The control problems on a space robot during its approach to an information geostationary satellite are considered. The robot motion control system uses an electric propulsion system with 8 engines at the pulse-width modulation of their thrust values and a gyroscopic moment cluster based on 4 gyrodines with digital control. Numerical results are presented that demonstrate the effectiveness of the developed discrete guidance and control algorithms.

AbstractThe project aims at creating a monitoring and control circuit in a desktop or complex system with the possibility to set the operating parameters. The project allows automatic and manual control of a certain number of fans using Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) control by the user or automatically by the system monitoring thresholds of minimum and average temperatures (also set by the user within the code). The system was designed with the following options: audible and visual alert when reaching maximum temperatures; time display, PWM percentage and three temperatures shown on a 16x2 LCD; the system-acquired data is then transmitted to a website. Additional features include the possibility of setting a color inside the system, also used as an alert as well as a color adjustment function by sound (for a musical lightshow). The mode of operation is based on the source code written in the Arduino IDE 1.6.3 software with the help of free libraries and free codes provided on the internet.

This paper presents a method of independent pulse repetition frequency(PRF) generation and control for frequency phase calibration on mono-pulse radar at a remote location. In order to generate an independent PRF signal of 320[Hz], pulse width modulation(PWM) of 16-bit timer/counter was applied. For a precision control of PRF signal, 16-bit timer/counter interrupt was changed for each period. Therefore, average frequency of PRF could be controlled by 0.0001[Hz]. To calibrate a frequency phase of mono-pulse radar at a remote location, the proposed PRF generator with a precision control of frequency was used regardless of receiving PRF signal from a radar. For the verification of the proposed PRF generator, theoretical analysis and experimental results are included.

The common dual-pulse-width-modulation converter adopts the independent method to control the rectifier and inverter, which has the defects including direct current voltage fluctuation, slow system response and so on. A coordinate strategy of dual-pulse-width modulation based on direct power control with load power feed-forward is proposed in this paper. The fixed switching frequency method with space vector pulse width modulation is provided to overcome the instability of power devices, caused by the hysteresis comparators in the conventional direct power control. With the analysis on the dynamic performance of load power feed-forward coordination, the principle of load power feed-forward is introduced to control the dual-pulse-width-modulation converter. According to the state variable of the alternating current motor, the load power is estimated to construct the feed-forward channel. The experimental results show that the proposed coordinate control method has rapid response, direct current bus voltage fluctuation minimization, lower capacity and unit power factor.

The need to use SPWM controlled voltage inverters in MV, led us to examine how to filter alternative signals with filters (L-C) and (RL-C). This allowed us to decide on the use of certain formulas for calculating the elements of these filters. Likewise, we have proposed a method of calculating the resistance R by mathematical iterations without using the quality factor Q, in order to obtain a low error rate between the RMS values and the fundamental effective values and THDs respecting the standard 519 IEEE - 2014. The results of these studies obtained using the MATLAB-SIMULINK software are presented in the penultimate session of this article. Paper ini memperlihatkan hasil simulasi dan analisis inverter tiga-fasa yang akan digunakan pada sistem pembangkitan listrik tenaga surya, yang berfungsi mengubah sumber arus searah dari panel surya menjadi arus bolak-balik. Dalam simulasi, inverter dimodelkan dan didesain dengan menggunakan tegangan referensi dari jala-jala PLN sebagai acuan untuk membangkitkan sinyal kendali PWM (Pulse Width Modulation). Sinyal PWM ini dikirimkan ke pintu gate dari komponen saklar transistor daya, yang dalam hal ini digunakan IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor). Pengaturan irama penyaklaran akan mengubah sumber tegangan DC (Direct Current) menjadi tegangan AC (Alternating Current). Dengan menggunakan filter pasif LC, maka sinyal keluaran dari inverter dapat diubah menjadi gelombang sinusoidal berfrekuensi 50Hz sebagaimana diharapkan. Output sinyal inverter terhadap PLN memiliki perbedaan fasa sehingga disimulasikan sebuah mekanisme yang dapat mendeteksi beda fasa dan mengatur delay pwm sehingga output inverter dan sefasa dengan PLN. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa tegangan fasa dan beda fasa dari keluaran inverter dapat diatur sesuai dengan tegangan pada fasa grid PLN.
