The use of information technology in the management of construction projects has become a decisive factor for the successful completion of projects, taking into account time, quality and financial costs. There are challenges in visualizing the planning process and integrating information between stakeholders. The paper considers some aspects of the development trend of information technology in construction. The element base, including the risks arising during the design and construction, associated with the direct use of computer and mathematical models of the object in the design is considered. The generated information models will provide basic information for the participants in the design process, which ultimately will be the basis of the element base of an effective tool for ensuring project life cycle management. The following methods were used: system analysis, logical-mathematical modelling, systems theory, economic-visual modelling, research methods of operations, economic and mathematical methods. A basic block diagram of 4D modelling is presented to minimize the occurrence of risks during design. The model allows considering the possibility of assessing the duration of the project, the level of labour productivity, as well as visualizing the construction process. The presented analysis indicates the importance of using 4D modelling in relation to the life cycle of the object in order to prevent the possibility of construction risks.

Introduction. Improvement of the process of making managerial decisions and, accordingly, improvement of the quality of the decisions made is achieved through the use of scientific approach, models and methods of decision-making. Methods of economic and mathematical modeling allow to solve a number of issues related to the development of alternative areas of activity, optimization of the structure, production costs and sales of farm products. Therefore, it is expedient to use them for making managerial decisions at farms. Purpose. The article aims to carry out the economic and statistical analysis of the activity of the farm and the feasibility of applying economic and mathematical methods in the process of managing farms in modern conditions of farming. The application of economic and mathematical methods and models for making managerial decisions is considered on the example of the activity of the farm "Horizon" of the Veselinovsky district of the Mykolaiv region, which specializes in the cultivation of grain crops (except rice), legumes and seeds of oilseeds. Methods. In the course of the study, methods of system analysis, index method of factor estimation, and economic and mathematical modeling have been used. Results. On the basis of economic indicators of the activity of the farm "Horizon" during the reporting period, the economic and mathematical model of optimization of sown areas has been created. It contributes to the correction of managerial decisions for improving the efficiency of economic activity.

Введение. Цифровизация экономики и, в частности, переход к умному производству или Индустрии 4.0, являются актуальным мировым трендом. Цифровизация экономики признана приоритетным направлением и в Российской Федерации. Трансформация производственной отрасли называется революцией именно потому, что изменения происходят не поверхностные, а радикальные: индустрия перестраивается сверху донизу. Путь этих преобразований привел к следующему технологическому рубежу, к формированию концепции Индустрии 4.0, которую также называют концепцией «Умного производства» (Smart Manufacturing). Данные и методы. Основные методы исследования — теоретические и практические методы, с помощью которых проводилось исследование: методы системного анализа, экономико-математические методы анализа информации, методы экспертных оценок, моделирования и прогнозирования. В статье использовались результаты исследований клуба лидеров цифрового производства, клуба производственников Сколково, компаний Solver, AUTODESK, Государственной корпорации Ростех и ряда других. Полученные результаты. В статье освещены концептуальные аспекты (теоретические и практические) перехода к умному производству в условиях цифровизации с целями повышения конкурентоспособности российских компаний через использование новых производственных технологий; формирования основы для разработки стратегии развития и повышения эффективности компаний; согласования с глобальными трендами Индустрии 4.0, действующими российскими стандартами и особенностями бизнеса; изменения культуры внедрения и работы с инновациями. Заключение. Представленные разработки позволяют сформировать ряд умозаключений по вопросам концепции и технологий умного производства, походов к цифровой трансформации бизнес-процессов, стратегий цифровизации и новых бизнес-моделей. Introduction. Digitalization of the economy and, in particular, the transition to smart manufacturing or Industry 4.0, is a current global trend. Digitalization of the economy is also recognized as a priority in the Russian Federation. The transformation of the manufacturing industry is called a revolution precisely because the changes are not superficial, but radical: the industry is being rebuilt from top to bottom. The path of these transformations led to the next technological milestone, the formation of the concept of Industry 4.0, which is also called the concept of "Smart manufacturing". Data and methods. The main research methods are theoretical and practical methods used to conduct the research: methods of system analysis, economic and mathematical methods of information analysis, methods of expert assessments, modeling and forecasting. The article uses the research results of the digital production leaders club, SKOLKOVO production workers club, Solver, AUTODESK, rostec State Corporation, and a number of others. Obtained result. The article deals with conceptual aspects (theoretical and practical) of the transition to smart production under conditions of digitalization with the objectives of improving the competitiveness of Russian companies through the use of new production technologies; forming the basis for strategy development and efficiency improvement; align with global trends of Industry 4.0, the existing Russian standards and business; culture change implementation and work with innovation. Conclusion. The presented developments allow us to form a number of conclusions on the concept and technologies of smart production, approaches to digital transformation of business processes, digitalization strategies and new business models.

Background: The article presents the results of a study of ensuring fire safety in medical and preventive institutions (LPI) on the example of the central city hospital.Objectives: Research is aimed at improving the fire safety of hospital complexes and hospitals in modern conditions.Materials and Methods: The study used the methods of system analysis of scientific research and statistical data on ensuring fire safety, methods of structural analysis of the practice of ensuring fire safety of hospital complexes, mathematical methods for calculating the evacuation of people from a building and the spread of a fire in a building, methods for calculating the economic efficiency of means of support fire safety.Results and Discussion: Based on the analysis of fire statistics in healthcare facilities in Russia, it is concluded that it is advisable to improve the fire safety of hospitals and hospital complexes in modern conditions. The point of view is expressed that along with the fact that fire safety in hospitals is observed, the analysis indicates the existing problems in the practice of implementation.Conclusion: In order to increase the level of fire safety, it is possible to introduce: a modern fire alarm system; video of control systems and monitoring of safety of objects on the territory of the medical facility; installation of automatic fire extinguishing systems in fire-hazardous premises; installation of additional emergency lighting and reflectors indicating the direction of evacuation in case of fire and smoke; carrying out organizational and practical measures to ensure the safety of patients in a medical institution in an emergency situation (ES), namely, it is proposed to develop a memo of actions for patients in the hospital complex on inpatient treatment in case of an emergency with a list in the instruction log; provision of medical facilities with individual rescue equipment and provision of hospitals and hospital complexes with highrise buildings with modern evacuation means.International Journal of Human and Health Sciences Vol. 05 No. 04 October’21 Page: 412-417

The article discusses current theoretical and practical issues of scientific research based on the interaction of environmental and technogenic factors in the development of safe heat-protective clothing models for people with restricted motor abilities. In particular, the main results of studying the interaction of elements and objects belonging to the dynamic system «human – habitat – heat-protective clothes» are presented. The purpose of the work was to justify the choice of structural clothing materials with the help of using obtained analytical information on thermal field formation of under clothing space area. The relevance of the described studies is due to the permanently increased demand for special heat-protective products for the disabled and insufficient knowledge of multi factorial environmental processes in spatio-temporal coordinates. The scientific novelty of the presented work consists in solving the problem based on the analysis of the interaction of human lower limbs and heat protective clothing by means of using the author’s mathematical model. To carry out the research, modern mathematical methods were used, including system analysis, synthesis of alternatives, modeling, generalization and results verification. The obtained materials develop the theory of applied areas of human ecology. The implementation of the above stated recommendations in the practice of heat protective clothing design contributes to a process of people’s socialization with restricted motorabilities.

The methodological bases of the analysis of the condition of urbanized systems are substantiated in the article by means of methods of system analysis. Based on the model of the urban system, the available methods of research of the development of urban systems are singled out and characterized. The system of methods used to study urban systems includes methods of economic, social, spatial analysis, universal methods. For today's conditions, general scientific and special methods, which include economic and mathematical methods, methods of statistical analysis, and factor analysis, have remained relevant and suitable for solving socio-economic problems. Well-known and widely used methods of spatial analysis and synthesis will remain relevant, in particular, population forecasting and determining the demographic capacity of the territory; factor-by-factor analysis and comprehensive assessment of the territory; calculation of traffic flows and transport capacity in the territory and in cities; minimization of territorial ties; assessments of urban systems; location of service facilities, delineation of their radii of accessibility, etc. A separate group includes universal research methods suitable for the study of all dimensions of the system. Using a systems approach, our own method of analyzing the state of urban systems is substantiated. The method of analysis of the state of the urban system is based on four components of the system: human, spatial, social, and temporal. The economic component is a priority. Quantitative and qualitative relationships between economic and spatial, social, and temporal characteristics of the system are revealed. The combination of dimensions forms a set of combinations for the analysis of the economy of the urban system, in particular, there are socio-economic, spatial-economic, economic-temporal, and socio-spatial sections. Characteristics of individual dimensions and their interaction allow to organize information about the state of the system, to determine the tasks of the socio-economic and spatial development of cities, to reveal the possibilities of their system analysis.

Physical and mathematical modeling is widely used in scientific research. This is due to the fact that field experiments on real construction sites are often impossible to organize for various reasons. The material included in the textbook is a summary of the authors ' experience in the field of system analysis. In the first section, the regularities of physical modeling of the functioning of objects based on the similarity and dimension theorems are considered. The second section presents modern models and methods for choosing optimal solutions: linear, nonlinear, stochastic, and statistical. The third section deals with experimental methods of system optimization based on the theory of experimental planning. Meets the requirements of the federal state educational standards of higher education of the latest generation. For students of higher educational institutions studying in the direction of training 08.04.01 "Construction", and graduate students of higher educational institutions. It will be useful for specialists in the field of mathematical methods for the study of complex systems and their applications.

A justified assessment of the work of constructions and their elements should take into account physical and mechanical characteristics of construction materials. Although taking physical nonlinearity and anisotropic features into consideration will make the design more complicated, it is strongly needed to develop tools and methods that cover all the specific features of the material more precisely. Mathematical methods of construction design that take physical nonlinearity into account are quite well investigated. They are: Newton Raphson method; modified Newton Raphson method which differs from the original version by the fact that the stiffness matrix has to be calculated only once at the first iteration and remains the same for several further iterations and steps of load; the method of growing stiffness which is quite efficient in dealing with problems of physical nonlinearity, and so on. But certain difficulties appear as we consider these problems from the point of view of physics: the majority of strength and plastic-yield criteria are not implemented in design process yet. That is caused by complicated mathematics and a need for more experiment in order to determine the constants in use.

Всё вокруг непрерывно развивается: экономика становится интеллектуальной, в обществе усиливается глобализация, появляется всё большее количество «горизонтальных» связей как между людьми, так и между компаниями вне границ государств. В таких условиях требуется серьёзное обновление и человеку, который при высоких темпах развития технологий изменяется далеко не столь стремительно. Данные и методы. Основные методы исследования — теоретические и практические методы, с помощью которых проводилось исследование: методы системного анализа, экономико-математические методы анализа информации, методы экспертных оценок, моделирования. В исследовании использовались результаты многолетнего проекта АО «РВК» по изучению социокультурных факторов инновационного развития, технологического предпринимательства, отношения населения к технологиям и потенциальным продуктам Национальной технологической инициативы (НТИ) и национального проекта «Цифровая экономика», включающего разработку рекомендаций по стимулированию инновационного процесса. Полученные результаты. В статье освещены ключевые аспекты становления новой экономики, драйвером которой являются технологии искусственного интеллекта, принятие решений на основе анализа данных, роботизации и промышленного интернета вещей; эволюционного развития экосистемы, в центре которой находится человек, о взаимодействии технологий и человека в новых условиях и о том, как ему встроиться в систему глобальных взаимоотношений; Digital Nation – обществе, живущем вне влияния границ. Заключение. Представленные разработки позволяют сформировать ряд рекомендаций по стимулированию инновационного развития отдельных технологий в период и после пандемии (например, беспилотных технологий). The main research methods are theoretical and practical methods used to conduct the research: methods of system analysis, economic and mathematical methods of information analysis, methods of expert assessments, modeling. The study used the results of a multi-year project of JSC " RVC " to study the socio-cultural factors of innovative development, technological entrepreneurship, and public attitudes technologies and potential products of the National Technology Initiative (NTI) and the national project "Digital Economy", which includes the development of recommendations for stimulating the innovation process. The results obtained. The article covers the key aspects of formation of the new economy, the driver of which is artificial intelligence technologies, decision-making based on data analysis, robotics and industrial Internet of things; evolutionary development of ecosystems, the center of which is man, on the interaction of technology and humans in a new environment and about how he fit into the system of global relations; Digital Nation – a society, living outside of the boundaries influence. Conclusion. The presented developments allow us to form a number of recommendations for stimulating the innovative development of individual technologies during and after the pandemic (for example, unmanned technologies).

Along with the development of technology, every line of business as well as a company that specializes in a construction project requires an information system that can support the company’s operations. The research objective is to analyze, identify the information needs, improve and design an accounting information system of construction materials purchases needed by the management of a contractor company to assist in decision making and address the issues contained in the running system. The research is carried out byimplementing data collection and information, analysis on the running system, analysis of research findings, identification of information needs, and identification of system requirements, as well as a structured design ofobject oriented analysis design (OOAD) and unified modeling language (UML). The result obtained is an improving application design that features document numbering, document filing, and reports. The newdesigned accounting information system of raw material purchases of the construction company can generate a report needed timely, completely and accurately, so that it can be used by the management in decision-making process.
