When choosing a construction company, it is important for the investor to assess its organizational and technological reliability, which affects the duration and cost of construction. It is proposed to use as a source of information about the reliability of the data on the development of capital investments by the construction organization for a fixed period of time. The purpose of the study – to offer a mechanism for assessing the organizational and technological reliability of the construction company in the construction of the Foundation. On the basis of the method of variant design all possible alternatives of simple technological processes in the construction of pile foundations were considered. Using the method of statistical testing of simulation models on each process flow, the most probable duration and cost of design work were determined. All the options for the development of capital investments were reduced to a statistical series, on the basis of which the curve of accumulated probabilities was constructed. On the curve of accumulated probabilities it is possible to determine the probability of building foundations at the right time with the required value of the index of development of capital investments. Variant design of the construction process allows to develop simulation models of construction of any foundations, on the basis of which the curves of the accumulated probabilities of the indices of development of capital investments for each type of foundations are formed. These curves serve as the basis for the investor in determining the organizational and technological reliability of construction organizations.

The subject of the research is management systems used in construction organizations and methods of decision support while choosing the system of management. The purpose of the work is to offer a method of decision support for managing a construction organization when choosing a transition to a process management approach or a project-oriented management approach. The article emphasizes the relevance of improving the quality of enterprise management in construction industry, and provides an overview of domestic and foreign literature on improving management methods. The study substantiates the need for a method to support decision-making while shifting to a new management system. The authors propose a method based on the evaluation criteria obtained through a survey of the company's management. The proposed method helps managers and founders to make a decision concerning the choice of management system and warns against erroneous decisions and losses associated with the introduction of a management system “inefficient” for the construction company.

The construction organizations lack adaptive infrastructure. It is required to use more intensively SMART-technologies of design and construction. Purposes of this article: a) the system analysis of categories "competitiveness", "stability", "rating of the company" for the construction organizations; b) to construct and investigate economic and mathematical model of competitiveness of the construction organization; c) to determine parameters of self-organization of construction company; d) to construct an identification algorithm for model. These new tasks also answer the purposes of modern construction business, problems of forecasting of its development. Using methods of the system analysis and modeling, in work three levels of the analysis of construction business are considered: macrolevel (level of the state), mesolevel (level of the region) and microlevel (level of the company). For example, 10 various classes of competitiveness of construction companies are offered. It improves the classification used traditionally. The new economic and mathematical model on the basis of production functions of type of Cobb-Douglas is constructed. The algorithm of its identification on the basis of situational scenarios is also developed. The algorithm finds parameters which will allow to define competitiveness of construction company a priori. The offered research has a development, for example, is possible to use for the forecast of adaptation of the enterprise.

Statement of the problem. Using the example of the leading construction organization in Voronezh, the article analyzes the shortcomings of the implementation of urban development projects and considers ways to solve them. Recently, the state of the natural environment of our cities has become a more urgent problem. This analysis will help designers in solving the problems of improving the architectural quality of the environment of new residential areas of the city of Voronezh. Results. As a result of the review and analysis of a number of implemented objects and the object planned for construction, ways to improve the architectural and artistic image of new districts are proposed, taking into account the features of the existing urban environment of Voronezh and current trends in advanced urban planning.Conclusions. Since any developer is primarily interested in the economic benefits of construction, he cannot express the true interests and needs of citizens, follow the historical traditions of the city. In the first stages of design, work should be performed on a competitive basis by order of the municipal authorities, even if the developer is the owner of the site intended for construction. The best project should be put up for auction among developers, providing the winner with the right to build in this territory.

Statement of the problem. In the current system of contract bidding, there are a number of problems, one of which is the imperfection of the evaluation criteria by which applicants are selected. The article presents a methodology for assessing the organizational and technological reliability of a construction organization and its competitive offers for tenders for construction and installation works. It is proposed to use the indicator of its organizational and technological reliability as a criterion for evaluating a construction organization that claims to fulfill a construction order. To determine the reliability of a construction company, information about the intensity of development of capital investments is used. This indicator allows you to assess how much the bidder can ensure the maximum return on the construction equipment and workers used, reduce the cost of construction using modern construction materials and resource-saving technologies. Each construction and installation organization will have its own intensity of development of capital investments. It depends on the qualification of employees, the availability and use of a fleet of construction machines and mechanisms, construction production technologies, construction organization methods, etc. As an indicator that characterizes the relative change in the actual development of capital investments from the standard or calculated value, the capital investment development index is used. Using retrospective data on the speed of capital investment development for similar objects or using variant design of the construction process, curves of accumulated probabilities of capital investment development indices are constructed, which are used to determine the organizational and technological reliability of the contract bidder. The proposed assessment of the reliability of a construction organization allows the customer (investor) to choose a reliable partner – contractor that best meets their requirements.

In the article, the author considers the problems of complex algorithmization and systematization of approaches to optimizing the work plans of construction organizations (calendar plans) using various modern tools, including, for example, evolutionary algorithms for "conscious" enumeration of options for solving a target function from an array of possible constraints for a given nomenclature. Various typical schemes for modeling the processes of distribution of labor resources between objects of the production program are given, taking into account the array of source data. This data includes the possibility of using the material and technical supply base (delivery, storage, packaging) as a temporary container for placing the labor resource in case of released capacity, quantitative and qualification composition of the initial labor resource, the properties of the construction organization as a counterparty in the contract system with the customer of construction and installation works etc. A conceptual algorithm is formed that is the basis of the software package for operational harmonization of the production program ( work plans) in accordance with the loading of production units, the released capacities of labor resources and other conditions stipulated by the model. The application of the proposed algorithm is most convenient for a set of objects, which determines the relevance of its implementation in optimization models when planning production programs of building organizations that contain several objects distributed over a time scale.

Freeways form an important part of the road network. Yet, driving behavior on freeways, in particular lane changes and the relation with the choice of speed, is not well understood. To overcome this, an online survey has been carried out. Drivers were shown video clips, and after each clip they had to indicate what they would do after the moment the video stopped. A total of 1258 Dutch respondents completed the survey. The results show that most people have a strategy to choose a speed first and stick to that, which is the first strategy. A second, less often chosen, strategy is to choose a desired lane and adapt the speed based on the chosen lane. A third strategy, slightly less frequently chosen, is that drivers have a desired speed, but contrary to the first strategy, they increase this speed when they are in a different lane overtaking another driver. A small fraction have neither a desired speed nor a desired lane. Of the respondents 80% use the right lane if possible, and 80% avoid overtaking at the right. Also 80% give way to merging traffic. The survey was validated by 25 survey respondents also driving an instrumented vehicle. The strategies in this drive were similar to those in the survey. The findings of this work can be implemented in traffic simulation models, e.g., to determine road capacity and constraints in geometric design.

The processes of environmental factors are milieu-focus, which  can influence the knowledge sharing in construction organization. This study examines the possible effect of environmental factors in respect to managerial leadership, strategy/planning and culture on the relationship to the knowledge sharing.  The study was carried out on project managers in construction organizations in Nigeria using a stratified random sample of 323 of  different designations. A hypothesized model of knowledge sharing, and environmental factors was tested using structural equation modeling approach, and a proposed model was therefore developed. All the factor loadings were significant, leading to a prudent model achievement. The study serves as a guide to the construction managers for sharing knowledge in the construction organization. The finding indicated that environmental factors demonstrated significant influence on knowledge sharing.

The Korean domestic market is focused on the introduction of BIM (Building Information Modeling) owing to an influx of investment due to increased interest and mandatory application of BIM. However, the rate of BIM introduction is high, while BIM user proficiency is low. Against these problems, the authors proposed an acceptance model for BIM in construction organizations in 2012. As the number of BIM application cases increases and the number of BIM-trained users increases as time goes on, BIM users’ positive perception of BIM values are expected to increase, which may change the BIM acceptance mechanism. Therefore, we conducted a longitudinal study of the 2012 BIM acceptance model against 2019 data to estimate changes in factors affecting BIM acceptance attitudes as well as the mechanism of the relationships between factors over time spent using the technology. To generalize the results, the respondents were spread across construction sites. The data obtained 119 samples from a sample of experienced users of BIM. We used AMOS 21.0 for hypothesis testing of structural equation modeling (SEM), and the 2019 BIM acceptance model was compared against the 2012 acceptance model using an independent sample t-test. As a result, it was confirmed that the 2012 BIM acceptance model is still suitable for describing the BIM acceptance mechanism of the construction organization, and there was a difference between the 2012 model and the 2019 model. This seems to have changed the mechanism of BIM acceptance by being change perception of BIM users as time goes on. The results of this study can be used to establish a BIM activation strategy for each BIM acceptance stage and are expected to be applicable to establishing a BIM activation strategy for construction organizations or countries with similar BIM acceptance stage.
