi lebih rendah dibanding metode K-NN. Dari permasalahan tersebut maka diusulkan metode kombinasi K-NN dan <em>Gradient Boosted Trees</em> untuk meningkatkan akurasi pada pelaksanaan program bantuan sosial agar tepat sasaran. Metode K-NN, <em>Gradient Boosted Trees,</em> K-NN-<em>Gradient Boosted Trees</em>dilakukan pengujian pada data yang sama untuk mendapatkan hasil perbandingan nilai akurasi. Hasil pengujian membuktikan bahwa kombinasi tersebut menghasilkan nilai persentase yang tinggi dibanding metode K-NN atau <em>Gradient Boosted Trees</em> yaitu 98.17%.</p><p><em><strong>Abstract</strong></em></p><p><em><em>Poverty for the Indonesian government is a problem that is difficult to solve. The efforts made by the government in overcoming poverty in Indonesia are through social assistance programs including BLT (Bantuan Langsung Tunai), PKH (Program Keluarga Harapan), Raskin (Beras Miskin), and others. In the implementation of the social assistance program when it was still very limited, the acceptance of the aid program was not on target. Data mining helps to determine decisions in predicting data in the future. Gradient Boosted Trees and K-NN are data mining methods for data classification. Each of these methods has weaknesses. Gradient Boosted Trees produce lower accuracy percentage values than the K-NN method. From these problems, a proposed method of combination of K-NN and Gradient Boosted Trees is used to improve the accuracy of the implementation of social assistance programs so that it is right on target. The K-NN, Gradient Boosted Trees, and K-NN-Gradient Boosted Trees methods are tested on the same data to get a comparison of the accuracy values. The test results prove that the combination produced a high percentage value compared to the K-NN or Gradient Boosted Trees method that is 98.17%.</em></em></p>

The research conducted is part of the European project Erasmus+ FORDYSVAR, whose main objective is to contribute to the educational inclusion of students with dyslexia, aged between 10 and 16 years old, through the use of technology, specifically virtual reality (VR), to improve the access, participation, and educational achievement of students with this learning difficulty. This is a qualitative and interpretative study with a descriptive character. The objective of this work is to design a VR application that contributes to the learning of students with dyslexia based on user-centered design as a methodology. The developmental lines to be addressed in the application have been defined, the features to be included have been determined, and the activities that make up the software have been designed. All this is based on the analysis of the needs and interests of the end users (students with dyslexia) as well as the vision of professionals (teachers and dyslexia intervention specialists). The results obtained allow us to conclude that VR technology is an interesting avenue of treatment, as it offers a ludic, safe, controlled, and motivating environment for students with dyslexia.

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk melakukan prediksi terhadap kemungkian mahasiswa baru dapat menyelesaikan studi tepat waktu dengan menggunakan analisis data mining untuk menggali tumpukan histori data dengan menggunakan algoritma K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN). Aplikasi yang dihasilkan pada penelitian ini akan menggunakan berbagai atribut yang klasifikasikan dalam suatu data mining antara lain nilai ujian nasional (UN), asal sekolah/ daerah, jenis kelamin, pekerjaan dan penghasilan orang tua, jumlah bersaudara, dan lain-lain sehingga dengan menerapkan analysis KNN dapat dilakukan suatu prediksi berdasarkan kedekatan histori data yang ada dengan data yang baru, apakah mahasiswa tersebut berpeluang untuk menyelesaikan studi tepat waktu atau tidak. Dari hasil pengujian dengan menerapkan algoritma KNN dan menggunakan data sampel alumni tahun wisuda 2004 s.d. 2010 untuk kasus lama dan data alumni tahun wisuda 2011 untuk kasus baru diperoleh tingkat akurasi sebesar 83,36%.This research is intended to predict the possibility of new students time to complete studies using data mining analysis to explore the history stack data using K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm (KNN). Applications generated in this study will use a variety of attributes in a data mining classified among other Ujian Nasional scores (UN), the origin of the school / area, gender, occupation and income of parents, number of siblings, and others that by applying the analysis KNN can do a prediction based on historical proximity of existing data with new data, whether the student is likely to complete the study on time or not. From the test results by applying the KNN algorithm and uses sample data alumnus graduation year 2004 s.d 2010 for the case of a long and alumni data graduation year 2011 for new cases obtained accuracy rate of 83.36%.

Business Placement Center membantu mengelola website alumni dalam memenuhi kebutuhan alumni salah satunya memberikan informasi mengenai lowongan pekerjaan. Website Alumni Amikom sudah memberikan informasi mengenai lowongan pekerjaan. Namun website alumni masih perlu ditambahkan fitur-fitur menu penunjang dalam mempermudah pencarian informasi pekerjaan yang sesuai keinginan pengguna. Penggunaan metode User Centered Design untuk mempermudah pengguna dalam menggunakan fasilitas yang ada pada website ketika mencari informasi lowongan pekerjaan dan pengguna berperan penting dalam setiap proses UCD. Dengan pendekatan User Centered Design diharapkan dapat menghasilkan tampilan dan fungsionalitas yang maksimal pada rancangan sistem yang dibangun sehingga sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner untuk mengetahui kebutuhan pengguna. Analisis dan perancangan menggunakan pendekatan User Centered Design dan implementasi perancangan sistem. Hasil penelitiannya adalah pengguna merasa nyaman dengan tampilan antarmuka website yang sudah dibangun, informasi yang disajikan mudah dipahami dan fitur-fitur menu sudah berhasil berjalansesuai fungsi.Business Placement Center help manage the website for the needs of alumnus one of them is to provide information on a vacancy. The alumnus website’s provides information about job vacancy. The website still need the support to facilitate the searching all the features the work in accordance with what the use. The method of user centered design to make it easy for users in the use of the existing facilities at the website while searching for information a vacancy and users play an important role in any proses UCD. User Centered Design approach is expected to produce the interface and functionality maximal built in the system so that in accordance with the need of users. Research methodology was by observation, interviews and quesionnaires to find out the need of users. Analysis and design using UCD approach and implementation of the system. The results of research is users feel comfortable with a display interface of website which have been built, the information is easily understood and menu features has been successfully run a function.
