The purpose of this study was twofold: to examine the relationship and determine the predictive power of integrative leadership on employee engagement. To achieve the mentioned objectives, the quantitative research method was employed and data was collected through survey questionnaire from 1000 operational employees of all 21 private banks in Pakistan. The sample of 819 respondents was utilized for final analysis. Two stage sampling method was performed; non- probability sampling and stratified random sampling. The data analysis was done by use of correlation and multiple regression. The result indicated a positive correlation among all of the nine constructs of integrative leadership with employee engagement and the six constructs of integrative leadership significantly predicted employees’ engagement in private banks in Pakistan. Additionally, analysis of variance was performed to assess the differences in employee engagement among the respondents’ demographic characteristics. The ANOVA result showed that the employees working in a conventional and Islamic bank and age 49 and above group, predicted a difference only in the satisfaction dimension of employee engagement. Furthermore, the current bank experience indicated the difference in overall employee engagement. This study adds value to the literature as it contributes empirical evidence on integrative leadership and employee engagement. This study can be helpful for private banks, also for public & foreign banks and other organizations in Pakistan in adopting integrative leadership for enhancing employee engagement.

AbstractIn many developing countries, lower-level employees are working in workplaces that pay them poverty wages. The need for workers to earn a living wage has long been argued, both within the trade union movement, employers and society, along with the link with job satisfaction and employee engagement. The present study aims to explore the relationship between living wage, job satisfaction and employee engagement, as well as union membership as a moderator in these relationships. A quantitative research approach was employed in this study, and Loess curves were used to graphically predict the relationship between study variables. There were significant relationships between a living wage, job satisfaction and employee engagement. The results indicated that the relationships between the variables were cubic and not linear. Union membership was the moderator in the relationship between living wages and employee involvement. Union membership moderated the cubic relationship between living wages and employee engagement. Union membership also moderated the cubic relationship between living wages and job satisfaction.

The purpose of this research is to find out the role of ISR disclosure as a moderator of the relationship between profitability and leverage on firm value in companies listed in JII for the 2014-2018 period. This research uses quantitative research using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). This study uses secondary data in the form of panel data on companies registered in JII for the 2014-2018 period. The populations in this study are all companies registered in JII during the 2014-2018 period. The sampling method is carried out by purposive sampling by using several criteria to obtain 15 companies used as research samples. The results of this study indicate that profitability and leverage affect the value of the company. The results of the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) analysis show that disclosure of the ISR is able to moderate the relationship between profitability and firm value but towards the negative. However, ISR disclosure is not able to moderate the relationship between leverage and firm value.

This study empirically examines the relationship between the banking competition and the risks faced by the financial sector (i.e. solvency, liquidity, and credit risks) considering 31 banks for the period 2001 to 2018. Banks are further sub-divided into three categories i.e. state-owned banks, foreign banks, and private/commercial banks. The results reveal that Pakistan’s banking industry is relatively elastic and an increase in competition is directly associated with solvency risk, liquidity risk and credit risk of financial institutions and these findings corroborate the competition fragility theory. Besides, state-owned banks have a lesser probability to cope with solvency risk, however, foreign banks appear to face the least liquidity risk whereas private banks appear to face the least credit risk among the entire cluster.

Social media which initially only functioned as a medium to expand friendships and share one's daily activities, is now starting to turn into a platform used by many companies to share information and carry out marketing activities. One of the marketing strategies carried out by the company through social media is to use the services of an endorser to promote its products through the endorser's personal social media account. There are three types of endorsers studied in this study, namely celebrity endorsers, influencer endorsers, and online customer reviewers, each of which has its own advantages. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the difference or comparison of the influence of the credibility of the three types of endorsers above on consumer buying interest in the same product. The products used in this study are skincare products. This research was conducted using purposive sampling method by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents for each type of questionnaire based on different types of endorsers so that a total of 300 respondents were obtained. The collected data was then processed using PLS-SEM as a whole and PLS-MGA to test the effect of moderation. The results obtained in this study are that an influencer endorser has the highest moderating effect among other types of endorsers on the relationship between endorser's credibility towards attitude toward the ad and attitude toward the brand. Meanwhile, the differences between these three types of endorsers do not have a moderating effect on the relationship between endorser's credibility, attitude toward the ad, and attitude toward the brand towards purchase intention.

Menopause is the permanent cessation of menstruation in a woman who generally occurs at age 50-51 years. Causes that trigger menopause is a disease such as tuberculosis of the ovary or ovarian cancer, lifestyle is wrong, the shift in eating patterns in some women, lazy to exercise, excessive exercise. This study is a correlational design approach croos sectional study aimed to examine the relationship between knowledge with maternal attitude toward menopause. The study population was 50 mothers aged 40-45 years, using total sampling method. Measuring instrument used was a questionnaire. From the results of the data collection characteristics of the respondents found the majority of respondents was 40 years old (46%), education level of the majority of high school educated are (46%), work as respondents (66%) did not work, whereas for information as much (66%) of respondents had get information and most received resources from books / magazines as many (28%). The analysis is Univariate and Bivariate. In this study as many (66%) of respondents have a high knowledge level (median = 8) and as many (58%) of mothers have a positive attitude (median = 45). The results of this study indicate that there is no relationship between the level of knowledge of the mother's attitude toward menopause where ρ = 0:41> α = 0.05. This means that women who have high knowledge about menopause does not affect the mother's attitude to be positive as well as negative because of the difference between high and low knowledge that has positive and negative attitudes not too siqnifikan.

It is a fact that the concept of innovation, which is a necessity in every field today, is now indispensable in the sports sector. Especially, it is thought that determining the relationship between the innovation skills of the students in sports education institutions and the entrepreneurship of the students who are candidates to work in the sports sector is important in the development of innovation awareness of the students who will work in this field in the future. The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between innovation and entrepreneurship skills of individuals who receive sports education according to different variables. The study group was formed by the voluntary participation of 240 people, 161 males (67.1%) 79 females (32.9%), studying at the School of Physical Education and Sports at Istanbul Gelişim University, and selected by the purposeful sampling method. In addition to the personal information form, the Individual Innovativeness Scale (IIS) developed by Hurt et al. (1977) and adapted into Turkish by Sarıoğlu (2014), and the Entrepreneurship Scale (ES) developed by Yılmaz and Sünbül (2009) to measure the entrepreneurship levels of university students were used as data collection tools. After the data showed normal distribution, T-Test, ANOVA and Pearson Correlation Test were used in the analyses, and the Tukey test was used to determine the difference between the groups. According to the results, it was determined that the innovation skills and entrepreneurship levels of the individuals’ varied according to different variables. As a result, it was determined that as the innovation skills of students studying at institutions providing sports education increased, their level of entrepreneurship also increased.

• Outlining methods of legal reasoning (such as the use of inductive, deductive and abductive reasoning and reasoning by analogy) and describe how these inform strategies for argument construction. • Discussing in detail the relationship between propositions building an argument and proofs supporting propositions. (This is particularly accomplished by considering in detail a modified Wigmore Chart Method. A fact analysis process that is instructive at the level of argument construction.) Argument concerns not only laying out facts and rules, it also involves aspects of persuasion, and determination of where the weight lies in opposing arguments. Assessors in the court, judges or jurors, decide whether an argument is strong or weak, proved or unproved. In the final analysis, how does the court, or how does anyone, decide the criteria for the evaluation of an argument? Evaluation cannot be solely guided by rules. Ultimately, argument construction is also a personal thing. Different people will take different routes to evidence, and relate the evidence differently to the issues. Much depends upon an individual’s ability to both imagine and reason; to imagine doubts, as well as links in proof. Nothing exists in the realm of methods to tell anyone what a strong link may be. We may be excellent at the processes of transmitting, storing and retrieving facts and information but we do not have similarly developed skills of obtaining defensible conclusions from these facts and this information. 7.2 LEARNING OUTCOMES By the end of this chapter, readers should: • be able to define an argument and distinguish between the general meanings of argument and legal argument; • understand the relationship between the diagnosis of problems and the construction of rules to solve problems; • understand the difference between fact analysis and legal analysis and the connections between these activities; • be able to basically define and then differentiate between inductive, deductive and abductive reasoning; • be aware of the need to develop critical thinking; • understand the way in which an argument relies on factual analysis, legal reasoning, persuasion and critical thinking; • be able to note the connections between language and argument; • be able to construct a modified Wigmore Chart and apply it. To be able to construct a competent argument in relation to a legal problem to be solved according to rules of legal reasoning acceptable within the English legal system; • be able to construct a competent critical argument relating to theoretical aspects of the study of law.
