The aims of this study are to determine: the difference of financial literacy level between students who have had experience in financial learning and who have not had experience in financial learning. The data for this study was collected through financial literacy test and questionnaire which was distributed through randomized sampling method. A total of 173 completed and usable questionnaire have been collected. The result shows that the level of financial literacy among accounting students comes under below optimal standard category. Students who have had financial learning experience have a higher level of financial literacy than students who have not. This study provides means to improve financial learning for accounting students in preparation for creating a prosperous future.

The goal of this study is to determine the difference of linguistic literacy and self-confidence of students with disabilities in an English class. An enhanced understanding of how students’ self-confidence influences benefits of educational linguistic practice. In this article the concepts of linguistic literacy and the storytelling as one of the methods are examined and discussed. In linguistic field, self-confidence was predicted by various factors: current self-confidence of students with disabilities was most strongly predicted by received praise, current grades, and interest in linguistics. The number of under-confident students was reported consistently higher than the number of confident students, highlighting that under-confidence may ultimately be motivationally detrimental. The data for this study were collected through linguistic literacy test and a questionnaire at the English class which was distributed through a randomized sampling method. Students with disabilities who have had linguistic experience have a higher level of self-confidence in linguistic literacy than students who have not attended the class. This study provides means to improve self-confidence of students with disabilities’ and at the same time improves linguistic literacy which allow them to achieve higher personal, career goals and prosperous future.

This research discusses about level of financial literacy of Maranatha Christian University alumni who active running his/her own business as an entrepreneur or active as a staff in a company. It also discuss about the difference level of financial literacy between entrepreneur and staff. There are 47 valid respondents as alumni who are asked about financial knowledge via online questionnaire. The measurement for financial literacy level is using descriptive analytical methods; moreover, the comparison between alumni who is an entrepreneur and working as a staff is using difference tests. The unexpected result shows that entrepreneur’s financial literacy level is lower than staff, but there is no significant difference between two groups.

Financial literacy is the level of financial knowledge, attitude and behavior that enables individuals to manage their income, expenses and assets in a way that does not cause financial problems both today and in the future. As individuals' financial literacy levels increase, unnecessary consumption and waste of resources will decrease and the efficiency of investments will increase. Increasing the level of financial literacy will ensure a more balanced formation of asset prices in financial markets and prevent the formation of price bubbles in the markets. Today, financial markets around the world are almost integrated, financial transactions have become possible quickly through portable electronic devices. In this environment, the difference in welfare between individuals and societies with financial literacy and individuals and societies without financial literacy has increased more than in any other period in history. This study, it is aimed to measure the financial literacy level of the students of Hitit University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences located in the province of Çorum. The data of the study were obtained from a questionnaire with the participation of 400 students studying in 5 different departments. By using the percentages of the correct answers given to the questions, success scores were created based on departments. With the help of the T-test and ANOVA tests, the relationship between students' financial literacy and whether they use department, gender, class, and credit card was determined. As a result of the study, it was determined that there are significant relationships between the departments and classes in which students study and their financial literacy, and no significant relationships were found between their credit card and internet banking usage and gender and financial literacy.

This study aims to determine the effect of 360 Degree Leadership Education on the perception of Accounting Students about the ideal leadership principles and to analyze the difference of the Accounting student’s leadership perception before and after got this education. We hope that this study can contribute to support the Accounting Profession to have the professional Accountants who deserve to lead this profession in time to come. The research data were obtained through some questionnaires that have been distributed to 100 students who haven’t got the 360 Degree Leadership Education and 100 other students who have got it in 2019. We used Non-Probability Sampling with the Purposive Sampling Method to get representative sample. We also used the descriptive analysis, Simple Linear Regression, and the comparative hypothesis testing to test the hypothesis. The results show that the 360 Degree Leadership Education influences the leadership perception of the Accounting students by 27.5%. This research indicates that there is different leadership perception between these two groups of students. Furthermore, it shows that the Accounting student who haven’t got the 360 Degree Leadership Course tend to agree with the myth of leadership while the other students who have got it show the opposite tendency. Abstract This study was to analyze the empirical evidence about the difference perceptions of IFRS into accounting curriculum integration between female students with male students, and students who are under or equal to 20 years with a student over the age of 20 years. Survey I conducted by distribution of a set questionnaires using purposive sampling method to accounting unfergraduate students of some university with A Accreditation Jakarta. Research Results state that there is a difference between the perception of female students with male students about the integration of IFRS into accounting curriculum, and there is no difference in perception between students aged below or equal to 20 years with a student over the age of 20 years. This research examines the factors affecting the financial literacy of Vietnamese adults. Using a sample of 266 observations of adults in 2 big cities in Vietnam (Hanoi and Vinh in Nghe An Province), the author evaluates the literacy level of adults in these urban areas. The financial literacy of the interviewed people is low. The multiple regression results show that lower financial literacy levels associate with higher age and married status and higher financial literacy levels associate with higher education, more family members, the person making financial decisions and the person attending a useful financial course. This research also explores the association between financial literacy and financial behaviors of individuals employing logistic models. It is found that higher financial literacy associates with less probability of overspending and higher probability of saving money and careful spending. Higher financial literacy is also found to associate with higher probability of opening a savings account and making various investments.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the perceived effectiveness of game-based learning methods for Generation Z undergraduates. This research aims to determine the perceptions of accounting students undertaking a financial accounting course and subsequently examine the factors influencing the effectiveness of game-based learning of accounting course. A questionnaire is used to measure the perception of game-based learning after the students completed the game-based learning method. Based on the analysis, we find that majority of the students perceived game-based learning as an effective method of instruction.They agree that game-based learning motivates them to do better and at the same time encourages critical thinking and teamwork. We also find that factors such as gender and number of times taking the course are not statistically significant in explaining the difference in the perception. Besides, we also find that there is a significant relationship between perception and examination scores of the students. The findings of this study provide valuable insights for educators, especially on the learner’s learning perception and factors influencing the effectiveness of game-based learning.

The purpose of this study was twofold: to examine the relationship and determine the predictive power of integrative leadership on employee engagement. To achieve the mentioned objectives, the quantitative research method was employed and data was collected through survey questionnaire from 1000 operational employees of all 21 private banks in Pakistan. The sample of 819 respondents was utilized for final analysis. Two stage sampling method was performed; non- probability sampling and stratified random sampling. The data analysis was done by use of correlation and multiple regression. The result indicated a positive correlation among all of the nine constructs of integrative leadership with employee engagement and the six constructs of integrative leadership significantly predicted employees’ engagement in private banks in Pakistan. Additionally, analysis of variance was performed to assess the differences in employee engagement among the respondents’ demographic characteristics. The ANOVA result showed that the employees working in a conventional and Islamic bank and age 49 and above group, predicted a difference only in the satisfaction dimension of employee engagement. Furthermore, the current bank experience indicated the difference in overall employee engagement. This study adds value to the literature as it contributes empirical evidence on integrative leadership and employee engagement. This study can be helpful for private banks, also for public & foreign banks and other organizations in Pakistan in adopting integrative leadership for enhancing employee engagement.
