Mechanical errors seriously affect the transmission performance of mechanical structure, especially for high-precision mechanical structure. With the development of virtual simulation technology, the performance test of mechanical structure in virtual environment is gradually applied. Under the background, this paper takes the movable tooth reducer as the research object and puts forward a virtual performance test method by combing test errors with virtual simulation technology. The tooth profile errors of key components of the reducer are obtained by optical scanning, and the simulation test is carried out. Meanwhile, the accuracy of the simulation test is verified by the implementation of vibration test. The results show that both the simulated vibration acceleration and the experimental test vibration acceleration show a double-peak variation trend, and the frequency difference between the two peaks is less than 5%. Therefore, the simulation test method proposed in this paper can effectively evaluate the performance of mechanical structures.

Strengthening safety monitoring of bridges during service time and improving the capability of emergency support have become the priority of the development of China’s present transportation system. Strain sensors play a great role in bridge detection and health monitoring system. In order to overcome disadvantages of traditional resistance strain sensors, such as big temperature drift, short life and inadaptability in the environment of low temperature and humidity, new arch strain sensors have been developed. This paper mainly discusses the structural and material characteristics of this sensor, as well as the performance test analysis of this strain sensor.

Based on analysis of the application status of the virtual reality technology and energy simulation technology in energy-efficient building, authors put organic combination with the virtual reality technology and energy simulation technology. With the innovation of computer hardware technology and software technology, virtual simulation technology has been applied in various fields, including sports training and basketball teaching process. In this paper, the basketball technology actions optimization system is designed by using MATLAB virtual simulation method, and the initial signal calculus model of basketball technology actions is established by using wireless sensor signal transmission principle, and then using the trained neural network method carries on processing for the initial signal, combining the approximation degree of optimal training signal and original signal determine the validity and reliability of the simulation. Through the simulation, we finally get the optimization allocation effect of the number of neurons’ best basketball technology actions, which provides a new computer method for the exploration of basketball training new method.

A brief overview is given in the conventional domed bursting disc structure and manufacturing method. 316L stainless steel as a template is selected. With the investigation on bursting disc material tensile test method, the test results are summarized,also the burst results of disc burst pressure in different sizes. With the help of bursting disc material performance test and bursting disc burst pressure test of 316L , the test results provide a reference for other types of bursting disc.

The conductor is an important part of the process of power transmission. Keep conductor to be normal operation is an important link of power transmission. In practice, Due to the influence of many weather environments, such as wind, temperature, rain and snow, the conductor often appear ice disaster, dance and other disasters; therefore, the anti-vibration technology of conductor is an urgent need to develop. This paper masters the performance of damper by carrying out a great deal of performance test analysis, such as self-damping, the power of damper, anti-vibration effect. At the same time, this paper understands the effect of spacer arrangement on the sub span oscillation, through the finite element analysis and lingo program of nonlinear programming, laying the foundation for studying anti-vibration technology for large cross-section conductor.

To meet the needs of test for compound oscillatory roller transmission (CORT) reducer, A comprehensive test system for precision transmission performance was designed, the test-bed structure and control principal of which were introduced. First, a transmission performance test method was proposed and focused on the transmission performance of velocity ratio, accuracy, and efficiency. Then, user interface based on LabVIEW program was designed, and the transmission performance of torque, angle, velocity, velocity ratio, return difference, efficiency could be displayed. Finally, measurement example on an E80 type CORT reducer has been made, and shows that the proposed test system is suitable for test for these reducers of high-precision drive, high stiffness, high load characteristics.
